Hayden was careful to fulfill all that was required which we greatly appreciated. He was very friendly and demonstrated good customer service.

Chuck did an excellent job. He didn't just replace the batteries; he replaced the entire unit. It was covered under warranty, so no cost to me, but I appreciated that he didn't just change the batteries to "see what would happen;" I had already tried this. He replaced the entire unit.

The agent came to my home in a rush and trying to rush the service call. I hired this company because they were nest pro certified and it had good reviews. He came unprepared with no tools. He first diagnosed that the wiring was faulty when I had a thermostat that was working I just wanted to upgrade to a better one. I agreed to have him replace the wiring and he immediately told me that it would took 2-3 hours to get done. So I told him that it would be fine and I had the time to get this issue resolved today. He was mad and acted like he did not want to work. Before the installation of the new wire I asked if he could install the the nest downstairs since it was a different line and different wire he was mad about that too and acted like he didn’t want to do that either. I was direct with him and asked him why he seemed to be rushing me and telling me he had other service calls and why was mine not important if I had wasted my entire day waiting on this to be repaired. As a nest pro he was not wanting to work with nest to get the thermostat troubleshooted to get to the root of the problem. Long story short -he was unpleasant and unprofessional. He even went as far as talking on the phone outside and talking bad things about me and how we were ridiculous for wanting our issues to be adressed. I called casteel to tell them about my experience and the lady I talked to told me she was going to escalate the problem and my concern to a supervisor and that I was going to get a callback that same day. I called on Thursday oct 4 and to this day no call back or resolution to my problem. I am appalled by the lack of customer service with mike and the company overall. New customers beware as I was treated like second class with no respect to my home or me as the customer.

There was not any work that had to be done. The time frame I was give:n was 12-2. He did call and said he was running behind. He finally showed at 4:00 and never called to say that he was on his way. I had to cancel my 4:30 appointment. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!! I will stick with the plumbing company that I used in the past.

Tyler found it and fixed it. He also installed a kitchen faucet. Overall an outstanding experience!

He said everything was fine so I have to trust that it was.

Casteel Plumbing is extremely over priced. The labor rate is absurd!! I will never recommend Casteel Plumbing to anyone. I was in a fix and Casteel was the only company that was available for service that week day during working hours. It was an expensive lesson learned.

It went very well. These guys are professionals in everyway. Did not try to steer me into spending anymore money than needed. Instead they actually told me why I didn't not need a pricier unit than the one I got. Will only use Casteel in the future.

Casteel come out on short notice and to repair my broken AC unit. After discussing options about replacement or repair, I decided to replace the AC units instead of continuing to sink money in old units. The repair guys made some calls and got a Casteel guy come out that very night to talk about new units - a Sunday night! After getting all the price together and types of replacement units (at 9:PM on Sunday night) the Casteel sales guy makes some calls and gets a crew at my house on Monday morning at 7:AM to install new AC - wow talk about customer focused. I am very impressed with Casteel, and I was not happy about replacing 20 years AC units so they were facing an unhappy homeowner in 95 degree weather. I have used another company in the past and they don't come close to the professionalism of the Casteel crews and more importantly the responsiveness. I cant say enough about this company, this is my first experience with them and will never use any other AC or Heating company after this experience. They have a customer for life

System was given death sentence and rough estimate of nearly $2K just to get cooling again with no guarantee of repair since it was determined to be leaking Freon. Matt could not provide any replacement cost estimates and I opted to just pay the $59 x 2 price for the two system service call with no further repairs. Thankfully the second system checked out OK. In light of the replacement cost I am now going through, I might have opted to roll the dice and repair the system had I known what the replacement cost was going to be! BTW, sales replacement call was not pleasant at all. DID NOT use Casteel for replacement. Way too pricey$$$$$$$$$

There was some question about whether or not the service had been prepaid, as the CSR had said it was, but when Justin came, his records said it had not. But he called the office and we got it straightened out. Justin was great- very professional and competent. He went out of his way to check the systems and explain things to me. Highly recommend!

Called earlier in year for quote from Tim who came out and looked at what was here and the best replacement unit. I was emailed a quote at that time however didn't act on it right away. This summer called back and was told quote was still good with minor price increase due to some changes, which was OK Set up time to for techs to come out to replace. I was emailed on the techs and when they would arrive. On that morning techs Scott and Jemain arrived and went straight to work taking out old system within a very cramped space. They did a fantastic job of it then when the supply truck arrived they unloaded and went to work putting new system together inside and outside. Even let me use their extension ladder to put up my rain chains on my gutter. They went beyond to make sure everything was in perfect working order , adjusting the system several times and making sure I knew how the system operated as well.Overall I would hire them again however I do not have another system for them to replace as they have already done both of them in the last couple of years.

I have been a customer of Casteel for about eight years when I bought a dual fuel system from them. All of the staff have been very well qualified and have been friendly and courteous. They have been easy to have in my home and have been able to answer all of my questions and explain any considerations in repairs, including accurate estimates of the costs. I recently had a blower motor replaced and the technician explained what the problem was and analyzed what happened that may have led to the problem. I have a top of the line system so it's not surprising that parts and supplies are expensive. I can't compare their costs to others since I haven't compared estimates with anyone else, especially when it's a muggy 90 degrees and the A/C is out. I have stayed on their concierge program as best I could, but they have lost track of me a few times and I have had to schedule with them a month or two late. I've learned to put the scheduling on my calendar. Following the repair, I had a maintenance visit that was scheduled a month before. Jason who was here with Lance were both great technicians. My system is running great now but time will tell. This should be relatively trouble free since it's not an old unit.

Casteel responded quickly and had our new water heater installed within hours. Brian, our tech, was a pleasure to have in our home. He explained what went wrong and fixed us up with new pressure limiter as well as the water heater. He also had to redo pipes that were not up to code. He, like everyone we encountered at Casteel is professional, friendly and respectful. He went above and beyond to help us in our situation. Casteel is 24/7 and wonderful company to deal with. You won't regret making this phone call.

Very pleased with our new Lennox HVAC system. My sales person Justin was exceptionally knowledgeable in explaining my HVAC current system and needs. He was great during and after the install with support follow up as well. Installers were very friendly, knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions about the system and design. Very please with overall experience. This new S30 iComfort System and iHarmony zoning system is very rich with features and details and the Documentation and information left with me is very good. The basic day to day usage of the system was explained very well by the team and they assured Casteel with be there for continued support.
