Ben, our technician, was super-friendly and attentive. I felt so comfortable with him that I left to go to work and left him alone in our home for several hours. He was wonderful!

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service I received. Every interaction with the employees was extremely positive and I found each and every one of them to be knowledgeable, respectful, and personable. I had an air handler, heat pump, and hot water heater replaced. They came out on Sunday to look at the systems, had a system designer out the same day, and offered installation next day. Amazing! They made the process painless. I would recommend Casteel to anyone! I'm a customer for life.

Great, technician came in and accessed the problem and fixed it. Heater started working right away.

Delta faucet was discontinued so couldn't replace. Technician ordered replacement parts and then came back and rebuilt the faucet. Great job.

Our sump pump stopped working on Saturday and we were concerned that the charges to fix/repair would be outrageous. However, Casteel didn’t charge extra for a weekend service call, worked to get us on the schedule, communicated with us about the arrival time, and followed up afterwards. Christian was very professional and explained everything completely. We would definitely hire Casteel again.

I elected not to get it replaced at this time. That's something that has to be worked into the budget.

Casteel did a phenomenal job through all phases of the process. The initial technician Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and the sales consultant was fair and honest and even called me later in the day when an earlier installation date opened up! Finally the installers did an amazing job and were very courteous and professional. A+ job Casteel!

Joe, the technician tried to get the system to run until a new unit could be installed. He also noticed a water leak and brought to my attention. He explained everything thoroughly.

It went well and we are very happy with our new system. The only issue we have is that we were promised a refund of our $59.00 initial fee for the first service call if we purchased a new system, which we did. After a few weeks with still no refund I called and asked about it and was told that it would be taken care of. It actually took another phone call but we did finally receive the check. We were also promised an $800 VISA rebate card and we also received that with no problem. They were punctual and professional as far as doing the work. I would have given them all A’s if it hadn’t been for having to make the phone calls for the refund of the initial service call.

Problem was much bigger than expected but I’ve learned you get what you pay for. Technician carefully diagnosed the problem, planned how to fix it, then made the repair with concern for minimizing the affect on my walks, etc. I couldn’t be happier with the work.

I discovered a leak in my water heater. They responded same day, evaluated the old unit, provided a detailed estimate, and replaced it that afternoon. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. I would use them again.

Michael was great. He knew what he was doing and was very professional. He wore the disposable booties which was a definite plus ! We would hire him again.

These guys are absolutely 1st Class!! I can't say enough about how pleased we been with their work. We chosen them for 3 different jobs and been extremely impressed with their professionalism, the courtesy, promptness, how they communicate clearly and fully. We've had them remove & install an entire HVAC system, remove & install water heater, install new bathroom plumbing for a remodel, and even install a gas line for our new kitchen. They're great!! The prices are not the cheapest but they are Not the most expensive either. You get your monies worth. I'm 63 yrs old , this is the 8th home we've purchased so we've had years of dealing with contractors & service people/companies. I also had my own home repair & remodeling business for 7 yrs. When I tell you I've seldom done business, as a home owner or contractor, with many companies like Casteel, you can 'take it to the bank'! Seriously! And, 'NO', I don't work for them and they didn't pay me to write this review. (I seldom ever write reviews).

Had new heating and air conditioning system installed. Very pleased with the installation. Employees were courteous and professional. They system works great and is much quieter and more efficient than our old one. Highly recommend Casteel.

Extremely well. The plumbing issue took all day to find. Chris was very knowledable and worked with me on figure out the solution. The leak was very hard to find, a pinhole in the middle of a pipe behind a wall. The water damage occurred very far from the pinhole, but the root cause was a broke pressure regulator, which was replaced.

Great...the sound was caused by a dirty air filter. I learned how to change the filter, and I also vacuumed the vents. 👍🏻

Technician was on-time/prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Service call was expedited when leak got a little worse. Outside leak found and repaired with minimal digging.
