Excellent! Casteel was able to send a technician late on a Friday evening to fix the burst vanity sink pipe...which made my dining room a soggy mess! Upon ten minutes of arrival, he identified the exact spot of the break, removed the damaged ceiling, and began his repairs. Within an hour, the repair was complete and he was on his way. I could not have been more delighted with his service!

It never fails, when an AC unit stops working it is always on one of the hottest days of the season. Well I woke up this morning and noticed that it was hotter inside than it was outside even though my thermostat was set to 72 degrees. Uh oh! So I called Casteel to see if I could get a technician to diagnose and repair my HVAC unit. Considering this the prime season for AC calls I expect their first available date to be some time in August but was pretty happy when they were able to fit me into a same day appointment. Communication with Casteel through the entire process was excellent. They even sent me an email and text with the a picture of the technician who was on his way and gave me the ability to track his location. My tech, Brad Nguyen was wonderful and quickly diagnosed my issue, made his fix and then was on his merry way. I would definitely use Casteel for all my HVAC needs.

Casteel service my air conditioner unit on Saturday July 6, same day in the evening the unit went out. I called the call center and they took my information. Sunday morning July 7 received a TEXT, not even a phone call informing me that they can’t service my unit until Tuesday July 9 with a window of 8:00am to 8:00 pm. Not only I have to endure the 85 degrees temperature that is currently in my house I have to lose a whole day of work to accommodate them, and also have to wait 72+ hours, Where is the accountability here? This type of emergencies should be addressed immediately specially when you just serviced my unit and tell me everything is good to go and also paid $307 for your work

I was told by the sales rep that the techs would be here between 7 AM- 7:30. They did not arrive until 8 AM. I was told by the sales rep that my job would take between 4 1/2 to 5 hours, the job took 7 1/2 hours to complete. All of the supplies the tech needed we’re not on his truck. We had to wait until hour for another truck that had the supplies to come back to my house to give the tech what he needed. I told my boss that I would be at work by 1pm, because of this delay I had to miss a whole days pay. I called Castieel and spoke with Rebecca to complain, nobody from the office returned my calls in terms of compensating me for loosing a days pay! They didn’t have a problem cashing my check for thework they performed!

Shane, our technician was completely knowledgeable of our HVAC system and had reviewed all of the past services Casteel performed prior to coming in the house. He also gave us advice on upgrading our systems with the changes coming in January 2020. Most of all, Shane was extremely personable, he has a great personality and truly is a great customer oriented technician. Shane is top notch and the best we have had service our air and heat.

Great. From the designer to the installation team, everyone was outstanding. Great communication from Casteel via text, email, phone calls. My HVAC system died and they were able to replace a couple of days later. They even offered two window AC system to help cool off my home in the interim. I highly recommend Castee.

I had hired a different company to install two Nest thermostats and the other company did not install them correctly. Tech was able to resolve the problems quickly and was very knowledgeable about the Nest thermostats and about heating and air conditioning.

A new capacitor was recommended for one of our A/C units. I was quoted a price of $300 to replace it. I questioned this because I knew the capacitor price is under $50 and the labor is less than 30 minutes to install it. The technician said he had nothing to do with the prices. I asked for the part number and was able to find it quickly on many internet sites for $15.30. I called the office and asked to speak to the service manager, to determine if there may have been some mistake in the computer pricing. I never received any call back. After filling out their survey someone did call me back and explained the capacitor should have been only $233. I asked how they justified charging over $200 for 30 minutes of labor, she said it did come with a 2 year warranty.

While Larry was changing my filter in my hallway, he also changed a light bulb in my overhead hall light that had burned out. That is way above the call of duty in my book.

I have these tune ups done annually, usually going for the "deal of the day". This year, our EMC, Cobb EMC, offered a coupon, through several local contractors. I chose Casteel. Doug turned up and did a superb job, very thorough and professional, by far the best ever.

Jonathan was very professional and got right to work. He took care of everything that needed to be done.
