Everything went well, great service.

Jason, the technician who performed our first AC annual service, called on the day of our scheduled service to give us an estimate of when he would arrive. In addition, we were sent a text and e-mail that included a picture of the technician so we could verify that the person appearing at our front door was the person who was sent by Casteel. After showing him everything he needed to look at, he got to work.

Tyler and Hunter were professional, informative and stuck with a difficult installation problem until it was done right.

Impressed with the entire Casteel group. From the service tech who identified the 23-year old furnace issue, to the sales rep and finally to the installation crew. Easily met expectations. Arrived on time, discussed install process and finished the job on time. All were extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. Patiently took the time to review thermostat operation and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. The took great care to ensure no damage was done to floors, carpet and stairs. Impressive crew and would definitely recommend.

Jason inspected the furnaces and A/C's for proper working order and cleaned the A/C units.

Elliot Finch was my technician to maintain my cooling system. He arrived on time, was courteous, respectful of my home, efficient in his work, explained everything he did (changed my filter, examined my unit, serviced my compressor), checked the temperature coming through the ductwork. He then recommended a service for next spring to keep my cooling system operating well. He was also friendly to my cat. He's welcome back any time!

Nestor did an awesome job. He cleaned the area and was very professional. He made me feel like he was looking out for me the entire time.

I had water problems at Christmas, just what nobody wants to have. Castell was able to correct our problem in a timely fashion. This young man was thorough, experienced and reassuring that I was all set. I have used this company for installing a new hot water heater (2 years ago), an HVAC system (18 months ago) and corrected an electrical issue about 9 months ago. Each time I have been very pleased with their work and with their serve technicians. Without reservation I can sing their praises

Casteel was able to fit me into their schedule during a week many were dealing with broken water pipes, due to sub freezing weather. Jamie Chavez and team arrived on time, quickly and skillfully dug the trench, then replaced my outdoor water line. They refilled the trench and finished it to perfection. I have been a Casteel customer for many years, and it’s because of skillful technicians like Jamie that make them my first call for home repair/maintenance/emergencies. Thanks again Jamie!!

We have purchased both our Hot Water heater and HVAC unit though Casteel. The heater is less than 6 years old. Took an extended trip and before leaving turned off the Heater. It is not relighting (yes, gas is on). Called for service and they are unable to get anyone out to look at it for 2 days. If they are unable to keep enough people hired to service their clients, makes you wonder what type of working environment they offer. In reviewing my history with this company, I found the email chain with them just trying to get someone to us for the original service. The original tech never returned calls and they had to reschedule with a different tech to come see us. Should have opted to go a different route back then, but there were plenty of positive reviews. Just something to think about if you may need quick service. They do not offer that.

Highly recommend Casteel for electrical work. We installed outdoor heaters on our screened porch and needed a new breaker installed. The electrician came to our home and gave us an estimate and gave us several options of what could be done that would also save us money. Thank you Casteel!!!

Installed 2 new HVAC systems. The design/sales person was very thorough, explained the options available and worked with us on a competitive price. Installation crew was professional, cleaned up when finished, and very polite. They came back to address a few minor issues, everything is now to my satisfaction.

The installation of two new HVAC units were successfully and timely installed.

No work was done because the bid/proposal I received was for an entire electrical panel and power service replacement for nearly $9,000. All I need I need is a meter base replacement. Georgia Power has already given me a new meter base. I basically just wanted assistance with the labor of putting it in. I verified all the requirements with the city. The simple meter base swap is all I need. I don't need the $9,000 worth of "upgrades" that I can't afford. I basically paid for a salesman to visit. $124 was completely wasted.
