Overall good professional company, knowledgeable and electrician provided the service that I needed. Price however was too high to me for that service. I would still recommend them because they gave us a much better understanding of our home electrical system, some did and donts and Electrician (Henry) answered ALL of our questions very kindly and took his time.

We had Brad N out and he did a great job. We resigned up for our twice a year maintenance program and he did a great job cleaning our outside condenser unit. Brad and the cast eel team are always clean, kind, courteous and respectful. We have been doing business with them for over 5 years and have always been pleased.

I was very pleased with my first experience with Casteel Plumbing. I had recorded the humming noise that was coming from my sump pump and the rattling. I played the video for Fred. He immediately knew that the check valve needed to be replaced. We haven't heard the noise since that had begun a week earlier and would occur even when no water was being used all throughout the day and night. I'm happy that I found your company and good reviews on Angie's List. I would definitely use you again for future plumbing issues.

The technician was trying to inflate my bill adding unnecessary items to repair. I had a tank bolt broken and he tried to charge men$391.00 to repair it.
