Chuck gave an update everyday and completed the project in the time he said he would.

I had them come in to redo my bathroom. I took him into one of my bathrooms to see what it looked like and told him what I wanted done. When he finished the other bathroom, I notice chipped paint off the doors, tile placed in crooked and other flaws. The bathtubs were not even done in the same format as the other bathtub. They wanted to charge me to fix the mistakes he originally made. I thought he was coming back to fix the other things that were done poorly but now they said he is coming back to fix one thing and want to charge to the repair of the original work that wasn?t done properly. The whole process has been a nightmare. Update: What time I email should have nothing to do with this. No respect was ever shown. They sent me 2 hours out of the way to pick out the tile and I could have gone down the block. My tiles were picked up by the installer and taken to his home, not mine. Before starting process, I took him into the other bathroom and showed him the format for the process. I don't know what he did. Nothing looks the way it is supposed to. I want my soap dish installed and I want to be compensated for the other damage that he did. What the above party says is incorrect. They never asked my convenience, they only worked at theirs and when I put in for mine, it was denied. I asked if another worker could do the job, because mine was on vacation and was told no.

Did an excellent job will hire them again!

This was my second time using Andy on Call. They are a great company to do business with! I contacted Andy on Call on Monday and provided them with several available dates. Since my calendar was flexible they were able to call me Thursday morning when a craftsman was available and he was here within an hour. He reviewed the work, quoted me a price that I agreed to pay and the work was completed, and the work area cleaned spotless within two hours.

Very fast response actually ended up getting same day service. Joe did an amazing job!! Will use again in future

The guy came, didn't measure the job. Told him I got their name from Angie's List. He went into his truck and came back with a price minus $100 for Angie's list recommendation. Their bid was the highest of 3. He didn't really seem to want the job to put up kitchen backsplash.

We have used this company several times and they never fail to please. From the call to the office to the finished product, they are always courteous, professional and do high quality work. Mr. Beasley who did the work came out and removed and replaced the brick molding, but due to the cold weather had to wait a few days to caulk and paint. As soon as the weather changed, he was out to paint and caulk. Everything was finished promptly and professionally.

He was really good. I really liked him and liked his price. He was friendly, he seemed honest and he did it quickly. And I guess because I was expecting a huge amount of money to fix it and it was not a lot of, around $140 or something like that. The guy who had put it in I believe the fan was way too big for the house. When you turn it on even at the lowest level it was so loud, it was never really usable and over the years it was so heavy and real cracks began each corner where it was bolted into the ceiling. And it was like we had eight steps going from downstairs to the upstairs and this fan was directly above those steps. So it was in a place that I thought was going to be impossible to work on it unless I worked from inside the attic and I had somebody pass it up a little bit when it first started cracking but then it like one corner fell four or five inches and so I was going to have the whole thing taken down but he didn't do that. I didn't care whether it ever worked again but I didn't want the ceiling to fall in. He did it a simple way, quickly and not very costly so I was a happy customer.

Very well. Estimate was reasonable and included "worst-case" numbers. Came in well under "worst-case".

Called them and had someone onsite by lunch. They gave us a quote for the repair then repaired right away. Came back the next day to be sure everything dried correctly before payment. Overall Prompt Service and Great Work.

He was very nice, but his price was not reasonable. I had three quotes. His was quote was $1385. The other 2 quotes were $718 and $492. Too much of a difference.

I spoke to Didi to schedule someone to come over and estimate removal of a screen enclosure on my porch and remove a hot tub. Didi advised me I would get a call in 1-4 days, the contractor could come over for an estimate and if I agreed, they could start working right then. It has now been 4 days and no one has even attempted to contact me. Terrible service and would not ever use or recommend them.

Replaced parts of old siding on both sides of home with hardy plank. Work was performed quickly and professionally and I am very satisfied with the results.

This was the second time I used them and I was again totally satisfied with the results.

Aaron was great to work with and did a fantastic job. He even overheard me talking to someone else about a problem with my water heater and told me what I needed to do to fix the problem. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends!

Came out within one day, did the work the same day after providing a free estimate. It was a wonderful experience! He showed a determination to get the work done, which I was really impressed by. He did the work with such pleasure and I really enjoyed that. If I ever need any handyman service again, I will definitely call them again and request Aaron.

The provider gave an estimate that was quite high for the work to be performed. However, the bigger issue was the contractor that come out left 4 very large oil stains on our drive way. When I phoned the provider to note the issue, I was not asked my name, address or anything else and only was suggested to put kitty litter on it. Will not be phoning back.

The person who came out was excellent. I called him and left a message. He got with me immediately and we set up a day that he would come out to do the work. He was on time, did a great job and everything was very positive.

He showed up on time and worked until the job was completed. He did exactly what I asked him to do.

My contractor was professional, clean, and prompt. My wife and I are happy with the work that was performed. The cost was very reasonable. Andy Oncall addressed all of my needs and concerns.

It was pretty good, but I thought their clean up would've been better. Some things were done very well and other things were not finished too well. They were very good about returning calls. I called them about one thing that didn't work. When they put in a new front door system they had not hollowed out the place where the deadbolt goes in the frame, so it would not lock properly. They came out right away and fixed that. I would say that they were very responsive.

I did have some prework to do for him to start but could have done each one in the amount of time it took him to go get supplies, which he had none and completed the other by the time he finished the first project. I did not have a good comfort level with the contractor.

These folks have always been on time and they give you a quote before they start the work. The quote is good for 30 days. They are not insulted if you tell them you need to wait to do the work or make a decision. The workers are professional, clean and neat and bonded. They come prepared to work. The work is top notch and guaranteed. I will use them again as we have rental houses which constantly need repair.

The receptionists that answer the phones are really nice and pleasant. They said they weren't really sure when they could schedule and actual quote. They just call you back and let you know when they will have someone in your area. They called the day before and asked if someone could come out the following day. I said it was fine, as long as it was after 9:15 since I have to take my daughter to preschool by 9:00. She said she would schedule it between 9:30-10:00 which would have given me plenty of time. I received a call the next day at 8:30 saying that he would be at my house in just a few minutes. Well luckily I ended up keeping my child home from school because she wasn't feeling well, otherwise that wouldn't have worked at all. He came in and I told him the three things I needed done. I needed one ceiling fan installed, a handrail installed going up to the second floor and then a backsplash added to the kitchen. Well the quotes I was given were outrageous. $185 to install a ceiling fan (I have found a company that charges $95 and one that charges $115), $260 to put up the handrail and then $650 to install 22 sq. ft of tile under my cabinets. Needless to say, I didn't use the company for any of the jobs. I found an actual person that does tile on a daily basis that did the install for $395 and have yet to complete the other fan or the handrail.

I am very pleased with the results. The job took longer than the estimate because they took their time and did it right.
