Responded quickly and courteously to my message. Said I would receive a call within next week to set up estimate. Two weeks later and nothing. They probably do good work, but if they didn’t want the job they should have told me so I could move on to other options. Be up front and say you won’t or can’t do the job so potential customers can just move on.

Everything went very well. I'm happy with work performed. Very professional. Technician was knowledgeable in many areas and helped me make good decisions.

The guy wanted to just put bondo on everything instead of real repairs.

They were awful. The representative made me feel really uneasy, I did not feel comfortable with him being in my home. And I really feel as though he tried to over price things. What he was wanting to charge me, I had a friend who was the building inspector came by and would not have charged me nearly what this guy was willing to charge me. So they were over priced and I never want to use that service again.

Excellent - Bobby Dennis, who did the work was great. Job was done quickly and we are very happy with the outcome. Will definitely use them again.

Didn't fully paint hole and left drywall mud on walls. Came back next day but still didn't get the paint work correct, left spots unpainted

I liked the fact that they would send someone who would give a free price quote first before doing the work. They did a great job and I would use them again.

Instead of onwe week it took 3 and they were here most every weekday. They made a dusty mess of our bedroom and finally gave up using plastic in the 2nd week in any effort to control the dust. They left empty drink cans and cups over night and generally made our bedroom a real mess to the point we could not stay there the last 9 days. Worst was the price surprise of about $1000 more for a laborer "apprentice" he was training at $15 per hour. I figured he would help with any heavy stuff but he stayed for 3 weeks at 60 plus hours.

All work was completed as promised. on time, and with high quality.

I received a call from the office of Andy onCall inquiring if I was still interested in a quote. They had a service person in the area that could be at my location in half hour. I agreed, and the service man called me when he was 10 minutes away. He arrived early, and promptly assessed he situation. He gave me a written quote. The quote was fair, so I agreed to begin the repair. He did an outstanding job, and finished promptly.

They did a lousy job but the owner came out and tried to make it right. He was very responsive and responsible for his folks' work so I think we did what we could do given the situation. There was a room above the garage which was unfinished so they had to frame it out, install some access doors, put up the dry wall, finish it out, paint it, constructed a closet, run electrical, insulation and flooring.

It went well, they were responsive and professional. The only reason for the lower than perfect quality was that they could not replace the tile with the exact same tile, but were able to do a good job of replacing with as close a tile they could get.

Could not ask for a more professional or courteous group of people. They answered the phone, showed up when they said they would and got the job done like they said for the amount they quoted. That amount was lower than another I received as well. I used them twice in the span of about 3 weeks. I could not have been happier!

Called and left a message for an estimate to hang a door and never received a call back. Found another person on Angie's list who came out the next day and took care of it.

He came out to measure and analyze our kitchen for a price quote. We also gave him a detailed rendering of our design along with model numbers for each of the cabinets to be installed. He tried to install the kitchen cabinets, but he made me question whether he had ever done cabinets before. He said he didn't know how to install the crown molding, he started to install a wall cabinet that should have been sitting directly on top of a base cabinet, he complained about it being too heavy a job for one man, he complained that there were not enough studs in the wall, he put a bunch of screw holes in the back of one cabinet, and then he left 2-3 hours later having hung only one cabinet (the wrong one). Any problems he may have had with the install should have been identified on the day he came to measure and quote the job. After he left, I watched a very detailed YouTube video and I did the installation by myself.

The service was incredibly horrible. The man did not just know what he was doing and he was extremely rude to me. If we had a sense about it we would not have paid for the service. He was not professional. He did not do the job right at all. I was extremely upset. I won't call him ever again.

The worker Brian was on time, he was neat and tidy. I supplied the materials which he picked up, I paid extra for pickup and hall away.the only problem I had was the cost of the labor. I thought it was steep since I now have to hire another contractor to complete the job since he doesn't do it.w

They had a weird pricing. They charged per hour and you supplied the materials. The staff were nice. It took two or three days to have someone come out after I called for the quote. The quote was provided immediately.

THIS WAS INFERIOR WORK. THE CORNER CUTS ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN, WITH A POOR ATTEMPT AT CORRECTIONS WITH LOTS OF CAULK. THE SAME CAN BE SAID OF THE SEAMS, THERE IS ONE WITH A 1/4IN GAP, AGAIN FILLED WITH CAULK WHICH OF COURSE HAS SHRUNK. THERE ARE ALSO LARGE STREAKS OF POORLY WIPED OFF CAULK ON THE WALL WHICH WILL REQUIRE A LOT TOUCH UP PAINT ON MY PART. THEY QUOTED A GOOD PRICE, BUT I WOULD PREFER TO PAY MORE AND GET PROFESSIONAL RESULTS. UPDATE; WHILE YOU ARE WILLING TO COME OUT AGAIN THE PURPOSE OF THIS FORUM IS TO REVIEW THE WORK AS INITIALLY PERFORMED, WHICH IS WHAT I HAVE DONE. THIS WAS SIMPLE JOB AND SHOULD NOT REQUIRE CALL-BACKS. I HAVE A MITER BOX AND HAVE FIXED THE BAD CUTS AND REPAINTED, I DID NOT WANT FURTHER SERVICE FROM THIS SUB.

Service man called 1 1/2 before visit. He did not know the reason for the visit. He asked me was the visit for an estimate to be done today or another day. All I wanted is for a person to replace my exhaust fan in the bathroom. A job that probably wouldn't take very long to do and shouldn't cost much. He quoted me $249.00 for the job. I was shocked at the quote and told him that I did not need his services.

It was done well. They worked with me very well. Very friendly, very convenient.

James spent an hour in the house looking at the walls and other minor jobs I wanted done. He was prompt and courteous. His estimate arrived the next day. It was extremely high on all the small items. The price quoted to remove borders, prep, and paint two bedrooms was $506. I felt that was a high price but I agreed and scheduled the work and bought paint. I asked James if I should cover the beds and other furniture. He said, no that he had drop cloths. He did use the drop cloths on the hardwood floors when he painted, but he did not cover any furniture. The Sheetrock dust was all in the bedding, on ceiling fans and door frames, in drawers.. Just everywhere. His cleanup was to wipe it off floors and baseboards and windowsills. The walls are not smooth. There are many places that should have been better mudded. There are holes not filled, lumps that should have been sanded down, pieces of roller embedded in paint. He did not remove any switch plates but painted around them. For the wallpaper removal, a few minutes into the job he found that there was a 2nd nob border under the 1st in one of the bedrooms. James called the office and Carol called me to say there would be an additional charge of $269.00. That seemed extremely high. We finally agreed to an additional $150. I felt I had no alternative but to agree to the overage. The furniture was already pushed to the center of two bedrooms, and James had begun ripping off wallpaper. The fabric softener used to take down the paper was dripped onto a black dresser top removing the finish in spots. Vents in the floor were not covered. There were wallpaper scraps in the vents. I feel I paid a professional price for what appears to be a DIY job. Don't real painters cover furniture, remove switch plates and thoroughly prep? I would not use this company again for any service.

I had a very good experience from beginning to end. Scheduling was convenient and repairman was prompt, skilled and efficient.
