Description of Work: When I first contacted them, they were not able to get right out. I had expected a 1 - 2 day response and it was close to 3 weeks. That's what got them a B for responsiveness. On the day of service, the artisan arrived exactly on time, was very professional and performed the service promptly and in a quality manner. The cost was also very reasonable. I would DEFINITELY use this provider again.

Description of Work: Plumbing Services...replaced broken shower hot/cold water handles. Service rep was professional, curteous, knowledgeable, on time, did a wonderful job. Price was fair. Very happy with this Service.

Description of Work: Carpentry, shower door repair. Dan was very professional and pleasant. He got alot of work done and was very thorough. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Rotted wood repair ( Soffit, fascia, trim boards, siding, window sills and frames, etc.). Painting of repaired areas.

Description of Work: they did not show up as promised. We agreed that they would provide a estimate for power washing my deck, however they were a no show.

Description of Work: They were fine - they replaced rotten wood and window frame and there was only a minor problem. I'd use them again.

Description of Work: Andy OnCall Marietta repaired some brick work and had to build into the wall to make it stay. They also done some other handyman work here and there. Some things that I needed to be done.

Description of Work: I called Andy OnCall on 3 seperate occasions to request an estimate for an interior paint job: First, leaving a voicemail, Second, speaking with Steve, and third, speaking with another representative (a lady). My three attempts to call for an estimate was made over a period of a week and a half. My tenant was contacted to set up a time to do the estimate a couple of days ago and was not called back to confirm a date/time to do an estimate. I've given up on this one...perhaps, you'll have better luck than I did. LCDR R. Brantley

Description of Work: I own rental property and I needed some minor repairs and interior painting. The painting became complicated due to the fact that the builders original color on the walls was no longer the color on the walls. Unbeknown to me, previous tenants painted the walls without my knowledge another color. Which lead to miscommunication. I was handling this situation on the phone long distance, with my property manager, and ANDY ONCALL. To make a long story short. I called Andy OnCall to go to the property to give me a quote. They did. They gave me a fair quote, they explained to me how Angies List worked and if I was familiar with it or not. I was not. This was my first time using a vendor from Angies List. They told me on Angies website there is a coupon for discounts for their work. From the quote of work to be done I would get a discount of $50.00. I liked the fact that Andy OnCall mentioned the coupon up front. That I did not have to mention it. I told them I needed some minor repair work done, and interior painting. Chad, their craftsman as they call him. Did the repair work. And , he did a nice job according to my property manager. He (Chad), gave me several recommendations as to how to fix the problems in order to save me money. I liked that Chad gave me ideas how to move forward with regards to repairs and what could be done and, how much it would cost me. The painting was handled by Daniel. He was an awesome guy to communicate and work with. Kept me informed every step of the way. I liked that. Although my cell phone bill showed just how much he kept me in the loop LOL...Anyway It did not turn out to be another NORMAL painting job. I told him what the builders color were and, that it could be found at Sherwin Williams. (I thought I was making things easier for him). Turns out, that was not the current color on the walls. The walls were another color completely. I had no clue what the color was. Nor did he. Time was not on our side. There was no heat in the house, and it was getting dark soon. So the paint was not going to dry anytime soon. Daniel needed to go back to the paint store twice before he finally got the right color. Because of all the unfortunate situations that arose, time and daylight was not on my side. The job was beginning to take more time than Daniel had planned or I for that matter. The quote was contingent upon a simple paint job. Which it was no longer. Andy OnCall needed more money. I was tapped out. I couldn't go another dollar if I wanted to. I would have to finish the job myself. They had to stop painting. I could not afford to spend another dime. I was so worried about the unfinished paint job that night that I could not sleep. The next day I received a call from Daniel. He felt so bad. He felt that the paint job would look so much better if only he could add another coat. He said he spoke with his boss Steve, and was coming back to the property at NO COST TO ME and finish painting just so it would look perfect. That does not happen much these days. I felt so blessed, that I was dealing with such nice people with integrity and more so a sense of pride about their work. I'm greatful for Angies List. But I'm also thankful that businesses like Andy OnCall still exist.

Description of Work: we had a new light installed over the kitchen sick and electrical outlet replaced in the garden area. We also had siding repaired. The work was done very well.....the siding was replaced in 96 degree heat with no complaints....such dedication.We are pleased with all aspects of dealing with Andy on Call of Marietta and they will be our go-to guys in the future.
