Description of Work: Horrible! Complete disrespect to my home and appliances. showed up 2 hours late and I literally had just had a brand new 1400 LG stove and made the worst mistake of my life to ask for free quote from this absolutely horrific company. The man took his flashlight and proceeded to move my stainless steel stove with it in his hand. This metal flashlight scratched the front of my stove all up.Now the company is saying they won’t do anything and they don’t care. For allowing a rude, disrespectful person into my home to give a free quote now I have a damaged 1400 stove. They literally hung up the phone and told me they don’t care. That they tried to help me by driving 50 miles and giving me a free quote. Like I was suppose to know where they were driving from and owed them for “helping me” which they didn’t even do anything but damage my stove. DONT CALL THIS COMPANY and LOCK YOUR DOORS. My partner and son both witness how he walked out my home and left after I told him and specifically showed him where he scratch my new stove.

+ 1 moreGreat, they worked for about 2 hours on it then they said it was clear but they had to put a camera down it so that they could tell me exactly what was the cause. It ended up that my 3 year old put a toy in the toilet. Thankfully they had the right equipment to get it out. Otherwise I might have had to get the yard dug up. They saved my yard and my wallet.....
Description of Work: Main pipe to sewer was clogged, they had to put a cable in it then look through it with a camera to make sure it was fixed.

After clearing the stoppage he performed a camera inspection and found roots in our main sewer line, left an estimate and two days later we decided to proceed with the repair, very fast and friendly service would definitely recommend.
