Everything that was promised was performed in a timely fashion - they were great!

The heater in our house was showing 68 and we were snowing out so we called the gas company. The guy told us to shut the heater down because we had a leak. We called up five different companies and we ended up with Accu Temp. They were awesome as well. They insulated everything. We got high efficiency dual fuel system; the high efficiency heat comp air conditioner that works off of the electrical and the backup heating system when temperature was below 35°. They installed everything all at once. We called five companies and they were very responsive. When we called them and told them what we needed, they sent the guy out that day. They didn't have the sales guy available so they sent their head technician. He walked through the whole place and explained everything to us. He did a lot of educating because it was big expense. We had lot of questions and he spent lot of time answering our questions to help us figure out what we needed. The thing that really kicked it over was the guy they sent out. He gave me his personal cell phone number regard of who we decide to go in. If we have any questions we can call him anytime. He was really outstanding in terms of giving us the information. They were unbelievable. We didn’t have the heater; they were the only one who asked us if we need an electrical heater until we decide. We didn't have the contract with them and they were just very concerned about us as a customer. It was the thing that really moved them to the top. They were great. We have a maintenance contract with them. They do twice yearly check up. They were professional and they were always on time. They contact us if we forget to call them. I would have called them to install the water heater but they don’t do it. They were awesome.

Overall good service, one repair took too long to figure out, several days until they sent a tech who could find the problem.

Keith called to say he was on his way and arrived in the time window given by the office. He came in and checked the unit in the attic first, which is only 3 years old. As I was going through some boxes in the next room, I overheard him say to the person he was on the phone with, "I can't figure out how to fix this thing." I put this out of my mind for the moment. A few minutes later he came down and recommended that BOTH units be replaced to the tune of $8700. I called a family friend and he was able to tell me how to fix it. Both units are running just fine now. It seems as if all AccuTemp wants to do is sell new units. Check out other reports about AccuTemp. Almost every single one says "they replaced units...".

All services this company has performed over the last three years have been exemplary. They arrive promptly at the appointed time, perform the services as promised, point out and fully explain any repairs and also provide a cost estimate of the necessary repairs prior to performing them. They also show us the parts removed/replaced. Their representatives are very knowledgeable, courteous, and go about their business very efficiently. We are well pleased with their service and work.

I think they were very responsive and caring, and they solved a long term problem that we had with our heat flow. They gave us a good price and mentioned discounts for us. They also followed up after the job was complete.

Mike Ritchey, the estimator, showed up on time, probed and listened to my needs and presented factual information about his company and the equipment they recommended. He did not do a lot of ''selling''. The quotation he presented was the best of three I had received. The work crew showed up on time, used drop cloths and completed the work in a professional manner. At the final inspection of the job, I expressed dissatisfaction with the routing of the furnace flue. The crew leader agreed that the flue work could be improved and workmen returned next day to make the improvements. There was no arguing or reluctance to redo the flue routing. The county inspector was scheduled and approved the installation.

These guys were very professional. They showed up for the diagnostic appointment, the sales appointment (to determine what equipment to order) and then were exactly on time for the installation. They completed the job when they said they would, were very, very polite and the work was well done.

THEY REPLACED IT WITH A NICE SYSTEM. THEY COULDN'T HAVE TREATED ME NICER. WHAT I LIKED THE BEST, THEY DIDN'T LEAVE A MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. NOTHING WAS LEFT AFTERWARDS.
