The technician was at our house for 3 hours for a routine service which put up flags. He removed Freon from one of the units ( which we questioned). The unit quit working two days later. Same technician returned and recommended we purchase a new unit.

Jeremy was our technician, he notified me by text with a picture of him that he was on his way and when he arrived. Jeremy worn his mask the whole time he was here. Very pleased with the service. This is our 5th year with Accutemp. Will continue with them and recommend them, top notch!

Estimate, installation and subsequent follow up was excellent. The office staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. I did receive other estimates but AccuTemp was competitively priced and didn't try to up sale anything or waste my time. Coordinating the city to come to inspect is another story but no reflection on AccuTemp.

I used them at another property. This is probably the fifth unit they had to replace between to properties. It took them one day to complete the service. They got here first thing in the morning and got out late afternoon. They brought quite a small army with them. There were five guys that were part of the crew. I was kind of surprised with the number of folks that they they had. They all kept very busy throughout the day. I'm very pleased with the results.

I called my normal provider, Casteel, but they could not get to my house for 4 days. I looked on Angie's list and found Accutemp. They have 24/7 service and were there within 90 minutes. The technician, David, was friendly, completed the service quickly and professionally and taught me a few things while he was there. I will definetly use them again. The cost includes the cost of the service call, parts and labor.

They were clean, on time, very respectful, courteous, did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

After 27 years of service, our AC died, and of course it had to be when we had 90 degree plus weather. I called AccuTemp, a representative responded. After asking some questions and explaining the units available and the cost. They were able to install the system that day. We decided that we would also install the heating units also. The techs were very professional, polite and answer any questions we had about the unit. We were so happy to have cool air thanks to AccuTemp.

I figured since they installed it, I'd use them. They were good. The guy knew what he was doing. It was very good. They always give you a time frame and I've had no problems. They are always either early or within the time frame. They give you sometimes a 2 hour time frame.

How did it go you ask? Excellent!!! The owner of this company whose name I forget at the moment is 100% competent and friendly. This is a totally trustworthy company to work with and will use again without reservation. The job gets to correctly and fast!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Everything went really well. The crew knew exactly what to do, they did a good job without leaving a mess, and they showed me how to use the new system before leaving. The price seemed reasonable, too.

They were fine. They performed the service as requested and did fine. It was a fair price.

They're a professional company and the employees are great and knowledgable but the products are not necessarilly as good as thay say they are and company policy is bothersome. They installed a complete A/C system 9about 11 years ago and added ducts in basement and it was a big job. The system kept going out over the first 2 years. We had to pay to replace circuit boards. Ultimately, there was a problem with not enough return air. Had to pay for rework and adding more ducts. Also had a maintenance contract with them. It's very expensive to do anything with them and the product line is not that reliable. A triode went out int the DC motor. Cost $800 to replece. You can find another A/C specialist through Angies list that could fix the same problem by repairing the problem unit rather than replacing it. The company didn't seem that eager to provide valued customer relations when we really needed them. They were too busy. It was all business and not much customer satisfaction. I know this company has a good rating with most people. I'm just saying - you can do better with an independant and get better satisfaction and save bundles of cash.

We love the company. They're a local company. They're very honest. The workmen are great. The office people are super. It's a good company. They clean up. Their price is very, very, very competitive.

I provided Accutemp with the specific AS air-conditioner model I wanted (Silver XI)) and pointed to it in the brochure I had gotten from another HVAC company who visited earlier. When I got the Accutemp quote, it wasn't the highest or the lowest bid. However, the model on the quote didn't match the other HVAC companies' quotes. So, I contacted American Standard to find out about the model Accutemp quoted. It was for a discontinued model. I would not pay a higher price for an older, discontinued model when I specified which model I wanted. As a result, Accutemp wasn't selected. More importantly, I have lost trust in Accutemp.

They were punctual and professional but also pricey.

Accutemp did not install our heating/cooling system. However, when the installing company was a no-show twice for our first maintenance visit we decided to give them a try. It was a good decision. We have had a 2-visits per year service agreement with Accutemp for approximately 10 years. The technicians are always on time, professional and courteous. They suggest that parts be replaced only when necessary and always with no pressure to have the work done.

I have 2 A/Cs. I replaced one 5 years ago, and my remaining 26 year old A/C died Sunday night, July 1. I called Accu-temp for one of my estimates (they replaced my last unit), along with 2 other companies. After review, I felt that they were the best bang for the buck. I also considered the reviews of American Standard equipment. They came out and installed the complete new A/C and furnace on the 4th of July, no extra charge. They were very professional, and did excellent work, including running some new ductwork and transferring my ultra-violet sanitizer light. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this company, the people and their product.

a/c went out. I called several a/c companies, Accutemp was able to come quickest. Work was done well and quickly. pleased with overall result.

Their price seemed reasonable and they did very good work.

Mike arrived on Tuesday to give us a quote. After we decided to have system installed called and set appointment for Thursday. Robert and Ricky arrived at appointed time and started to work. They spread sheets to catch all the dust and dirt. They were polite and professional. Cleaned vents first then installed system. Robert found a problem with the wiring in the box the furnace was connected to. He suggested we have an electrican come out and inspect it. He was concerned of furnace over heating in the present condition. Thanks to him we not only found that problem but other problem in our home. Great job Robert and Ricky for all the hard work.And Thanks for making our home cool and safe.

They were good. I have used them before. They come out in a short amount of time. Don't over charge me. Give me another opitions.
