Badly.
Description of Work: They did arrive a bit earlier than we had agreed, and were quick to respond to my request to have my carpet cleaned. This, however, was the only positive I can report on this company. The 'cleaners' used only one tool to clean, a +/- 12 inch cleaning wand that applied steam and vacuum at the point of contact with the carpet. As they had only one tool, they were unable to clean in the corners, in the edges of the carpet, next to the stone fireplaces or behind the commodes in the bathrooms. (yes, they are carpeted) My sunroom - which we have used extensively over the winter looks as it did when they walked in the door. I talked with their manager, Andy Jackson, who visited here, and told me that this was all I could expect from Stanley Steemers. I know better, as I used these people in Atlanta before moving to Perry. This company is the highest priced in the industry, and I expected first class results for a first class price. That was not to be. Next time, I'll hire a local company and expect only average results.

I spoke with this customer after the cleaning was performed. I drove down to Perry to look at the results. We could not do anything else to make him happy, I personally tried to remove the stains from around his baseboard and they were perminent in nature (very faint). While I was there, I gave the customer a free bottle of spot cleaner. I even offered to have my 20 yrs. of experience carpet cleaner come down to reclean his entire house and he said that would be fine. The technicians arrived at the customers home and he refused to let them clean again. His attitude when my crew came back to reclean his home was positive, he even gave my 2 technicians a gift to give to their wives. A few days later, he post this negative comment about Stanley Steemer! I did all I could to satisfy this customer! Sometimes "all you can do" s still not good enough! I'm very sorry!
