Description of Work: replaced both door springs and realigned rollers

Description of Work: Initially, they came over to fix a garage door opener that had a wiring problem but lightning apparently caused damage that was inaccessible. So I told them I would check out new door openers and asked for an estimate to install it which they provided me. While they furnish certain openers, they did not have the brand I wanted so I told them I would buy it and call them after I received it to schedule installation. Ultimately, the company installed the unit successfully and I am pleased with the cooperation they showed in installing a unit other than their own. I am especially pleased with this company because their policy is not to install equipment purchased by the client but made an exception in my case because they were unable to fix the original wiring problem.

Description of Work: A representative from Overhead doors intially visited our home to make an estimated to install a door. The representative covered the work that need to be done, the best door type for our needs and garage, and provided an estimated of time to do the job. I was skeptical the estimated would cover all charges but he assured me it would, and it did! They were out the following month and installed the door professionally and quickly! I am happy with their product and work! Defintely would recommend to anyone!

Description of Work: Fixed a broken spring on my garage door. My garage door would not go up.

Description of Work: I believe the owner took my call. He was very knowledgable and professional. He explained that garage door springs last about 10,000 cycles, therefore they wear out based on use. Makes sense, of course, but the way it was explained was clear and friendly. He quickly understood my situation and needs and had a service representative out VERY quickly, just as promised. I believe the price was similar to other companies and the repairman did a good job. I asked where I could buy the batteries for the garage door opener when mine go dead, and he grabbed some off his truck and gave them to me! I was impressed and grateful.
