*Free Estimates* Licensed Christian contractor . Offering excellent workmanship and reliable service. Residential, commercial, and industrial. No job is too small. There is no per hour charge because a single price is given with the proposal and that is the price you pay ( there are no suprises!)
"I have used HOCO POWER several times over the past few years (after reading excellent reviews on Google). The workers - Brandon, Josh and Christian have always done a great job. Since I initially chose HOCO POWER because of their review, it is necessary to update their reviews with my own experiences. Chris Kemp, the owner of HOCO POWER, has made my project a nightmare. I learned from his son, Brandon, that they do carpentry work as well as electrical. I asked him to rebuild my greenhouse which was damaged in a recent storm. I agreed to pay his full asking price for labor ($8495) but stated I would purchase all materials ($2200+) before the project began. Two weeks later Mr. Kemp stated that he was finished and presented me with additional receipts for materials that he purchased (mostly without my knowledge) in the amount of $1325. Even though $300+ of these materials were questionable (i.e. hammer, broom, sodas, cement, etc.), I paid him the full $1325 he requested. He also stated that he had purchased $1298.43 in electrical supplies (for which there is no physical evidence). I asked him for receipts so that I could reimburse him. He stated that he was not going to show me any receipts and that I was “ignorant” for even requesting them. The only electric supplies present in my 12’x16’ greenhouse are 6 outlets, 2 switches, 30’ of Christmas lights and a ceiling fan. (See pictures). Note: I had a perfectly good working ceiling fan in the greenhouse before he took it down and left it out in the rain to be damaged. Two weeks after starting the project, he left my greenhouse unfinished and stated that he was going to put a lien on my home. The matter is currently being adjudicated. This review is my experience with HOCO POWER."

"NOTE: I am not the owner or resident of the condo where the work was done. The owner is my brother, who asked me to submit this form, because I am the one who initially contacted Angi.com and Zernial Bogan (L&Z Enterprises). On Saturday 9/2/23, Mr. Bogan was at the condo (where my son lives) to provide an estimate on different work. After he left, I realized the door would not close. I called him and told him about the issue, he came back to examine the door and said the door needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate for labor. He did the work the next day (Sunday, 9/3/23) and I paid him by check. A couple of days later when my son returned from the store, he noticed the door didn't look right. Mr. Bogan said it's the way the condos were built. He came back with a level and said the door is level. But on 9-12-23, the condo's contractor inspected and said it is not installed correctly and is not level on all sides. I believe he said it's level on the sides but not at the top. And this morning 9-13-23, an independent contractor met the owner and stated the same thing - the door is not installed correctly."

Many different types of ceiling fans are available to cool down your home.
Standard ceiling fans are the traditional-style fans made from plastic, wood, metal, or fiberboard.
Smart ceiling fans allow you to control it with your smartphone or voice commands.
Dual-motor ceiling fans have two motors that produce more airflow in multiple directions.
Energy-Star ceiling fans are similar to standard fans but can be up to 60% more energy efficient than other fans, lowering your utility bill.
Large ceiling fans work best in large rooms where the ceilings are between 10 and 25 feet high.
If you need to install electrical wiring for your new ceiling fan, contact a local ceiling fan installer to help with this project. If you’re not a licensed electrician, installing wiring yourself could be a code violation. Even worse, this project can be dangerous if not done correctly.
However, if you’re replacing an existing ceiling fan, and you are an experienced DIYer, you may be able to install it yourself. This option might involve purchasing a special ladder if you have a vaulted ceiling. Replacing a ceiling fan yourself can save on labor costs, but if you aren’t handy, be sure to call a pro.
Not every ceiling fan is best suited for every room type. The size of the room dictates the size of your ceiling fan. Consult a ceiling fan installer to determine the right fan for your room and reference this sizing information:
Rooms smaller than 75 square feet require a fan of 29 to 36 inches.
Rooms from 75 to 175 square feet require a fan of 42 to 48 inches.
Rooms from 176 to 350 square feet require a fan of 52 to 56 inches.
Rooms over 350 square feet require a fan of larger than 60 inches.
The time it takes to install a ceiling fan depends on whether you have existing wiring. If you’re swapping out one ceiling fan for another, it’ll take one to two hours for your ceiling fan professional to make the switch. However, if your ceiling fan installer needs to install wiring or if it's a difficult installation—places like high ceilings, porches, or attics—it could take up to four hours for complete installation.
The cost to install a ceiling fan is $250 on average, ranging from $85 to $605 or more, depending on the fan type and size and if additional wiring or switches are required.
Standard fans are typically the most cost-effective, ranging from $50 to $300 to install. Complex ceiling fans like rotational fans with a dual motor are usually the most expensive to install, ranging from $200 to $1,500. It’s important to note that installing a ceiling fan in a room without existing wiring is a very complex job that could cost up to $2,000.
