NOTE: I am not the owner or resident of the condo where the work was done. The owner is my brother, who asked me to submit this form, because I am the one who initially contacted Angi.com and Zernial Bogan (L&Z Enterprises). On Saturday 9/2/23, Mr. Bogan was at the condo (where my son lives) to provide an estimate on different work. After he left, I realized the door would not close. I called him and told him about the issue, he came back to examine the door and said the door needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate for labor. He did the work the next day (Sunday, 9/3/23) and I paid him by check. A couple of days later when my son returned from the store, he noticed the door didn't look right. Mr. Bogan said it's the way the condos were built. He came back with a level and said the door is level. But on 9-12-23, the condo's contractor inspected and said it is not installed correctly and is not level on all sides. I believe he said it's level on the sides but not at the top. And this morning 9-13-23, an independent contractor met the owner and stated the same thing - the door is not installed correctly.
