Very well. Scheduling an appt. was easy and they were able to come within 24 hours of my call. They called when they were in route. They did a thorough job and clearly explained how the warranty works.

Richard arrived on time. He did a very thorough job with the heavily stained areas. After the cleaning, the carpet looked clean, bright, and was not very damp to the touch. The job was done on time and on budget in a very professional yet friendly manner.

Richard was the technician and he did an excellent job. He was here for several hours. Most of the stains came out. The best part is they guarantee the carpet cleaning for a year so if I need them, they will come back for an additional $5 per room plus $15.00 travel. I would highly recommend them.

Richard did a great job. I wasn't home when the cleaning was done, but my husband says he was prompt and very professional. The original phone quote was for $313.06, but I had several stains which needed pre-treating and extra work. The carpet hasn't been cleaned since before we moved in 2 1/2 years ago, so I thought I was getting off easy with the quoted price. The total price was $473.06 prior to the coupon. I'd say about 95% of the stains came out (and I never thought they would). The 1 year warranty is a big bonus.

They called the night ahead to confirm and arrived at 8:00. I was concerned that all of the stains would not be removed and they got them all. The carpets were dry in no time and the house smelled great. I would recommend them to anyone that needed a good carpet cleaner.

My appointment was at 8AM and they called a little before 8 to let me know they were on the way. They arrived at about 8:30. They were there cleaning for about 3 1/2 hours. Overall they did a really good job although there were still a few carpet stains visible, some of which I knew they would not be able to remove such as nail polish on the carpet but some that I thought they would completely get out. Considering the price though (I used their Angie's List coupon). I think that I got a great deal and am very happy. They did say that if after a few days I wanted them to come back and work some more on those stains, that they would at no additional cost.

Nathan is about the hardest working service person we've ever had in our home. He does an incredible job every time. (We've had him come about 3 or 4 times in 2 years since he started on his own. He worked for a larger company before.)
