Excellent, arrived on time and immediately went about cleaning the couches. They were very thorough and made sure to ask me about preferences.

Great communication before, during, and after service. They did an excellent job, were courteous, timely, and made sure everything was cleaned as they progressed through the job.

I am so glad I went with this company. For years I’ve used Stanley Steamer to clean my carpets without even thinking twice to seek service elsewhere until now. This was my first time using Double N Service and they didn’t disappoint! When you can smell the citrus fresh scent down the hall you know your carpets are clean. Might I add the carpet was like brand new! They have a customer for life!! I’ll be scheduling quarterly cleanings moving forward. Let’s not forget the top notch professionalism..SUPERB

I called Norman to do our carpets and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next week. The person he sent out was on time, very courteous, and finished in about 3 hours. We hadn't had the carpets cleaned in several years and were worried that the spots wouldn't come out, but they all did. He used hoses from his truck rather than a rug cleaning machine and this seemed to clean extra well. Also, while the cleaning was thorough, the rugs were completely dry in a day.

They offer peace of mind service. Used them twice! Excellent! Excellent!, Excellent!

It went very well. The tech was great. He even lowered the price slightly below the original quote once he saw the amount of space to clean without me asking. The floor looked great and was done very quickly.

Double N Services were OUTSTANDING! Super responsive and Norman did an amazing job making my old, heavily pet stained carpet, fresh again and looking like new! A few stubborn stains resurfaced, but they were happy to come back and retreat them until I was satisfied. Second time worked like a charm on those wicked stains. THANK YOU! Looking forward to coming back to Double N for some hardwoods in the future!

The cleaning went very well. I hired them to clean three bedrooms upstairs and landing area above the stairs. The cleaner arrived 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He made sure equipment set up did not create obstacles or cause any damage. When the job was completed I was cautioned about safety precautions to avoid slips. I received a phone call a few hours after the job was completed to check whether I was satisfied l. I’m very satisfied with the job done.
