Norman called 10 minutes before his scheduled time to tell us he was on his way; he arrived only 5 minutes after the scheduled time. He was professionally dressed and introduced himself politely. We reviewed the work to be completed and he promptly got started. He was detail oriented and took his time to ensure thoroughness. We were very pleased with the service and he reviewed the one-year warranty at completion. The work performed was of excellent quality. Would recommend highly.

They were supposed to arrive at 2pm but called about 10am or so to say that they were running behind for the day and would it be OK to come at 4pm. The technician arrived around 5 or 5:30pm. He cleaned the carpets until about 7:30pm and asked if he could return in the morning to do the upholstery. I was off work so I agreed, but I can see how this may have been an inconvenience otherwise. They were always courteous and accommodating. I was unhappy with the upholstery so he returned to re-clean it a day later. I was still unhappy so they refunded half of my money ($65) promptly for the service. My carpets were really dirty so the cleaning made them OK but not great. I think their service would be good for normal maintenance and cleaning but not for the type of cleaning I needed. However, they were always professional and attentive to customer satisfaction.

Norman was about 1.5 hours late, but the office had called ahead to let me know. I appreciated that. Norman has a wonderful personality, worked hard, and completed the work in about 2.5 hours. My carpet is white and he was able to get out most of an orange soda stain from one of the bedrooms. He left me a warranty card.

They were friendly. They did a good job and they came out promptly. We had an emergency situation and they came out right away.

We've had these carpets cleaned every year since we lived in the house (10 years) and have never been this satisfied with our cleaning service. Though Norman was 45 minutes late (he called two times with progress reports of traffic problems), when he arrived he was professional, friendly and got right to work. Even in the highest traffic areas, our carpet looks truly clean and what was even more impressive was how quickly they were dry. Not too wild about the orange scent of the cleaner, but that has faded after two days. We used the $50 Angie's List coupon. They called us that evening to see if we were happy with the results. The carpets look great and we will definitely use them again.

I am long-distance landlord working through Realtor/property manager. The process went smoothly from start to finish. I requested and received a call from the technician who performed the work to ask about various things related to the condition of the carpet. He was most helpful. I will go back to this firm for future jobs as the need arises.

Norman arrived on time dressed professionally and walked through the house, he examined a few stains and told me what to expect. He went to work straight away, moving furniture (he did more than any other company has done in the past), he called his company to tell them that my house was going to take him longer to finish than scheduled (I appreciated that). Having had previous bad experience from another carpet cleaning company, I felt that I would have to watch over Norman. Fortunately, once Norman started working, he worked so professionally treated my furniture as if it was his own and didn't try to rush the job and was very polite. My carpets looked 100% better and revived. I was very surprised when I learned that Norman is an employee I thought he was the owner, he went out of his way. He is an asset to his company and I have been recommending this company to all my friends and would not hesitate to use them again. They definitely offer a five star service with a smile!

They did a wonderful job. The citrus smell (though I like it) is fairly strong, but the carpet is very clean and they did a beautiful job on the repairs.

We really had a good experience with this company. They were great in terms of communication. They even came back because they guarantee their work. We had detected a few stains. They charged us nothing at all for doing a repeat spot treatment and they were happy to do that for us. I think they are just outstanding to tell you the truth.

Everything went great. Mr. Norman arrived on time, did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet and stuck to the price that was quoted. I'm even more impressed that they offer a warranty on the carpet. He was also very professional, which is always appreciated.

The technician they sent out was named Norman and he was very nice, polite and professional. I was happy with the fact that he was able to remove the stains that other companies couldn't, especially since the carpets are only a year old. They also offered me a warranty.

Norman was a complete professional. He got a little lost (this was not his fault, my address is not on MapQuest) so he deodorized the carpets for free. He explained everything that he was doing and the warranty thoroughly. The receptionist was quick to respond and to schedule the work.

I own a rental home that I am selling. The carpets are only 2 years old, but when the tenant moved out, I was shocked to see how dirty they were. The Realtor asked me to replace the living room carpet because it was sooo bad. The stairs were awful and looked like a complete loss. Nathan and Floyd worked all day and the carpets came out amazing. I don't have to replace a single yard. They did the hardwoods on a Thursday, and they had to dry for 12 hours before being walked on after the final coat. They came back to the house at 10pm to apply the final coat so the house could be shown for an appointment on Friday. This company is the perfect example of a locally owned/ operated business that survives through positive referrals. They will not quit until you are happy with the results. We use them at our house as well and couldn't be happier with the results.

Very well. He vacuumed everywhere, moved furniture, carpet cleaned (including inside closets), applied stain remover to stains, and then suctioned water. He was very thorough. The entire job was for 4 bed rooms, hallway and stairs.

Tech's name was Norman. I was totally impressed! I called the company the morning of 5/23/07 and the technician came the same day at 3:00 pm! He was fantastic and quick! My carpet was awful and he made it look like new! All spots gone!

The people that scheduled us were very professional. We had to reschedule the appointment once and there was no problem. Norman came on time and for the entire time, he was cheerful and courteous. He went from room to room in an efficient manner and moved items in each room to clean thoroughly. Every spot was removed and each room looked like new rugs. We received the one-year warranty at the end, which was unique.

They were very professional and the warranty is great, and I will hire them again.

Representative (Norman) was very polite, super punctual, and very responsive with calling me and letting me know he was on schedule. The spots came out of family room and he cleaned the whole rest of my house which is just under 3,000 sq. ft. I used the Angie's List $50-off coupon that I found online and whole house was done for under $200 plus the return visits for the next year where $5 per room, $15 drive-out fee. I had no idea who to pick to do this. I saw Angie's List in the newspaper and decided to go online and check it out. I loved the comments and chose this company based on that.

When I called, the appointment was set up promptly for 2 days later. Very polite over phone. On the day of the carpet cleaning, the technician was about 1 1/2 hours late, but when he got here Richard, the technician, was very polite and pleasant. He immediately put on shoe covers, explained his process and went to work. He added on a complimentary protectant for the room of my choice for being late. The carpets looked good and I was happy that they were not too wet. Overall, a very good experience.

After the sudden pet surprise on our carpets, I called at 1pm after our regular (now old) carpet cleaner couldn't come. They came the same day, and Norman, the technician spent more than 3.5 hours cleaning the carpets. He was friendly, had extremely good attention to details (cleaning the corners and by the walls, getting the stains done, clipping off stray edges on the rugs etc.). The rugs were cleaner than they had been after recent cleanings, were not wet, and smelled very nice. The stains were completely gone too. Price was as quoted (less the $50 AL coupon, which they deducted from the quoted price). The one year guarantee was thoroughly explained by Norman, and seems like a great deal we will use. I would definitely recommend this company.

My original appointment was for Friday afternoon, however due to an accident which had a major interstate shut down they were unable to come at this time. David, the phone representative was very flexible, so I rescheduled to Sunday. Nathan Norman came to the home and looked over all the areas to be cleaned. I had already moved the furniture out of place (to try and save time). Nathan gave me an estimate for all the work to be done, and in the end the bill was exactly the same. Company even provided services for free since they were unable to make the original appointment. The technician was very helpful, and the house smelled GREAT once the process was complete. Nathan was here for six hours working on the carpets, furniture and area rugs. This appointment did turn into quiet a "commitment" however when you are paying that much money for a service you want it done right!

They did okay but I expected a little better from the reviews.

The cleaning process was done very orderly and he removed some pet stains as well as reappearing stains. We would highly recommend this company as well as Norman.
