Everything went very well. They were pretty prompt and scheduled the work within a day or two. They were fine with having my children there, and the sofa looked like new when they were done. They have a warranty to redo any rooms within the next year at a great discount which I appreciate. I was very happy with them and I will definitely use them again.

Great job! Would highly recommend them. They didn't show up at the appointed time, so after 20 minutes I called them to find that their computers had crashed and they'd lost all their appointments! He was SOOO glad that I called, and so was I...because they were very professional, they worked fast, and they did an excellent job.

It was great. They did an excellent job. There were stains on the carpet and they were able to remove all of the stains and the carpet just turned out beautifully. Norman and Sam were the folks that came out. They were both very professional and just did a great job. I will be using them again as I have a number of investment properties.

We cannot say enough good things about the job that Norman did on our carpets. Not only are our carpets as clean as day one, but from the start he was professional and on-time with a courteous attitude. We are very pleased with the service and performance.

It could not have gone better. In both cases, I left keys under door mats for the carpet company. They were able to clean both houses in the same and then left both keys and invoices on the kitchen counter in one of the houses. I also received my "Angie's List" discount for both jobs.

I researched several carpet cleaners and requested 4 bids. I selected 1 year warranty for several reasons: 1) Responsiveness and knowledge of cleaning methods - especially pet stains. 2) Ability to schedule service when needed. 3) 1 year warranty for recleaning. 4) price. Since I will be renting the house, the special pricing for return cleaning within 1 year was a big plus. Their price was competitive. Norman and Sam arrived on time and went straight to work. I showed Norman the stains that I was most concerned about - with 3 boys and 2 male dogs, there were a lot of them. We discussed what I thought they were from and he gave me a realistic idea of what they would look like after cleaning. They worked for several hours and most of the stains and all of the smells were gone. A few stains came back a day later, but they promptly came back to the house and cleaned them. The deodorant / cleaner smell was very strong for a few days, but it was better than the pet odors. They also made follow up calls after the work was done

Sam and Norman arrived right on time and got right to work. Those are 2 very friendly guys. They explained the process to me and also explained their warranty. I can have any of the rooms they cleaned retreated for a year for $5 per area plus $23 trip charge. They worked hard, completed it in a reasonable time, and did a great job.

It was great. They were about 30 minutes late, but since I wasn't ready for them on time, I was cool with that. Plus, Atlanta traffic is unpredictable and they were coming from Mableton to Suwanee, which is a haul. They called to let me know they were running late. They did a great job. Went through the house with me so I could show them my areas of focus. The carpet was replaced a year ago, so it wasn't very dirty, but there were a few areas that needed attention (where my dog hangs out and the path from my husband's home office to our deck-he is a smoker). They got all of the stains out, which I didn't really expect, so I was very pleased. Sam and Norman were very polite and professional. My 4 year old twins were home unexpectedly and they were very accommodating to that fact, working upstairs first and then coming downstairs so I would have somewhere to be with them out of the way. I am looking forward to using them again!

Overall the service was accpetable. While they wewre supposed to be at our home at noon, they called to say they would be 1/2 an hour late. They did show up within that time and immediately gave me a quote. Once quote was accepted, they immediately went to work. Technician was very friendly and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time.

Very well. Out of the 4 or 5 different cleaners I've used since moving into this house, this company (Nathan) did the best job. The only thing was my pets room was treated for pet odor and the room smelled kind of weird for a couple days afterward (I guess it was the smell of the chemicals).

On the phone and in-person, Norman was both professional and polite. I was amazed at the quality of the cleaning! Their system is specialized for Berber carpet which we have. Stains that I did not think would come out, were completely gone after the cleaning. The entire cleaning took approximately 1 hour. Obviously some who takes pride in their work and cares about customer satisfaction. Norman smiled the whole time he worked!! I will recommend this company to my friends and will use again in the future.

It went very well. Norman and Dan did a great job. They arrived close to their scheduled time and went right to work. It took them about 2 hrs and the carpets looked new. I will call them again.

Nathan was on time and very professional. This was the first time I've had these carpets cleaned professionally since I bought this house and they were in desperate need. They did an amazing job and the place looks wonderful. Nathan moved all the furniture and got up all the spots. This was an especially dirty job as the previous owners had carpeted half of the kitchen area and it's almost impossible to keep clean. I hope to keep it clean until I find the time to rip up.

Two weeks prior to moving into my house I called to get estimates on having the carpet cleaned (3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and hallway) and the air ducts cleaned. They were very responsive to all my questions and their prices were very reasonable. The day before the service was performed they contacted me as a reminder (as they said they would). They were a bit tardy (2 hrs) the day of service. They explained they were having computer problems which they rely on to map their routes to their jobs (okay, sounds reasonable). The service technician was very professional. We did a walk through to survey the condition of the carpeting and identify an problem areas. Stains that could not be removed were noted and explained so that I would not have any unreasonable expectations. We also surveyed the duct work. After that he proceeded to get down to work. When complete we reviewed the work. I was very please with how well the carpet turned out.

Norman is always great to work with. He works quickly, but thoroughly. It took him about 3.5 hours to complete the work, and he does a great job!

They did an excellent job cleaning and deodorizing carpet that is of good quality but, is 5 years old. The pet odors are gone and the carpet looks wonderful.

They were wonderful they were on time they even let us know when they were even coming. And they gave me a $50 discount from getting it from the list.

A time was schedules immediately. The technician, Norman, arrived at the time he said that he would. He worked very quickly and finished the four room job in two hours. The carpets look wonderful. He returned the next day to replace rugs and arrange furniture. When I pointed out a very small spot, he quickly addressed the problem. I am very pleased with this company's service and the quality of their work. I will use them again and will feel comfortable referring them to my friends.
