Double N Services

I called to get a quote for installing carpet on my second floor. I was very optimistic since this is an A rated company. Two very professional guys showed up as expected. They asked if they could use the kitchen to hook up for the water. After a little explaining they had come to clean my carpet and not to give me a quote. With that cleared up I the gentleman went up stairs to take measurements. He told me very confidently they would be able to beat Home Depot's price and said he would contact me with the quote. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard a thing back from them. Now because they quotation process has dragged on so long I am having my carpets cleaned and I will not be calling these guys!

I actually never got to see the results, but my father went by to make sure the house was locked up and said it looks good, but was very wet. The only negative was that I asked the guys to come by at 8am, even though they don't start til 9am, but they still didn't arrive until 9am. Once they got there it was alright because Norman was an extremely nice guy, and I felt like I could trust him to do a good job.

I used the Big Deal coupon on Angie's List - and, Double N Services was great! Norman came out to my house and really did a superb job. He was very nice and offered suggestions of other services from Double N that I might use in the future. Very satified customer - great results!

They were timely, efficient, careful when moving furniture and very professional. I plan to use them again for the remainder of my house.

I contacted Nathan Norman, the owner, after seeing high marks of his service in Angie's List. I told him that I was considering re-upholstering some chairs but wanted to see if the stains in a couple chairs could be removed before making the decision. He assured me that he would come out and see the cleaning issues and if he felt the chairs couldn't be clean he would inform me without charge. He came the next day at the scheduled time and took a look at the chairs and indicated that the stains could be removed. He did an incredible job removing the stains, some years old, and waterproofing the upholstery. I was thrilled to see the chairs looking as if they were brand new. Nathan and his helper were very curteous, professional and efficient. I am very happy with his service.

The guys from Double N were GREAT! I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors! They worked diligently and efficiently to get the job done. They were respectful of our family and our home. We have 2 small children that they worked around with ease. They were pleasant and personable. The floors and couches look amazing! I was shocked that they were able to improve the look of one of the sofas so dramatically. I can't compliment them enough!! Their prices are fair and they stand behind their product. I plan to use them for years to come!!!!

THey even got the dark shadow from the baseboards better than anyone has up to now. Excellent job, dried quickly and none of the stains returned. great workers with attention to detail.

My husband called to ensure that the company did service our area, as we live in Douglas County, but have a Whitesburg (Carroll County) mailing address. Many companies decline to do business with us, due to the distance and our Whitesburg mailing address. We were assured that Double N would indeed travel out to our home and verified that the total cost of the "Big Deal" would be $90.00. After discussing whether or not we wanted to give these folks a try, I called back and set up an appointment for Friday, Jan. 7, 2011 for 9:00 AM to have the carpets in our living room, breakfast room and master bedroom cleaned. On Friday, the technician called me about 8:30 AM and told me he'd be at our house in about 30 minutes. The technician didn't show up until 9:30 AM, explaining that he'd plugged our address into his GPS system and it took him all the way down to Hwy. 27 in Whitesburg. Knowing that this happens more often than not, I didn't have any issues with him being late. The technician didn't seem to mind our two Labrador Retrievers, only asking if they were friendly. I assured him that they were indeed quite friendly and asked if they were going to be underfoot while he cleaned the carpets. He asked if there was someplace the dogs could be confined while he was cleaning the carpets and I closed them up in our spare bedroom. Due to the two dogs, we had several nasty stains that I'd tried to get up numerous times with carpet cleaners, to no avail. Additionally, our carpet is 11 years old and wasn't very expensive to begin with - it's pretty much 'shot' and in need of replacement. Anyway, the technician did a fantastic job - he was able to remove most of the stains, which really surprised me. He also pulled up a lot of loose dog hair from deep within the carpet and left the whole house smelling clean and fresh. One thing that really impressed me was the fact that he took the time to vaccuum up all of the loose dog hair after he'd finished cleaning the carpeting. (We've had our carpets cleaned previously and it has always been left up to me to vaccuum up any loose dirt/dog hair after the company has finished.) The technician did tell me that Double N does replace carpeting, and we may call them back at some point in the future to discuss that. As far as having them back come out to clean the carpets in the entire house, we wil probably use them again!

They did a great job. I would give them a thumbs up. They were very prompt, very thorough and very polite. I would recommend them. I was very comfortable with them in my home. I may use them for repairs because they do that too.

Norman arrived as scheduled, assessed the job and quickly began work. When asked if he would do two rests of stairs, he agreed. I left him a check and asked to him to lock up the house when he left.

Very well, he was on time, worked very hard, didn't make a mess, explained the service and was on his way. My home was left with very clean carpets and furniture and smelling fresh and clean!

Very pleasant man (Norman Richards) described everything in detail and how his service was superior. Also said he had a 1 year guarantee where they would come back to redo job for any reason.

Wonderful experience! They are true gentlemen who take pride in doing a good job. They were incredibly polite and tolerated the two dogs who are always vying for attention. Everything looked and smelled great when they left. I was surprised when a couple of spots resurrected a week or so later. I emailed and they returned with a smile to tackle them again. Now the carpet looks just like new! I would recommend them to anyone in need of carpet cleaning and who would enjoy making two new friends

Recently purchased a home and needed to have carpets cleaned before moving in. Called 1-Year Warranty Carpet Cleaners and received an instant quote on the phone. Scheduled them to come out and clean carpets. The office called a few minutes before they cleaners were supposed to be there to let me know that they were tied up in traffic, but would be there as soon as they could. Showed up about 30 minutes late, but went directly to work and did an exellent job. There were some large spots in one bedroom. They took extra time there and the spots came up. I was very pleased with the results.

We moved into a new house and did not want to replace carpet yet. So I called "Double N" and Norman came out the next day and did a fantastic job on our carpets. Norman explained what their cleaning methods were and was also very prompt and courteous. Maybe a little pricey at first but they will come back out within the year at a very reduced rate. Overall best carpet care I've had in any home.

I called these guys to come out and clean a few rooms of carpet that we were not replacing. They got all the spots up and did a great job. Were very friendly, helpful and professional. They did their work quickly, arrived on time and did so with a smile. Will use again.

Provider set up appointment time convenient for us. The amount we paid was the same amount as the estimate. Employees were clean, well-mannered and efficient. The company provided a good warranty and follow-up cleaning plan for one year at no additional cost.

This was an extremely positive experience. I plan to call them out again for "refresher" work in these rooms before I list my house for sale. You should definitely consider hiring these people!

Norman and his assistant arrived on time and did a thorough job of cleaning my carpets. They vacuumed, moved furniture and concentrated on the places were my dogs like to sit. Norman is always cordial and positive. I will definitely use them again.

We have two red sofas in our family room which were 5 years old and had withstood two four year old grandchildren. Imagine the stains and dirt! Nathan was able to make the sofas and carpet on the floor look like brand new. He said that we had a residue on the carpet from our steam vac cleaning and basically that's why we couldn't get it clean any longer. I was amazed at how soft and fresh the carpet looked after he finished. He was wonderful! He was professional, punctional and personable. I will definitely call Double N again and recommend them to everyone.

The cleaners showed up on the day we agreed on. I don't know exactly what time they arrived because it was a vacant unit, and I just left it unlocked for them to come by and do their thing. The carpet was pretty bad before they cleaned it. A few stains and smudges still remain, but I have no way of knowing if they would have been removed by a different company. My guess is probably not. I think they did a good job, and the price (with a $50 Angie discount) was fair.

I explained when I made the appointment that the carpets were not salvageable. I had a lot of construction traffic from when I had drywall put over panelling, as well as new tile installed in my downstairs kitchen. I just wanted it cleaned to the best of their ability before our German exchange student came in. When the job was completed, I couldn't believe the results. The technician got up things I never thought possible. I got an excellent value for my money. And it smelled wonderful. He was professional, he spent a lot of time on the carpets, and he explained what he was doing. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

The company answered my call directly, scheduled an appointment that week and arrived on time. The work is excellent and the price is reasonable. They expect you to double check their work so they can address any areas that you think need a second touch - though I have never found any.
