Crew arrived when promised and were very friendly. Finished work quickly and were very professional. Would definitely use this company again.

Norman did an excellent job. The carpet is old but looked great when he finished. He was on time, worked along side his helper and got the job done in great time. He is personable as well as professional.

Norman and Alan arrived early and they were very thorough and professional. Our carpets never looked this good! I recommended them the same day to some of our neighbors. We will definitely use this company again for carpet services. I give them an A++++++++++++++++++++++++.

The overall experience was fantastic. They arrived right on time and actually worked around another crew that was cleaning my home. Norman was in charge and was an absolute delight to work with. He was courteous, professional and thoroughly surveyed the carpets before starting the job. His co-worker was great also. I actually had to run errands while they were working and was late returning back to my home. I was met with a pleasant attitude and no extra charge. I left a nice tip tho! You won't be disappointed. AWESOME!

They were professional. They arrived on time, were courteous and did a great job cleaning my carpets. I would use them again without hesitation.

My parents had been sleeping on it for a while and my daughter had taken to using the ottoman as a canvas, with some playdoh thrown in! These guys came in when they said they would and did a very good job. The ottomon is pretty much as good as new and the sectional smells clean as well (no more sweat smell). The sectional looks better than it did when I bought it in 2006.In addition, the staff are great and have very good attitude. They are super professional and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I'd hire them again.

Workers were polite and professional. Expanded the work order a bit and added a sofa cleaning. Cleaning quality was top notch and the best I've seen. 3 workers showed up and stayed busy for a solid 2 hours. Others I've hired in the past (and paid the same amount) we're typically one guy for about an hour. Don't be fooled by the truck-mounted systems and their claim of better cleaning. Simply not true. These guys take great pride and delivering a high-quality service. The warranty is a nice touch also. Highly recommend and will be using them again.

They came on time. I changed my mind and asked that only 4 bedrooms be cleaned. We decided to replace the other carpeting. They adjusted the charge based on my changes. Norman and Michael did a great job. I would not have believed how clean the carpets came out. They took thier time and spot cleaned all the stains. I was very impressed on the time they spent to to an excellent job. Would definitly use them again!

The servicemen were courteous and did a wonderful job. Top notch. I would highly recommend them if you are considering having your carpet cleaned. There were numerous spots that I thought would be impossible to remove but somehow, they were able to remove ALL of them.

I was very pleased with the service. Norman was running a bit late, but he did call to tell me he was on the way. We had a lot of space to clean, and he and his assistant were upbeat and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. He was specific in asking about my concerns, and I was able to point out a couple of problem areas. The basement carpet is old and needs to be replaced, but I think the thorough cleaning bought us another couple of years of use! It was also reassuring to know about the guaranty and that they would return anytime in the next year to clean a room for $5. I will certainly call next time I need the carpets cleaned.

I highly recommend this company! Especially if you have berber carpet!! Their cleaning products & technique worked so well, I was amazed with the end result!! I really couldn't make up my mind based on reviews from 2 companies, this one & another one (something Givens). So I decided to try both, Double N for part of the house & Covens for the rest. Wow, I'm so glad i did! The service & experience was absolutely day and night. Norman was incredible! He worked on spots that I thought would never come clean no matter what, but he got them out. The carpet was completely dry within 20-24hrs. Looks brand new-amazing! The Givens cleaning experience was a complete 180 degree change. Look at their post if you want to know what happened with them. Other posts raved about the fact that they give you shoe covers- (you'll need them as you slosh around your soaked carpet) if you choose them. If you're like me and on the fence, as to who to choose. Choose Double N!! These days you really have to look hard to find people with the work ethic that Norman has. He was on punctual, professional, courteous, thorough, and a very hard worker. I recommend asking for him. I cannot stress enough on how happy I am with Double N Carpet Cleaning Co!! Also, they give you 1 year of repeat cleaning at a huge discount (virtually nothing) . Thank you Double N!! I will always use and recommend them! :)

They had a coupon for 50 dollars off (price was originally around 265.00, and they offered it to me because I was an Angie's List. They offer something unique: they have a one year warranty on their service. They charge a 25 dollars trip fee for each warranty visit but only 5 dollars per room in that year with no maximum number of times you can call them for this service. I thought it was nice as well that they called when they were running late, and both the person coming to clean and someone from the office called. They treated my possesions as if they were their own and put them back where they originally were. Even walking through the house, they took care to be neat and clean.

Much better than expected. Like Norman said, "before you buy new carpets, give me a chance to clean them".

it was great I had tried calling other carpet cleaners in my area who were unavailbale, this was the first time I had used them and the service call was professional, ontime and completed the job.

There was a coupon from Angie?s List. The total cost with the tax was $545. They cleaned two rooms with carpeting and they did a rug and they did furniture cleaning - sofas and chairs. They were very reliable. It was a day when snow was predicted and I think it even maybe had started to snow. They still sent their crew in here and they worked extremely hard. They were very careful and moved all the furniture appropriately. They were very respectful of me and the cats. They were very nice people to work with. I would recommend them to others for their reliability and the quality of work. I would use them again in the future.

I love Norman. He is so friendly. His prices are great and your not sacrificing quality.

He pretreated spots, did his businees and the 11 year old carpet looks great. I may delay replacing the carpet next year and have them re-clean it. These guys are professionals, and have the right products and procedures to do the job right. I will praise someone when deserved and blast them when they mess up. This performance deserves my praise. I would absolutely hire them again.
