The team did a great job with the carpet . They went out of their way to make sure that the job was done before my company arrived. Very friendly crew that's dedicated to great customer service.

The carpets in the foreclosed home I purchased were horrible. Stains everywhere. But due to amount of other renovations I decided to try to save the carpets if possible. I searched Angies List and decided on Double N Services. What a good choice! They worked me into their schedule and were very responsive and professional. I was amazed at how clean they got my carpets. When they left my carpets looked brand new. The products they used were pet friendly and left a pleasent smell. Not having to replace carpets saved me alot of money and their cleaning was extremely reasonable. I was very pleased and will certainly reccommend then to my friends and use them again in the future.

They arrived well within the time frame they had promised, and gave me a courtesy call about 30 minutes before arriving. The technicians(3 of them) were very professional, but also very friendly. After a brief discussion of what needed to be done they got right to work and were finished in about an hour. The carpets look great. The traffic area and around my husband's recliner had a lot of stains that all came out. The carpet looks like new. I will definitely use them again.

They were careless when they put down the solution. They destroyed books and DVDs by slopping solution all over the place. A week after the work was performed the stains came back. They cleaned nothing. I would absolutely not recommend their services.

Norman and Melvin did an incredible job on my carpet and area rug. They arrived exactly at the time of the appointment. They were friendly, professional and efficient and the price was very reasonable. I have already recommended this company to several of my friends. I would not hesitate to recommend Double N Services to anyone needing their carpet cleaned.

These guys are awesome! They were very friendly and their quote was right on the money (which was insanely reasonable). They sent in a top notch team and knocked out all the work quickly. We were considering replacing our hallway carpet due to another contractor staining the carpet while redoing a bathroom, but no need. 1 Yr Warranty/Double N was able to save our light berber carpet. We will use Double N again and again!

They booked the appointment for us, rescheduled when our closing date was changed and did a great job. We though the carpet was going to need replaced, it was very spotted all over the house. It was a foreclosure and the person just gave up keeping the carpet clean. I think he invited neighbors and their pets over to mess it up! The carpets throughout the house look great. We have no plans on replacing it now. Highly recommended.

This company responded to my initial call very promptly. They were on time when they showed up to do the work. They were fair and did a nice job. I'm not sure how reasonable the cost was because I don't really have anything to compare it to, but it seemed reasonable enough to me. They cleaned the carpet in 2 large rooms and 2 large closets (equivalent of 2 small rooms) and they vacuumed an area rug for me and it cost $149. I was pleased and I will call them again.

The owner and his assistant were very punctual and professional. My house is not very big so I assumed it wouldn't take them very long, but they took their time and thoroughly went over every inch of my carpet. They also moved and protected the bottom of the furniture with no problem. My carpet looks great and I wouldn't hesitate to contact this company again and have passed out referrals to the neighbors!

Being a new Angies List member, I thought that I would start small by researching a carpet cleaning company. I came across Double N services and gave them a call. I called around 8pm on a Thursday and was pleasantly surprised that someone picked up the phone and was extremely helpful. He spoke of their services and rates and we scheduled the cleaning for the following Monday. On Monday, I received a courtesy call 30 minutes before the arrival. The guys were here at 9am sharp, just as scheduled. The 3 men who arrived were very professional and polite. I spoke with them about the situation and that I have a 13 year old dog that is beginning to have "accidents". They were very understanding and shared some solutions that would alleviate the stains and smell. I will say that I am very pleased with the outcome and would absolutely use them again.

They were on time, didn't waste time doing the job and were in and out without a problem.

They are outstanding. He is personable. It is a great service. He is punctual. He will customize for your needs, I have a cat that he works with.

He did a great job of removing major stains from the hallway carpet. His cleaning crew came separately and scoured the home. We were able to lease the property three days later, after having shown it for two months without success.

They did an excellent job. The edges of our light carpets have dirt pulled through from HVAC systems. They used special tools and did the best job anyone has done in removing the dirt.

Courteous, prompt, and professional service. Arrived on time. Took a bit longer than expected but we have a lot of carpet in our house. Pet stains were removed, very happy about that. Would/will use again for carpet cleaning services.

The carpet cleaner was on time and was professional. The cleaning was good but surprised at additional cost as my coupon was for 5 rooms and was charged additional $75.00 for stairs. Since I only had 3 bedrooms cleaned was hoping that a small hallway and one set of stairs would equal 2 bedrooms.

I contacted this company due to the Coupon on Angie's List. After exchanging several e-mails, we agreed to a date/time as I had to take a vacation day from work to do this. Plus I had to make an appointment for my realtor to come out later in the day, after the carpets were cleaned and I needed time for the carpets to dry. The day before the carpets were to be cleaned, I sent an email to confirm that we were "still on" for the next day and the arrival time window (8 - 9 am). Again, I was taking a vacation day and it was important that I didn't waste a day. I received a reply from the company confirming the window of time they would be at the house. The morning of the cleaning I received a call (8:40) that they were running "just a few minutes late." Later (about 40 mins) I received another phone call that they were on their way. Needless to say I was upset because of the efforts I had made to make sure that the furniture was moved and the carpets were ready to be cleaned. I ended up having to call my agent, in tears, to delay our appointment due to this. They finally arrived closer to 10:00 am. The crew finally arrived with promises to make it up to me. Yes, they cleaned the carpets but I think they could've been cleaned better as they were in a rush to finish and get out of my house. As a peace offering they did come back and buff/polished my hardwoods, which look great, but I really could've done without the stress of their late arrival and the excuses the first time. I wish them the best, but promptness and commitment are very important to me.

Norman & his assistant, Dan, did a great job of cleaning our carpets and then treating them to prevent staining. We have "off-white" carpets which were closer to "off-grey", particularly in high traffic areas. They took their time and produced a far better result than we had been expecting. They were friendly and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. We would certainly consider using them for any future flooring jobs that they we need doing.

Everything was perfect and went very smooth. A nice thing about them is, the house I am working on is vacant, and he went over and beyond to pay for half of a generator for my vacant house. They had to have power for their machines.

Wow, I never dreamed about that the carpet can be this clean. Every stain was gond, including the fruit colors. The crew are very friendly, on time, and the price is great. Thank you!!

The carpets looked really good when they left. He took longer than he said he was going to, but he said that there was a lot of residue which took him so long. He was friendly. He was a little bit, but he called me and informed. The guy was on the phone the entire time he was here which was the only thing that bothered me. He was talking calls, making calls and chit chatting with friends or family the entire time he did the work. He wasn’t stopping; he was working the whole time. He did a really good job. I didn’t think that it was really professional.

I wan't present when the cleaning was done. My wife was. She said the cleaning crew was thorough and moved furniture as needed without complaint. They did not cause any collateral damage. There were severely soiled areas which they effectively cleaned.

He was the nicest most friendly guy. They did a great job.
