Trouble started from the get-go. Emmanual said that the tile and grout could not be cleaned for the price offered in the Angie's list deal. Restoration was required due to wax having been used on the floor in the past. The advertised price of $125. for 250 sq ft plus sealant would not apply. Instead, it would cost me $375 for a 125 sq ft area (half the size included in the deal). I had planned to add three bathrooms to the deal to make up for the rest of the square footage but I did not since restoring cost way more than I expected to spend. In the end, not all wax could be removed. There are 4" tile squares at the intersections of the larger 16" tiles that are higher than the main, large squares. The equipment that the Emmanual had could not restore (remove wax from) the small tiles. He suggested buffing them. He contacted his office to see if they could buff the squares but they said they would not. He buffed them as best he could by hand with a brush he had in his truck (not meant for that kind of use). After his efforts, the small tiles looked a lot better but not all wax was removed. Also, the deal said that moving furniture was included, however, there was only one guy, not a crew so the standalone pantry in my kitchen had to remain in place. The refrigerator was not moved either, which means that the floor underneath both of those items was not cleaned. Overall, the floor looks much better than before but the grout is not as white as expected (Emmanual said it would lighten as it dried and it did not). Having the small tile squares still waxy is disappointing.

Initially scheduling took longer due to scheduling conflicts for the vendor, but once it was set the 2nd time, the work was performed as expected and on time.

They were late but call to let me know. The work they performed was veey satisfactory.

Technician was prompt, courteous, and did a very thorough job. My carpets still look great a week later! I recommend this company and definitely recommend Alex!

Excellent. They do great treating spots

The stains were removed and carpets were cleaned but didn't get the edges of the carpet well. we had to go back over it with a vacuum to get all the dirt on the edges of the carpet.

Representative arrived without previous call before arrival. Upon arrival I was not well and asked if they would return. An assessment was made and I was told that living room would count as two rooms. They wanted to provide extra services (stretching and deep cleaning in hallway and bedrooms)I was not prepared to do at the time. When I called to reschedule, I was informed that they would not be able to do it at the price offered in the ad. I suggested that we do a basic cleaning of the living room, dining room and hallway which would have added up to the 4-room and hallway offer. The representative said that they would not do it as the notes listed said it could not be done at that price and no one else would do it. For these reasons, I am requesting a refund. What do I need to do to accomplish this?

They were very prompt. They moved everything i needed and more. They even swept the garage our after they were done they were very polite professional and extremely helpful. I would definately use this service again

Contacted Double N via Angies List. They were very accommodating with respect to the schedule and Norman showed up on time on 3rd August at 6pm. However, Norman only had polyester carpet samples. I told him we were interested in something of better quality (nylon, olefin) and he had no samples of that carpet. I had samples from other companies and told him I would send him the specifications for a competitive quote from him. I sent the specs out later that evening. I finally received a quote 2 weeks later at which time I had already received several other quotes and chosen a carpet company. I received no communications other than the quote - no followup call. Price was in the ballpark (~$400 more than middle estimate). Norman was very nice and, as I said, price was competitive (although highest of the 3 I received from AL members). But lack of timely followup and proposal put them out of the competition.

They did a great job. They did a very good job. I have a pet in high traffic area. If you look at the before and after, it's like night and day. They did a very good job.
