Excellent customer service and communication. Had the stairs, upstairs bedrooms and hallway cleaned. On time, good price, professional service. What more could I ask for? Also hired them to do carpet repairs (stretching/seems repair/trimming) for an additional $250 on 10/6/12. Again, wonderful service!

Mick and Samuel did a great job! Called and were here on time. I was just surprised when I had to pay extra $20.00 for a very small area that they specified as a hallway, my condo is small maybe 500-600 sqft of carpet. But overall I am very satisfied and will recommend them.

This was the first time I"d had a company clean carpet with a waterless system. They come in and pretreat, then spray cleaner, then use a floor machine with a big round brush to do the cleaning and then finally use the floor machine with a big round looped cotton thing to take up dirt, cleaning solution, etc. My carpets weren't very dirty to start with but the spots there were came up completely. The best part of this type of cleaning is that the carpet dries pretty much within an hour so no all day tiptoeing around on wet carpet.

Overall the experiance was great and very friendly.

I was very hesitant to get this job done, as I am always wary about service people visiting my home. Double N Services is a good company; I would use them again without hesitation. The technicians were proficient, polite, and careful with my furnishings. The whole job took less than 3 hours, start to finish, and they even arrived before time, with my permission. I am pleased with the quality of their work and the professionalism of their staff.

Good job. They did a free estimate and e-mailed me before starting the job. They completed the job on time at cost and performed very well.

First off, they were 2 hours and fifteen minutes late. I kind of expected that though... That was one of the complaints I had read about. Once they finally did arrive it went downhill from there. One of the first things we told them was we just had all the hardwood floors replaced so please try to be careful. A few minutes later, my wife walked into the kitchen and one of the men asked her to be careful because the floor was damp. She looked and it was not damp. There was a huge puddle at the base of the stairs. To top it off she had to clean it up. Keep in mind, this is a tough job. My kids spent years making this mess in our bonus room so I figured, let?s just move on. They proceeded to get this hand held device that looked like an industrial grinder out and proceeded to go at my stairs. This thing tore shreds of my carpet out. I am not talking fibers; I am talking foot long shreds of carpet that the guys did not even bother to pick up when they left. Yes I have pictures. I wish I could post them here. I also asked them if they were going too vacuume first and they said yes. After they finished and left, I went to inspect and there was still crap all over the carpet. Not small stuff either. This room has been vacant for some time so there was dead bugs and what not on the floor prior to them starting. They are still there. My dogs like to sleep on the stairs so naturally there is some dog hair there. It was still there after they left. Now it?s just wet and ground in. Thanks guys. One last thing, I don?t know what chemicals they used on the carpet but it is still tacky (not wet) 2 days later. Mind you I did not inspect until few hours later because the carpet was so wet from what they did I did not want to track through it. Once I did inspect it I found they only attempted to clean the heave traffic areas. If it was not obviously dirty, it did not get touched. Even one of the areas that had stains was never touched. Ok, to summarize; besides tearing up the carpet, leaving the carpet soaking wet, spilling water everywhere, not actually cleaning the carpet, not vacuuming, 2.25 hours late, tracking foot prints all over the new hardwood floors, leaving some sticky residue in the carpet and on the new hardwoods, I now have to pay someone else to fix this mess. Angie's list requires me to complain to them first and I have called and left them a message but outside of a full refund I want nothing from them. They are NOT getting one foot back in my house. Guys, I don?t know what happened. Your ratings on AL are too good for you to be this bad. I am still waiting for that call back too. Update 10/11/2012 Still waiting for that refund the OWNER promised to send...

Besides the fact that they were extremely late for the appointment, they did a great job with the carpets.

I used an Angie's List coupon and I have used this company before. When the technician leaves, the carpet is pretty dry. He does not leave a wet mess behind. I don't know if it is the solution he uses but usually you can walk on it really soon after he leaves. He does a really good job getting my corners and stuff like that.

The crew arrived promptly as scheduled and (since I had removed all furniture that needed to be out of the way) they were able to finish quickly (within a half hour). I am satisfied with the work done. The carpets are clean and fresh-smelling. They were able to remove a faint blood stain and a stain from some sort of black gummy substance. They could not remove a pinkish stain from colors that had leached into my carpet from a small rug that I had placed on top of the wall-to-wall carpet in the master bathroom area, but I did not really expect this stain to be removable since it has been there for almost 20 years. I had purchased an Angie's List coupon for $99 to clean carpet in 4 rooms. I was charged an extra $20 to clean the carpet in the connecting hallway (measuring 4 ft by 17 ft) and in one closet (a small closet measuring 2 ft by 6 ft, not a walk-in closet). I think an additional 20% above the coupon cost was too high for the small amount of extra carpet that needed to be cleaned in these areas.

Showed up on time and protected the floor. Cleaned up after themselves and left everything the way they found it.

They did a perfectly fine job. The couch smelled a TON better but some of the dirt stains were still there when they left, which I expected. It was literally disgusting and now at least we can sit on it without feeling dirty.

First things first: They did an EXCELLENT job cleaning our carpet. Everything about the people we came in contact with, whether on the phone or the Service Techs in our home, was Professional. Everything done in a friendly, courteous, and business-like manner.Called them Monday afternoon. Norman answered the phone, asked a couple of questions about the size of the carpet, and gave us a quote. I had planned on calling a couple of other business for quotes, but Norman's no-nonsense attitude convinced me that this was the company for us. I called him back after discussing with my wife, and he was able to schedule us for the next day.(!)We received a call the next day from Norman, letting us know that they had a cancellation and that he could move our appointment time up several hours if that suited us. We agreed.Received a call about an hour earlier than expected from the Service Techs, telling us they finished early and would we want them to show up in 15 minutes. No pressure at all, we could have said no, but our day was open so we said come ahead on.Michael and Melvin arrived right on time. The first thing they did, which impressed me, was to go over what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost (same as the quote we had been given). Then they went right to work.They vacuumed, then steam cleaned. The carpets looked great, and were dry in about 2 hours. They really did a great job, better than any other carpet cleaner we've ever used. If their service and value remain the same, we will never use another company.

They called about 45 minutes ahead of time, showed up at exactly the time promised. Listened to what I needed done, made suggestions, agreed on steps, they begin the work while I went back to my home office. Did the job quickly, the stairway carpet looks better than when I moved in 8 years ago. The pet stains are gone and so is the odor. Very satisfied.

I thought they were going to steem the carpets. They did clean what I asked them to, but the stairs weren't as clean. They didn't spend too much time in the house. Not sure if I'll used them again.

Set appointment and cleaners arrived on time. Were professional in appearance and in handling the cleaning. They explained the process before they began. I watched as they worked the project; I was able to show them small areas that needed to be touched up. They responded quickly and without comment. Definitely winners.

Norman answered his phone every time - and was very encouraging if the stair carpet could not be reinstalled. As it turned out, the crew was able to put the staircase carpet back down after the stain and balusters were completed.In fact, the job was probably better than the original carpet installation! Norman personally came out to clean the oriental carpet and the hallway / staircase carpet. Will definitely use this company again!

We've used several carpet cleaning companies in the past for our child care center and each time we were totally disappointed. With 2 companies we used in the past our carpets were left damp for a few days afterwards, causing the business so much pain with relocating our children etc. This is the first company we've used that has done everything excellently. Everyone including all the staff agree they are simply the best! They were punctual, our carpets were dry within an hour after cleaning, and I honestly can tell you that, the carpets were filthy! it is a child care center after all with an age group that is being potty trained, so you can only imagine how dirty and smelly they can get. The carpets, after these guys were done look and smell sooo fresh, we are so happy with their job here. We have now arranged a monthly service with them and will never even try anyone else for carpet cleaning again. We will happily refer them to everyone needing carpets cleaned.

Nathan visited my rental home in Kennesaw, GA to help me solve a pet odor problem we had in our downstairs apartment. He was professional and knowledgeable and offered suggestions that corrected our problem.But above all, he was honest when he advised us that our carpets did not need cleaning at this particular time. He did not charge me one cent for his time and suggestions.It is refreshing to know that people with honesty and integrity still exist in our world today and when we do have a carpet or duct cleaning need in the future I will certainly use Nathan and Double N Services to meet that need. Nathan and Double N Services get my Highest Recommendation!

I found Double N Services on Angie's List and called. The owner personally returned my call and handled the details of estimating the job and scheduling the work. Even though I never met Nathan Norman, I was confident the work would be done correctly and it was! My neighbor inspected after the work was completed (she's extremely discriminating) and she gave it a thumbs up! I will definitely use Double N Services again!

The team was scheduled to be at the house between 12 and 2pm. About 12:30, they called to confirm and let me know they were on the way and would arrive around 1pm. At 1:30 I called them (no contact was made from their end) to make sure they were not lost and they said they would be there by 2pm, just running behind from the last job. No phone call by 2pm. At 2:30, the team shows up to begin and apologized for being held up. They asked which rooms they would be cleaning, answered my questions regarding dry time and chemical usage, and inspected then began the process. They were complete within an hour and a half and showed me the few stains they were not able to remove (I had suspected they would not be able to due to the nature of the stains). I was impressed that they even cleaned the rise of the stairs, which many people might overlook. They also cleaned the landing at the bottom of the stairs to the garage. Overall the carpet looked really good. There were two very wet spots which I did not anticipate, nor did I notice until they left, so I would caution them to ensure the carpet is evenly dry upon completion. Additionally, the man performing the work seemed to be on his cell phone a lot, even with the machines running. This may be an indication that he is not giving his full attention to the task at hand, although I had no significant issues with it. There was a very fresh smell when they were complete.
