Double N Services

This company provided us with excellent service. They went above and beyond anything we had expected; in comparison to previous carpet expert services we had hired. We had a problem with dog urine odor and for a very small (and I mean small fee) they treated a couple of areas and the pee odor is gone. They were punctual and very professional to deal with and we greatly appreciated their dedication to our needs. We will be call them in the future for our carpet cleaning needs. I will definitely refer them to any one that needs the service.

Bought the coupon online and immediately called to schedule service appointment. They returned my call within an hour and scheduled an appointment for just a few days later. Great service. Overall pleased with service. Only complaint was that they didn't move furniture to clean underneath, just cleaned around it unless otherwise instructed.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal from Double N. It was impossible to pass up the price for the service provided: only $79 for 900 square feet of carpeting. We hired them to deep clean and sanitize three upstairs bedroom carpets, each of which was/is in particularly rough shape from previous homeowners who had small, sloppy children and large, sloppy dogs. I also asked that the techs clean a small upstairs landing plus our carpeted staircase, the extra cost for which was quite reasonable. The techs arrived on time and set to work immediately. They were done quickly, but it was clear that the techs had spent extra time working on a couple of particularly tough pet stains (again, previous homeowners' dogs) and declared that while they put in their best effort, those stains were stuck fast, which is quite true. (Truth be told, I knew those stains weren't going to come out of the carpets even if god himself had worked on them.) I appreciated the techs' efforts and their honesty. Those things go a long way in my book!

They showed up on time and unfortunately I had forgotten about the appointment. They were very nice and waited about 5 minutes while I removed stuff from the floor. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job. We paid an additional amount to have the sofa and an additional room cleaned and it was very affordable! We would definitely hire them again!

Call them up to make n appointment. The initial appointment was a consultation in which I was unaware of. Then we scheduled for the work to be done. It had to be one in two days to allow or drying. Charged extra to change color.

I was getting ready to move into a partially furnished house where pets had lived and you could smell it the minute you walked through the front door. So I called to schedule the carpet cleaning service and they were very responsive and kept me informed of their estimated arrival time. They were very polite and professional. They pointed out which stains they thought would not come out before they got started and they assured me the house would smell better when they were done. I did not realize that this was not the typical steam cleaning that I was used to and I was concerned at first that it might not be as effective. They cleaned all the carpets, a sofa and loveseat and an oriental area rug. To my extreme delight they transformed my smelly house to a house that almost looked and smelled brand new. They spent time with me explaining how to care for the carpet going forward. I will never use anyone else but Double N Services. Thanks Guys!!!

I called them and asked them if they could guarantee that they could get the carpets dry enough to walk on after the cleaning. They couldn’t, so I ended up not using them.

On time, very professional and friendly.

They did a good job. No complaints. I did have to pay a little extra to help with areas where a cat had used a corner closet for a litter box which they said isnt covered with the normal cleaning, but I was aware of this before they came out as we had talked about it before I scheduled the appointment. All-in-all, a positive experience. I would use them again.

The gentlemen from Double N Services were absolutely wonderful! They arrived at the scheduled time, explained how the process worked and what to expect. I had asked to have three rooms done, but ended up having an additional room and hallways also cleaned. It was my idea to have the additional areas done, and they were not pushy about doing more than I requested. The whole job took them a little of an hour and the carpets are beautiful. When they were finished, they walked me around the house to see if I was happy with their work. Not only am I happy with how clean the carpeting is, but the whole house smells better too. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to friends.

I have never needed an upholstery cleaner before, so I was apprehensive as to how to find a trustworthy, reputable company that provided good results, so I checked Angie's list and found Double N Services. They had excellent ratings, so I wanted to try them. They were fantastic! Melvin and Chris came exactly on time, they were very professional and did a great job. Not only were all the stains gone, but all the cushions smelled fantastic, I didn't know they could ever smell that good again. They also put on a stain protector to help get rid of stains in the future. After the cushions dried, I noticed that 2 cushions still smelled on one side and I noticed a stain as well. I called their office number after hours on Friday evening, expecting to reach an answering machine, however, I reached a live person and explained the situation. He assured me that it was probably just an oversight and that Melvin and Chris would be back on Saturday. As promised, they came back, again on time, and finished. The courtesy and prompt response earns them an A+ from me.

Norman and his crew came in and performed the work. They were on time and worked efficiently. They were friendly and projected a happy team. They worked their magic quickly. I particularly liked the fact that rugs were cleaned in place. The results smelled great and were cleaner than I thought possible. I am very happy, and even picked up another visit through an Angie's Big Deal that I'll use later this year.

The team arrived on time (actually, I was running late and they patiently waited for my arrival). They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and they were very professional. It was also a great price - an excellent value! Other companies quoted me over $100 more for the same work.

I sent in an estimate request on Saturday October 20th, 2012 - with the understanding that I would not receive a respond until Monday or Tuesday. I did receive an email back on the 22nd at 5:30am and a call around 9am asking when to schedule. I explained to Norman I work Monday through Friday from 8 - 5 pm and that I would need the estimate to happen after 5:30pm or the weekend. He said he'd send an email to confirm. I did not receive a confirmation that day, however I did on the 23rd after I called and informed Norman I hadn't received a confirmation. We scheduled for the estimate yesterday, at 5:40 pm. When I arrived to my house, Claude was there with my husband getting measurements. When I arrived, I introduced myself and observed what was going on. Claude's method of taking measurements was a bit off. He was angling the tape measure for each room, so I am not confident that it was an accurate read of the footage. Then it came down to the pricing. When Claude and I started talking about the pricing, I was completely caught off guard. He wanted to charge us for three rooms; Carpet Cleaning $89.95 Deep Cleaning $70.00 Sanitizing: $120.00 Protection: $60.00 I informed him that Double N Services has a deal on Angie's List $89 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning and I was intending to purchase it, but wasn't sure how they wanted to handle it since we wanted Tile and Grout Services as well. That's when Claude informed me, HE DOES NOT WORK WITH DOUBLE N SERVICES! For whatever reason, he was called by Double N Services to complete the cleaning on our home?! We tried to set that aside, but after sleeping on it, both my husband and I are not comfortable with the idea of a RANDOM company coming to our house to provide this "excellent" service with a guarantee, when in reality, where is the guarantee if the company isn't doing the services?! I sent an email to Double N Services to cancel the appointment tomorrow. Firstly because Claude was told he would do the services yesterday, when Norman and I talked about doing it on Saturday. Secondly because Claude said that he was doing his schedule today, but we never received contact information for him, nor do we know how he's going to contact us. No one contacted us to confirm yesterday, despite Norman's confidence that someone would call when they were on the way. I'd much rather pay the additional money to a company that is part of the BBB and high approvals on Angie List, but not when they contract work out to random people without the same service standards and pricing.

They did a decent job and left some spots out. However, they did say that I can call them back to treat the spots.

Overall the service was fine. I purchased a renewal on the service that I'm not sure if I needed.

I used them through a big deal on Angie's List. They did great. They were on time, very considerate and very courteous. They were willing to do whatever I wanted them to do like move furniture and put it back. I think that they did a great job. It was a very good price.

The service overall what I expected, and it took the crew about an hour and a half to finish. I would recommend this company and use them again if needed.
