They cleaned everything including under the tables.

Although a rough start with time scheduled and not being on time, the actual work was excellent. Having purchased a new home and not wanting to replace carpet I decided to try this route based on previous reviews. I was surprised that the large stained area in a high traffic area was able to be removed to the degree of an almost new carpet.

I bought the coupon on Angie's List to have upholstery cleaning done. Because I have a sectional couch, I had to purchase two of the coupons. I was able to schedule the appointment to have the couch cleaned, but it had to be set out a few weeks. The services were performed on time and efficiently. The couch looks great! I would use the service again.

Contractor called to explain delay in traffic. They arrived shortly thereof. Assessed the work to be done. We agreed upon substituting one room for another. They began preparing rooms for cleaning i.e. removal of furniture, spot cleaning etc. The contractor used professional equipment. Worked very quickly. Upon completion, replaced furnture items, cleaned up work areas, prepared receipt. The team was very friendly and courteous.

At time of our scheduled appointment he called and said that he would be two hours late for appointment. Then two hours later said wasn't sure when he could get to my home. Having scheduled the appointment before hand and was flexible enough when he called the first time to change the time, I was totally disappointed when I received the second call. I asked him if he could come the next morning and he asked what time. I said 10:00am and he came at 9:00am. Now this is just before Christmas with a house full of college students home for the holidays - how do you think I felt?

Contracted with Double N after performing research. Had high expectations and they delivered. Quality job cleaning ducts and cleaning carpets. Prices were reasonable for services performed. I've noticed big improvement in air quality since the treatment and am very pleased. They were delayed from their anticipated arrival time but called to inform me of their delay.

The cleaners came and cleaned the carpets. I pointed out the spots that I was particularly worried about. When they left the carpet was wet and I could not tell whether the spots were gone or not. When the carpet dried the spots were still there. I was not sufficiently impressed by the people who came to call them to come back and try again.

The service overall went very well. I was able to contact Nathan the owner on the first try and he was able to give me the date I requested. He was very accommodating and phoned to let me know when the crew was headed to my home. They arrived on time and got right to work and did a great job. Since they were not able to perform the perform the repair service they called the owner and he secured an outside contractor to perform the repair work the same day. The outside contractor was very conscientious and worked very hard to ensure than I was pleased with skillful repair.

We bought a coupon for services for 3 rooms. We ended up paying a little extra for some additional work. Everything worked out well.

Great service. Very quick, on time and professional. I would definitely use them again. One note - the coupon was a good deal. The only thing that caught me out was the additional charge for spot treatment before cleaning. I expected some, but the quoted price ended up being twice as much at the coupon. Something to keep in mind. But, that said, they were willing to work with me as much as possible.

Two technicians arrived and evaluated the areas that I wanted to have cleaned. I had already moved my furniture from the rooms, so there was no need to spend additional handling furniture. After a brief set up, the crew started the work. They were fast and efficient and did a great job.

The scented deodorizer was strong and we ended up eating dinner out that night to give it time to air out better.

The price was the best I have ever had for carpet cleaning, hands down. I had several animal stains around the house and they were able to remove the stains without issue (may be due to my having had the last company apply stain-guard). The stains have not resurfaced. The guys that showed up were punctual, polite and efficient. Everything was great accept the smell of the product. They say it is an eco-friendly cirtus-based solution, which is all well and good, but oh the smell!! It was a chilly November day and I had to open all the windows and turn on the attic fan. If it weren't for our attic fan I would have had to leave the house for several hours while the smell dissipated. It was so strong that I was coughing and my throat was burning....perhaps an allergic reaction. I just don't know. If it weren't for my adverse reaction to the smell I would definitely hire them again.

At first, the work seemed OK. The work was completed in approximately one hour, and I was told it would take approximately 30 minutes to one hour for the carpet to dry. After the technicians left, I noticed that all of the vacuum marks I had made earlier in the day were still there. I thought that was strange, as it would seem the carpet cleaning machine would erase those marks and leave its own. One day after the work was completed, the odor coming from the carpet was very overpowering and smelled awful. My family and I could not stay in the room where the carpet was cleaned without having headache symptoms. I ended up spending 6-8 hours with my Bissell carpet cleaning machine, trying to undo what Double N Services did to my carpet. The water I emptied from my Bissell machine was dirty, leading me to believe that Double N Services either 1) did not clean my carpet at all, or 2) Double N Services' cleaning was completely ineffective.

Overall I was pleased with the job done. the technician arrived earlier than the time stated got down to work and finished in very reasonable time frame.

When I spoke with them I asked if they used hot water. They did and i explained I was worried about hot water on wool carpet. they said ok then you can get a refund. They were very nice. I have sent this in at least 3 times and you keep sending it back. I don't know what else to do. I'm sure you don't want me to make up a fake service call?!

Got a phone quote the cleaner was on-time and efficient The work was good. A different process than I've ever seen. Really restored the carpet in the places that it could be. They were very upfront with what they could and could not accomplish and honored their price.

Fabulous. 2 guys, polite and on time, actually came earlier which was great. Gave advice on floor care. Removed per stains!

Everything was handled well. Although they ran a few minutes late, they called me and advised me.

My carpets all over 10 years old with the exception of the sun room which is only 3 years old. I was amazed at how well they all came out. Even old stains were removed! Excellent job! Will definitely hire them again!

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. They arrived on time. My carpet dried in a reasonable amount of time and looks good.

The service was great. I appreciate the calls Double N made letting me know they were on schedule. They were pet friendly and worked around my cat hiding under the sofa. They worked hard getting everything cleaned up. There were no after effects from the cleaning solution and it looks so much better! I should do this more often especially since it's not too expensive.

They did an excellent job and the carpets dried quickly with a nice smell.

It only took a few minutes but I did not think they did a very thorough job and I called them back into the den to go over it again. I suppose it was ok but I expected more attention to detail and a fresher outcome. The people were professional and friendly and willingly did go over the places I pointed out again.
