Was impressed with responsiveness and original cost quote. When cleaner came I found out that they do not clean under furniture, or move furniture. They simply "go around." I would have prefered to know that in advance. Also, by the time they suggested/added special treatments the cost was about double what I was quoted.

Not overly friendly. Groused a bit about having to move furniture even though I assisted. Up-charged me for pet stain treatments. Carpet remained damp longer than the 12 hours they indicated. Never felt like they were customer-centric. I should've trusted my instincts and gone with Zero-Rez which I've heard good things about.Carpet cleaning

The agent was very professional cleaned the sofa and answered all my questions.

The company came in the last year. I can't remember the exact date. It was in the Spring. They were really nice and they did a great job. I recommended him to my friends. They were very respectful of our house. They were great.

They did a decent job, but they kind of screwed up. He came and knocked on my door at 9:30pm after they were supposed to be there in the afternoon. I asked them to come back another time and they did. I probably got my money’s worth. He was very pleasant.

The service professional was running late but called and told me when to expect him. Once he arrived, the work was done promptly and professionally. It's amazing how much brighter and beautiful the rugs are after cleaning. I will definitely use them again.

I bought their Big Deal coupon. He was very nice and he actually came back with no charge because the smell did not come out of the carpet the first time, from my dog. The deal was for 4 rooms but instead of rooms I had individual rugs so the deal was a little bit different but I do feel like I got a good deal.

Job went very well. They showed up on time. Very thorough cleaning and got some stains out I didn't think they would. And it dries very quickly, and the fragrance isn't over bearing and doesn't have that industrial toxic smell. Got the job done very professionally and were on their way. I will use them again.

Top-notch all the way! We used them twice - July of 2012, and March 2013. They went above and beyond to not only clean our carpet, but to remove all stains completely. They were extremely careful with our furniture. And they were so pleasant throughout the process. You could tell that they take pride in their work and a job well-done. We will never have to go anywhere else. We are very particular about our house, and they surpassed our expectations. OUTSTANDING work by Norman, Melvin, Samuel and Michael!

They arrived on time, were friendly, professional and tidy. They cleaned up well upon completion of job.

The carpet had pet odor from previous tenant's dogs and the service provider worked very hard to make sure the carpet was clean and odor removed. Service was also prompt and efficient.

The carpet cleaning workman was scheduled to arrive within a designated time. The homeowner received a call from the workman when he was en route, but the workman arrived an hour beyond his stated time of arrival and outside the window confirmed by the company. The workman failed to notify the homeowner of the late arrival, and the homeowner had to reach out to the workman for clarification on his whereabouts. The homeowner selected this company due to special offer. The offer covered 750 square feet. The homeowner's carpeted space totaled less than 250 sq. feet; the homeowner requested a few stairs be substituted for the extra 500 sq feet that did not require any attention from the company but was covered by the offer. The request required negotiation and the workman was not authorized to make the decision, despite the company assuring the homeowner there would be no issue with the request when the homeowner initially scheduled the appointment. The company agreed to clean only part of a carpeted staircase. The workman commented the homeowner's request - a short staircase - would "take a lot of extra effort," and the homeowner paid additional, though nominal, fees, for the additional 3 stairs that were not explicitly covered in offer. The representative was on the property less than half an hour. He did not move any furniture. Some stains remained in the carpet and others reappeared in less than a week.

They were great! They were on time and very professional. Normally when we have our carpets cleaned, there are always stains that seem to return very quickly. That did not happen with this company. They did a very thorough job and will be our carpet cleaning company in the future.

My carpets looked like new! I have 2 dogs, so upgraded the special to include pet treatment. Will use them again.

The rug had no padding which was needed so as not to mar the wood floring so was moved to another area where the cleaning was done. Very capable and pleasant gentleman. I was quite pleased with the job.

The service technician, Amadoll (uncertain of this spelling; signature not clear on service receipt), arrived promptly as scheduled. He introduced himself, & also wore a business name tag. His approach was cordial, & focused on the service task. The cleaning process took ~ 15 minutes, with only one pass of the equipment over the rug. I did ask for some of the areas near the edge of the rug, that appeared to have been missed in the cleaning, to have additional cleaning. This was done by the service technician. My expectations were that a more thorough cleaning would be done. Likely unrealistic expectations on my part.

The job was done well and they were pleasant and professional.

Bought a roll of carpet at an estate sale on Sat. - called Double N on Tues - carpet installed on basement stairs on Wed. Can't complain about anything!

They did a great job from start to finish. Very reasonable on price.

Norman's crew showed up on time did an outstanding job and I would always hire them again.

Called the company, they were responsive but seemed very annoyed about me asking for different quotes. Not the friendliest service, but I've had much worse. The service technician came on time and was able to finish quickly. However, the price was more than I was quoted when I called. When asked why, he said it's extra for pet treatment. I accepted b/c I was in a hurry to get the carpets cleaned before putting the house on the market. Also, he said it would dry in 3-4 hours, so I got the bedrooms done too. Before he started, I opened all the windows, was decent weather outside low 70's and sunny. I also turned on all the ceiling fans and a couple floor fans to help with the drying. He finished and said some of the stains may come back if the stains reached the carpet pad. (I wish he told me this before he started!) Any way, water under the bridge nothing I could do at that point. After leaving the house for 5 hours, I came back and the carpet was still very wet. I tried to call the company and ask if there was anything I could do to speed it up, unfortunately, they were closed. Thankfully, google is full of info. I learned that the technician should have groomed the carpet so it would actually dry in 5-6 hours, which this technician did not. He steamed then got paid and left. After about 10 hours, the bedrooms and the hallway were dry but the stairs were very damp. I jimmy-rigged a couple fans to blow directly on the stairs overnight then went to bed. They were still damp in the morning even with fans blowing on them for 8 hours, It ended up taking about 30 hours to dry. After finally drying, I noticed that the stairs were sticky, especially the areas treated for pet stains! I used my bissel to redo the sticky areas and now the carpet looks and feels decent. I would have given an F for quality but the rest of the areas besides the stairs came out well. Overall I'd say low B- or high C+, if you have stairs I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Every other room came out great.

They came out as scheduled, calling ahead of time to make sure I was home. They were very professional and thorough. In addition to cleaning the carpet, they also put a protective layer to prevent any permanent staining. I would definitely recommend them.

Those guys are good. They are on time and they are professional.

Called and recieved VM, agent returned call promptly. Provided accurate pricing over phone and explanation of work. Scheduled appointment for 10-12pm arrival. They called at 12 explaining traffic and would be little late, NP. Diablo, the service tech, polite, explained service, performed service well and cleaned up. Received quote for follow up carpet cleaning and other possible services. Would use again when needed.

The carpet is clean and I would use them again. They were fast, efficient and did what they said they would.
