Double N Services

It was good. They were fast and did a great job. I had to reschedule a couple of times because I was having a baby and they were very understanding and very polite. They worked with me very well so I was happy about that.

I could not use the coupon at first since I thought one room would be able to equate to a 10x10 rug but that was extra and so was the stairs that I wanted cleaned. So I had to delay the service to get 4 rooms ready for cleaning. They were kind enough to honor it 3 was beyond the expiration date which I appreciated very much. We originally planned to do it 4/28 since my housekeeper could be there and my son. I was called to be informed their truck broke down and asked to reschedule which we did onFriday for 12-2 pm . They did come a bit later than 2 :30 and did Avery good job. They did do the stairs for free due to our delays which was again appreciated. Over all good work, just day and time delays which I might not have been able to do under usual circumstances. Therefore, need to have guarantees about times, delay issues, and what additional carpet cleaning is before they come so you can decide if that is what you wanted.

They came within 10 minutes of the estimated time, estimated the additional work requested. I agreed to the price and they completed the work within 2-1/2 hours. Looks good. I'm happy.

Showed up on time and did the job as promised. They did an excellent job and I will use them again when the need arises.

The cleaner actually was able to come a little earlier than our arranged time. He called to let me know and it worked out better for me, so I was happy that he called. He did a thorough job of cleaning the carpet throughout the house. He was quick, but did not cut any corners and I was satisfied with the way everything looked. The job was in a rental house and the tenant was happy with the job as well. Their price was competitive. I would be happy to use them again.

As I mentioned above, I was pleased with the service. However, the carpets did not dry as quickly as advertised. I certainly would use the company again for cleaning carpets in a house without furniture. For a house full of furniture I would recommend on shopping around for a company that dry-cleans carpets if there is such a thing.

Double N came in and did a thorough job, replaced carpet pad and cleaned carpet, and never tried to sell us more than we needed. I appreciated their professionalism and honesty. Would definitely use them again.

Double N Services was professional and courteous from start to finish. I felt comfortable with them from the first meeting/consultation. The work performed was top notch. My faulty washing machine dumped water all over the upstairs, so much that it leaked lots of water into the garage and powder rooms downstairs. I remembered that I was a member of Angie's List and called one of the highest rated cleaning carpet companies on the list for my area. I initially thought that all I needed was a carpet cleaning, but Double N advised me of the adverse possibilities of not repairing the water damage. They were absolutely right! I hired them to survey the damage and perform the repairs. They worked with me and the insurance adjuster to get it done. After completion, I cannot tell where the damage once was. I ran into issues with the mortgage company on the handling of my claim, but Double N was more than patient. It's a pleasure to know that there is still such a thing as customer service in the world!

I called to schedule an appointment after purchasing the coupon for the cleaning of 4 rooms for $109. I spoke with Nathan who was very friendly and professional on the call. He stated that they were very busy but because I let him know that I was expecting visitors soon, he promised to squeeze me in the very next week. And he did. My husband was present for the cleaning. I was not. He said the serviceman (unfortunately he can't remember his name) arrived within the 2-hour window that Nathan had originally gave me when setting up the appointment and he completed all four rooms, by himself, within 2 hours. My husband says the serviceman was very thorough, he worked hard, he was cordial and was totally professional. And for an extra fee, he cleaned the hallway as well. At the moment of this posting, it has not yet been 24 hours since the job was done but we are both pleased with the turn out. Our carpet is 10 years old and was very worn down so we weren't expecting a miracle but we did receive what we were hoping for; a fresh smelling, cleaner looking carpet.

It went well. They didn’t leave any dirt and the carpet smell very fresh and they still hold up really well it’s not dirty so we will call them back again if we needed any other cleaning services.

It didn't go well at first but they came back to correct it and did a great job. They had alot of animal accidents to have to work with in my carpet. They were very punctual, professional, and responsive. I am happy with the results.

Double N was very prompt in contacting me to schedule the appointment within one week of my purchase of the Big Deal on Angie's List. Our appointment time was 12:00 noon on the 23rd. Approximately an hour before that time, a person identifying himself as the technician called to say that he would arrive later--at around 3:00 p.m--because an earlier job had taken longer. However, sometime betweeen noon and 3:00 p.m., a different technician called to say that he would be at my home at 5:00 p.m. When I asked about the earlier call, he said that the other person had made a mistake and I was not on their list but on his. Since both my husband and I were going to be home all day in any case, it was not a problem that they were going to come 5 hours later than scheduled. However, if I had taken time off from work for this appointment, I would not have been pleased about the delay. The technician did arrive between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. on that day. He was very professional in explaining the services, quoting prices for the additional work that I wanted done, carefully moving the coffee table out of the way, and in covering our hardwood floor to protect it as he cleaned the sofas. Our sofas are light in color, so it was difficult to tell when he finished whether the soiled areas were totally clean, or appeared dark because the fabric was still wet. The technician was very patient, and again cleaned the areas that I felt were still soiled until I was satisfied that they were cleaned. He put the furniture back in place, leaving the sofa cushions on-end on the sofas so that they could dry completely. When everything was dry, I was satisfied with the job that had been done.

We couldn't be happier with this company. Their prices are fair and they do quality work and guarantee the work they do. They are easy to get in touch with, reliable when making and keeping appointments, and are pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend Norman and his crew to anyone who asks for a referral!

The company was very helpful about working around my husband's and my schedule when I booked the cleaning. I asked for a reminder/confirmation call, which came in the evening before the cleaning was scheduled; thought they forgot, but they didn't. They arrived as promised, between 8 & 9 am. My husband was here while they worked; I was not. Our ailing dog had bled on all the carpets; though we had cleaned up, some stains remained. They were able to get out most of the stains, which was amazing, and the carpeting looked terrific overall. My only knock is that, after the cleaning, I found some sort of fibers between the carpeting and the baseboards that weren't there before. They seemed to be a result of the cleaning method, though as I wasn't here, I can't say for certain. It was no big deal to remove them, it was just unexpected. I would definitely use this company again. My carpets looked great!

I called for an estimate, and the appointment was scheduled for the next week. The technician showed up in the early end of the three hour time frame. He was very friendly and polite. He cleaned the furniture and rug, and I will have him come back next month to clean another sofa and love seat.

OK, I guess. I am not in the town where service was performed and did not witness results.

We had our bedroom carpets cleaned before we moved into our new house. Norman was very helpful especially when the worker charged us for an extra room. We had a deal on Angie's List that covered 1200 square feet of cleaning, but the worker charged us extra for the extra footage in our master bedroom; when I reviewed that with Norman, he refunded us the extra amount we were charged without any problems or hassles (I did have to call to remind him, but other than that, everything was fine). Additionally, there were stains that were on the rug that didn't go away in the first cleaning...Norman promptly sent someone back to reclean the carpets. Though the stains did not go away (they were just in the carpet too long), the effort and customer service was there. I would give the customer service an A!

The service arrived on time and promptly completed the work. The service technician was professional and motivated to do the job thoroughly.

I was very impressed with the results. One of the rooms is a home office that had some stains on the floor from a water damage incident 3 1/2 years ago. Back then, I used another carpet service to clean the area and they charged about the same price for the one room as Double N Services did for this entire project. Even so, some stains remained but Double N was able to get them all removed yesterday without a problem. All of the rooms cleaned and the staircases now look as good as new! They were professional, on-time and courteous - we'd recommend their services highly to others.
