They did a good job - they came just when they said they would come. The piece of furniture is off-white so it's difficult to tell if it's completely clean, but I was pleased with their work.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and they really did a good job. Before they came I was ready to throw away some carpet but now it looks great. They were very nice and said I did not need anything extra.

Provider gave me an appointment time of between 3 and 5 on Tuesday, June 18th. They would call when they were 30 minutes away. This was to clean carpet in a condo I need to sell. I arrived at the condo before 3:00. At 10 minutes to 5:00 I received a call that they would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. After an hour (with no further communication from them), I called them back. It rang to the office rather than the cleaners. I explained that I had received a call from the cleaners saying they would be there in 15 to 20 minutes but an hour had passed and I had not seen them or heard from them. The person who answered the phone said he would track them down and call me back in 5 minutes. I waited for another 15 minutes and then left. I finally heard back from the dispatcher after 30-40 minutes saying the cleaners were on I75. No mention of WHERE on I75. I told him that I they were supposed to be there between 3 and 5 and it was now almost 6:30 and I had to leave. I told him I was not going to reschedule with them.

I purchased an Angie's list 'deal back in February iirc. I'd been ill so we waited a while to call. I called the business owner about a week ago. He was as polite and professional sounding as anybody could hope, and accommodated my schedule preference.He knowledgeably answered my question about whether I'd need to confine my nervous natured cat, and called me when the technician arrived so we could put her in her kennel cab. The technician, Norman, was equally polite and professional. Truck mounted super wet systems are too wet for dense for Berber weave carpeting. He had the right equipment and was obviously experienced in getting the carpets cleaned well, as quickly as possible. Our carpeting was very dirty with matted cat hair, dust, etc. Norman made our carpets fresh and clean. We are very happy with this company and have already recommended them to friends!

I scheduled for the afternoon and they called saying they had finished the previous job early and wanted to know if they could come earlier than I had planned. I left my errands to meet them sooner. When they got to my house they were in and out really fast as if they were in a hurry to get the job done and get out. I ended up paying more than was originally advertised by the time they tacked on small extras. And they tried to sell me additional services which I declined. As for the cleaning, they did as good a job as any of my other cleaners from what I could tell but I don't think I'll use them again because it felt as if they were more focused on rushing through as fast as they could.

It turned out very well. They are extremely professional and all had uniforms. Their work turned out great.

It went well and I was impressed that they traveled so far to do the business. He knew what he was doing and was pretty good. My carpets and sofas looked brilliant when he was done. He had all the equipment that he needed and was very efficient.

I called & left vmsg. I recevied a return call immediately. A service date was set after negotiating the Angie's List price for 4 areas. Added services. They did a great job in basement because it was stained.

The only complaint I have is being late. I had to wait most of the day. The owner did call and kept me posted on when he could get there. Did a very good job. It was reasonably priced and good results. Pleasant owner. I would use them again.

The only reason I'm not giving this company a straight A is because they were very late in arriving. He did call me at the scheduled time to set up another time that same day. So pleasant to work with and have in my home. Offered to take boxes to my dumpster. They were by my front door and he saw them coming in. I will use them again. Good job for the price.

They did a very good job and I was very pleased. They showed up on time, cleaned the sofa, seemed to do a good job, was thorough and had them clean two throw pillows.

It was ok. There wasn’t anything bad. Not sure if I would use them again simply because of their process.

.SINCE I WASN'T PRESENT ON THE SITE, THERE WERE A FEW STAINS THAT COULD HAVE BEEN TREATED BETTER, BUT I STILL APPRECIATE ALL THE EFFORT AND SERVICES THEY HAVE PROVIDED. WOULD CERTAINLY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

My techs were a little late due to traffic, but stayed in touch to give me updates. Most of my furniture had already been moved into the kitchen. They helped me with a few pieces I couldn't move by myself. The cleaning took about an hour and was almost dry by the time they left. My rooms smelled fresh and the carpet looked great. The only thing I wish they had done was wipe down the base boards as they moved from room to room. There was some new carpet and a little debris left on the base boards that

They did a great job. The price was a Big Deal but we added services beyond the special.

I called Double N Services on New Year's Eve around midday because I was having a party that evening. They were able to come out within a couple of hours from my call, which was great. I explained my concerns about the couch needing to dry prior to my party, which he was able to work with. I have 2 large dogs, which do get on the couch, and he was able to clean the couch, and had it looking great. He also cleaned some stains on the carpet and rugs. I really appreciated how quickly, and with such short notice, that they could come out. They did a great job, and I would likely call them again.

Courteous scheduling on the phone. He was even willing to come on a day off to accommodate my schedule but we were able to tweak the times on another day to work for both of us. He pointed out a couple of stains I was not even aware of and got those and the other ones out completely. He was fast and efficient and complete. I would definitely use again.

living room , 2 bedrooms and small sunroom. Afterwards everything smelled very fresh and a stain in one bedroom was completely removed from carpet.

Very nice contractors. Arrived on time and did a great job. Had a stain in guest bedroom in which another company could not remove. This company was able to remove stain and carpet looks great. Would definitely call again. Very happy!
