Double N Services

The tech arrived on time and began work immediately. We had three systems to be cleaned as well as all of the carpet in the home. The duct cleaning seemed to be effective but wasn't performed exactly as stated on their website. No way to tell if they are truly clean all the way through as opposed to just at the vents. From what I saw he mostly just reached as far as he could through the vent with the vac hose. Several of the vents were lose and not reinstalled properly. The carpet cleaning went fine....nothing special with the process as compared to others I've used in the past.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon and there were no additional charges. The service was great. It was fantastic and they did a great job. I was very happy. This was the first time I used them. The rug came cleaner than I could possibly have thought was possible. I had no idea that they would get it that clean. They actually really looked practically new and I was amazed. I thought at least it will be clean but they will probably look stained or whatever but I was amazed of how good they were. The price was reasonable.

I am glad I get to update my previous review - as I decided to give Double N Services another chance (there was a mishap and no show the first time) and they came and did a wonderful job! Sunday and his crew were punctual (actually a little early), professional, and very pleasant to deal with. My carpets look great, and the technicians took the time to explain the process and how they were working. I love that the carpets dried very quickly and that I could walk on them right way, and all of the pet and dirt stains that were ingrained were removed. I would highly recommend Double N Services and I will use them again!

I don't know where to start with this company ... they have given me outstanding service every time I have used them!! Last year they came and cleaned all the carpets in my new home. I have previously written a review on that visit. This year they came and stretched the carpet in two bedrooms. They men who came were professional, neat and did a fantastic job - the carpets looked like new again. I decided to replace the carpet in my living room, dining room, and hallways with hardwood, as well as the vinyl in my kitchen. I called Norman and he arranged for Marco to come out and look over the job. He came out and we discussed the best way to do the work, he showed me samples and I decided what I wanted him to do. He then called me when he had the materials and arranged for a date of install. He and his helper showed up promptly when he said they would and immediately got to work. They removed the carpeting and vinyl and installed the hardwood. They completed everything except my dining room in one very long day. I had not decided whether to resurface my present hardwood in the dining room or replace it at that point. After deciding to replace the dining room hardwood, I made another call and they returned to do that work. I would never choose anyone else to do this kind of work for me. I cannot give them high enough grades. If we decide to have hardwoods installed in the bedrooms, there will be no hesitation to call Marco to do this. Thank you to Norman, Marco and all the workers who came to my home from Double N to work for me - you are THE BEST!

My carpets were essentially new having been ijnstalled only 2 years ago. They developed ridges & bumps in less than a year. I had the original company out to make corrections but they did a poor job. I called DOUBLE N SERVICES & they came out the same day to do an estimate, they gave a fair price. When I asked when they would return they said it was a quick job and could do it now. They were done in about 2 hours, they cleaned up and put my furniture back in the exact (!!) same spots. I recommend them.

It went well. It was an 80.00 special.

Did not show- up at designated time had to rescheduled. The person that was going to show up didn't it was someone else. Did ok job. Nothing special.

Wow! I'm impressed. This company has it together. Technician called 15 minutes before arriving within the designated time window. After introductions, we did a walk through as I pointed out the areas I wanted cleaned. The Tech had pen and clip board in hand taking notes. He then asked for a few minutes to due calculations and presented me with the cost. He made recommendations that I agreed upon and he started his assignment which he took very seriously. The job was completed timely and professionally. I am pleased and satisfied with the outcome...I'm writing this review the following morning and my carpet is clean!!! Plus I just noticed on my receipt they extend a 1 year warranty. Thank you Double N Services

Great experience. This is the second time we have used this company and we are completely satisfied. The guys were very helpful and friendly and got the job done!

After being told that they did not service our area, which was not mentioned in the Angie List "details", they scheduled a date and time to come. I was told then that they serviced a wide area around metro Atlanta, including Alabama!!? Don't know who is telling the truth.

This is carpet in a finished basement that had significant stains - some water & rust from a water heater meltdown and some of unknown origin on the stairs. Scheduling with the office went smoothly and the work was done in perfect time for us. On the day of service the technician arrived exactly on time.. Excellent professionalism and attention to detail. Work was completed amazingly quickly - and to perfection! All of the stains were removed. I then asked for an estimate for the rest of the house. We walked through as he made notes and calculations on an iPad. At the end of the walk through he provided an estimate, took an email address for sending receipts, and provided contact information for follow up. I was told that if any of the stains reappeared they would return and retreat. We plan to use them for the rest of the house soon! Thanks for excellent & friendly service.

It was OK. They didn't do a great job. As a matter of fact, they were supposed to come back to finish a rug, but they never came back. They left the rug, which I paid them extra to do. They didn't do it and then they never came back and I actually forgot about it. They had an up-charge for every room they did, but I don't remember how they figured it out. I had a rug which I wanted them to clean, which they didn't clean. So, I guess, in reality, it wasn't very good. They lied about the price. They used false advertising and told me one price, which I paid, but then every other room they had a different charge. They had a different charge for everything. So I ended up paying a lot more than they told me it was going to cost.

They arrived on time and did a great job on the carpets.

First...as far as quality goes, this company does a great job and old carpets that we were considering ripping up...now look new. So I am very happy with the quality. They only issue has is how the price rapidly escalated from a quoted $165 to $325 I was asked if I wanted a "deep cleaning" Well of course I do. I mean, who wants an-less-than-deep cleaning? You do less-that-deep cleanings? The deep cleaning process, as far as I can tell, involved the technician spraying some stuff from a "fantastic-type sprayer" onto each rug, waiting about 15 minutes and then doing the regular steam cleaning. The problem I had was that the spray cost 25 dollars extra per room...or, in my case, and almost an 150 dollar extra fee, It left me wondering what kind of miracle spray there is out there that costs $125 dollars a bottle, In what store can I boy the $125 dollar spray? I thought that part was a but overpriced added on. A few years ago when you asked for a stem cleaning you were quoted a price and that was it. Now, you find that the steam cleaning has a higher lever experience of a "magic spray at a cost of $35 dollars a room"..which makes the carpet "even cleaner" So...maybe it added a little to the cleaning process...but ,,,$125??? The next time, I'll just get the old fashioned, regular steam cleaning. Quality: Excellent. I would use these people again. Pricing: Quite an expensive add on...for a spray from a Fantastic-like spray bottle. For the price of the added spray, I could have almost got the carpets steam cleaned, the regular way, twice..and that was a little disappointing.

Company showed up on time with a total of 4 men ready to complete the job. They did a fantastic job and were able to remove stains that I didn't think would come out. They also walked me through all completed work to be sure I was satisfied. Great job!

They showed up on time, they were corteous and my sofa looks great! The estimate they gave me over the phone did not change at all. Overall, good experience.

I like their service salesman and I like their pricing. I didn't like the guy who actually did the work because he tried to steal my carpet.

It was a pretty good experience. They came out and cleaned the carpets and that was about it. They did not move the furniture. I had to move the furniture myself which was kind of unusual. I probably would not use them again. They just did not appear that they really wanted to get it done. I mean, they came out to do the job which was fine, but that was it.

This was one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. They tried to carpet clean a $1200 rug! I need someone who knows what they are doing with a fine rug. I would never use them for anything, even if they had called me back.

Second time using this service. I've used many over many years and these guys are the best. They were a bit late arriving which is understandable givin Atlanta traffic, but they made it up to me with an acceptable price break.

Double N Services were very good. They were very, very nice, respectful and very professional. They were on time and they did a very nice job. They were really good, I was very impressed.

They were very nice and it went really well. They did a great job getting the stains out that I didn't think could come out. He was here for a while as well. Also had very little chemical odor which was nice.

I got the special from Angie's List for $99 to clean 3 rooms. I couldn't make my original appointment, and rescheduled for the next Saturday. Somehow, my appointment was not made, so I had to reschedule for the Saturday after. The technicians called 30 minutes before arrival, and came and started immediately. We went over which rooms I wanted done, and they asked what kind of stains I had, so they could use the best solutions possible. They asked if I wanted extra areas done, and I was trying to keep the cost as close to the special as possible, so I only added the hallway. I was a little surprised at first to see their equipment, as it looked like the buffer machines that are normally used on hard floors or tiles you normally see in big stores. I was used to the "normal" carpet cleaners, which look like heavy vacuum cleaners, that spray out the hot water/detergent mix, and then suck it back up into another container, so I was skeptical at first. They said they don't really move any large furniture around, but I had already put many items on top of others (ottomans on top of the sofas, bar stools on top of the billiard table, etc.). They did move the coffee table out of the way because I told them there was a heavy stain beneath it. They completed the dining room, then the family room, and moved up to do the hallway, and finished off with the upstairs game loft. During the whole time, I was watching them. The main person was telling me about their other services, and showed me pics of some of their other jobs from his iPad. They also install carpeting, flooring, and other things. I think he gave me a discount because I had to wait an extra week for the service due to the communication mishap. The areas took a little longer to dry than expected, but they look really good. I try walking in the same areas so I can keep the "clean" look as long as possible. :o) I would use their services again, or recommend them to others.

The first problem was that they did not put anything under it and they were cleaning it on top of a carpet. They were getting water everywhere. The second problem was that when they left, a bunch of stuff was sitting on the chair. So I asked them what was going on with my chair. It was a beautiful, vibrant chair. They said, "Don't worry, that's for soaking and cleaning. Everything's going to be fine." They said it might take a day for it to dry so I said it's not a problem. 3-4 days went by so I contacted the manager. Needless to say, they did not correct the damage. They messed up my chair. My chair is now covered with a sheet, it looks so bad. It has an Ottoman with it and it was in my front room. Now, it is in the back of a bedroom. I showed Norman, the owner, what the chair looked like before and after it was touched. I gave him the cheque and told him to have a great day. He messed up my furniture and cashed the cheque. I'm not sure if someone can go back and revitalize the chair. I was so distraught and sickened by it, I just covered it up. I called him after that and I told him, "Sir, I did as you asked. You asked me to give you a second chance and I did. I'm looking at my chair here and it still looks exactly the same. Whatever you did, it's not helping either." He asked me how much would it cost to repair the chair and I told him I don't know because I'm not in the repair business. After that, I would call and not get an answer. The initial gentlemen did not know what they were doing and did not do it properly, not only with the chair but with ensuring that they didn't mess up anything else like my carpet. The owner was cordial at first and was willing to come out and see if he could right and wrong. I do commend him for that. But they left the chair worse than the way thy found it. So it was a complete loss. I guess you get what you pay for. Horrible quality. They were also late both times. I would not recommend them to others.
