I called to ask a question about the deal they had. The rep was very professional and helpful. Scheduling was easy. The technician was very punctual. After the initial walk-through, he advised that I should get a deep cleaning in the areas that had seen the most traffic. (He worded his description very nicely.) There was an extra cost for the deep cleaning. It was well worth it. The technician did a wonderful job in all the rooms, especially in the worst areas. I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. I am very pleased with their work.

came in and cleaned carpets, there was a stain that had happened. on time, stain did not come completly up but it was a bad stain, it is hard to tell because the color of the carpets and after the cleaning to actually see any stain that maybe left. have used them before thru angie big deals. good price and always on time.

Excellent work....looked over job and assessed correctly. I knew that I had a pet issue in the den that would require extra treatment. The only extra charge was $25 and all stains were addressed and handled properly. Very fast, clean, and efficient. I will be hiring them in the future to do the rest of the house and stairs. Another big plus....the carpets don't get soaked and are completely dry in under 2 hours.

Provider was very late, and carpets stayed wet for an exceedingly long time it seemed.

Double N Services provided excellent carpet cleaning for my stairs and basement. I have 3 dogs and my carpet in the basement needed extra stain and deordorizing treatment. This provider took great care of my carpeting cleaning needs and I look forward to using Double N Services in the near future.

Double N did a good job in my rental unit. Returned calls promptly, arrived timely. My initial request was for carpet cleaning (after tenant move out). However, Double N recommended carpet replacement b/c it was too soiled to clean effectively (thus confirming my initial thoughts). They gave me a competitive quote for replacing the carpet. We compared 3 quotes. Double N's was the most reasonable. They also gave me regular updates as the job progressed. New carpet looks great & ready for a new tenant!

Excellent - prompt and service was as advertised. I had spoken to them about other needs on the initial call and they offered to give an estimate for stained concrete flooring installation and cleaning of large floor area persian rugs. I have a 2nd appointment to pick up the area rugs, clean and return them. Very professional service.

We had a great experience with Norman and his crew. They were all very professional and did a fantastic job. Norman made sure that the new carpet in our basement was vacuumed and that all carpet scraps were removed everywhere. As far as the cleaning of our upstairs carpets. his team got out every stain and left the carpets looking brand new. Would definitely recommend!

Per the contract, we discussed the areas that would be included in the offer, and (as expected) the add-on cost for the stairway and a small area in the guest bathroom. These were a very reasonable $40 for the stairs (there is a "per-stair" charge so yours may vary) and a $10 charge for the extra bath area. The communication was very good. They ran a little later than they expected but they called. The guys were very professional and nice and the carpets looked great. There was a pleasant citrus smell, although I was glad to leave the house for some errands for an hour or two. The carpet was not wet, but it probably took a minimum of an hour for it to be dry. It has been 20 days and the carpet still looks great. ONE CAVEAT: We left town the next day for a long weekend (or I would have seen it and called them back immediately) but when I returned I noticed a black streak of grease about 18" long on the skirt of my white couch. Yikes! Amazingly it came off easily with dry cleaning fluid. no harm no foul. It must have come from the scrubber they used. Just be aware.

Said would be here between 9:00 & 10:00. Called at 8:20 & said would be here between 11:00 & 12:00. When I contacted him @ 12:40 said another hour. Arrived at 2:30. Carpet appears to be done well.

I had purchased an Angie's List coupon for $79. The two members of the crew were very professional, took extra care to clean the areas I pointed out, and got them cleaner than I expected.

They called the night before to confirm the appointment which I appreciated since I purchased the Big Deal and scheduled months prior. They arrived 30 minutes later than what they had said, but when they got there, they were very friendly and got to work right away. There was one area that would have cost extra (I thought it was part of a room included in my deal when I showed them what to clean). They didn't say it would be extra, so in the end they included it at no charge which I thought was honorable. I did add on an area to be cleaned, and I thought the proce they gave me for it was fair. They finished the job in the estimated time they had given me, and I suppose they did a good job, but I honestly can't see that big of a difference in my carpet. Perhaps it wasn't that dirty to begin with, but it hadn't been cleaned in over 5 years (light color, one son, one dog), so I may have been expecting more "wow". I just think it was a lot of trouble to move all the furniture for what little difference it made. I would have been more disappointed if I had paid more, but with the Big Deal, it was a good enough value. I may try a different system of cleaning next time.

5 piece sofa + rug wash Service was fine; how he priced when I called vs when came to service was not correct. They are running Angie's deal; I was about to buy they said not buy the deal but they will offer the price. When he came to service, he came up w totally diff. He started adding arms and legs; I didn't feel comfortable; I asked him to leave .. He started reducing price. That is my concern. Basic integrity of how priced and asking me not to buy the Angie's deal.

My experience overall went excellently. The staff was very friendly and professional. They were punctual and provided a great service. I was pleased with the service provided. I would recommend them to others.

I had the company come out and perform the service for the big deal. The service went great. Overall good experience.

They're great. I had extra things done besides the deal. They were really nice guys and they really cleaned the carpets. The deal was great but it was kind of expensive.

Expensive wool Rug, approx 15 yrs old. Never before cleaned. Looked brighter & more vibrant after cleaning.
