Double N Services

They were pretty good. They weren’t flexible with the method they were using to clean the carpet. I couldn’t substitute a small staircase for a room or something like that. It was a big deal purchase. They didn’t charge more than that. The quality of service was good. In terms of punctuality, they were late. I think I would use them again but it just depends on what I need because I have stairs in my home. I thought they would do that if I needed something wide open than slant. If they had said that they would do 2 rooms for a smaller price that would work as well.

The service was okay. I was a little annoyed at the fact that they did not want to move any furniture. I thought this would be included in the service. I ended up moving the furniture myself so that they could clean underneath it. He did a decent job and the carpets were cleaned well. It just was not a very pleasant experience.

It worked out okay. They cleaned the only rug that I have in the house. They were just kind of regular. They showed up on time, did what they were supposed to competently and they moved the furniture. They did a good job. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. I think that was an under job for them. I could have probably done it myself for a lot cheaper. I don't really know what I could have pressed them to do more. I didn't have any problems getting hold of them and getting them to come at the time when I wanted. I think I would not use them in the future but not because of them, just because I do have just this little area.

This is an excellent company. Their was an issue at first with the job and they took the rugs back and made sure that they were cleaned to my satisfaction and I was very pleased with their customer service.

The workers who provided our services were very personable. However, the owner of the company may.want to check on some of his employees because we asked if certain services could be provided, and the cleaners said, sure, if we paid him in cash for that. Aside from that, the carpets looked good for a few months after the service, but shortly thereafter, began to look bad. Though the employees were very nice, we would not be likely to use this company in the future because of the longer-term end results.

I was very happy with the service performed. They were a bit late arriving, but they called to let me know and once they showed up, they did a very professional job.

As expected - cleaned carpets, including getting up a couple of pet stains in a rental we were leaving. Quick and efficient. Nothing above and beyond, but did the job as requested.

Rugs remained wet for more than a day. Rugs felt felt somewhat rough--almost like cleaning product not completely removed. would not use them again.

In the past I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for their services. I have used them several times since the Big Deal and they give excellent service, which is why I used them several times as well as the Big Deal.

I am a very satisfied customer! Norman and an assistant showed up on time, very politely accommodating. He assessed the areas I wanted cleaned. I added an additional area for which he said would cost $45.00 more. I was good with that considering how soiled the area was and it's size. Bottom line....they did an excellent job!!! I had the work done for my son's home. They have two small kids and both are terrible house keepers. I really thought that carpet was gone and just needed to be pulled up and replaced with...outdoor grass or something. It's a light burbler and it now looks great! They did each area twice and the master bedroom 3 times! And it smelled great too! I had not seen the equipment that they used before....but it truly worked for me. I will definitely use them again. I called them and they came out the same day. They did an excellent job, and I will definitely use them again.

asked for the quick dry but it took about 2 days to dry also they said they would come back to clean a room that did not look like it was cleaned well, scheduled a date and then never came. i did not call them back as who would schedule an appointment and not show up. they were nice on the phone.

We wanted to swap two rooms in a four room cleaning deal for one set of stairs. They weren't willing to accept that solution. The price was $40 for the stairs which would make this deal in unappealing.

They returned my call right away and set up an appointment for the next day. They were very understanding and accommodating when I had to cancel at the last minute and came out the next day which was a Saturday. They were great from start to finish!

Great! I have used this company before and when my neighbor asked anyone in the neighborhood if they were interested in getting carpets done I recommended Double N Services. We ended up with 6 homeowners getting their carpets done the same day. What I like about this service is they do an almost completely steam/dry clean on the carpets. The carpets are slightly wet when they are done but you can walk on them almost immediately. They don't move any furniture so I made sure things I could move were put in the bathroom, kitchen or where they were out of the way, ie, potted plants, DR chairs, etc., nothing big. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely use them again!

They were punctual and polite. When I told him that we live in an eight story highrise he acted as though that was a problem. They were able to clean the carpets fine but over complicated the process on the phone.
