Double N Services

First trip, it was determined that my flooring was engineered product, and refinishing was a problem. They then sent out a different specialist who examined the flooring closely and told me they could try a refinishing, but there were no guarantees of success. I gave the go-ahead, and all 600 sq ft were sanded lightly, refinished, and done in one day. I am well satisfied with the results: floor looks great, and cost was way cheaper than replacement!

Understood that stairs were outside scope of Angie's deal. Unaware that berber was not included in deal... so paid $99 minus Angie's deal price for that privilege. Nevertheless, Alex Camarena did a fine job. He had guessed a couple of hours, but it turned out to be more like four: carpet hadn't been cleaned in 10 years, and he just kept pulling dirt out, hour after hour. He kept at it... and the result was, I think, as good as it could be, given the age (13YO) and condition (filthy) of the carpet. Alex was very polite, professional, and left the place spic 'n' span. Highly recommended.

My Tech Alex performed his duties very well I am just not pleased with the cleaning. I paid for 4 rooms but when the tech arrived he stated that one type of carpet I had cost more so therefore I ended up only have two rooms cleaned instead of the four. This information was not listed on the order that I placed. My carpets are just not that clean to me. Next time I will try a company that stem cleans carpets the roller cleaner used just didn't do the job.

Went we ...carpet had randomly brown spots which were easily cleaned with wet cloth. Not sure of cause.

The appointment went very well. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. I bought the $99 service fee for 4 rooms and paid an additional fee for the stairs and upstairs landing as I needed all carpet in my home to be cleaned. The cost was definitely worth the quality of work. Alex did an excellent job and was very professional and personable. I will definitely be using Double N Services again and specifically requesting Alex to perform the work.

I've used this company for several jobs now, including hardwood floor refinishing. They are super easy to communicate with and always do a great job. They are flexible as well and you can tell they really strive for good customer service.
