excellent. Very professional and thorough

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it did not go very well. In all fairness it was a really, really dirty carpet from this house that I just bought, but it did not go well at all. They actually ended up refunding my money because it was bad. I ended up having to redo it by myself with a carpet cleaner. I was outside when they were cleaning it and when I came in they vacuuming it in a diagonal pattern so I really could not tell. There was very little lighting. It smelled really good, but then when I could see it the next day in the light it was really dirty. When I cleaned it myself, I saw that they had squirted that stuff on the ground and when I did it with my carpet cleaner I could see that it was all set, just in a line. I am not sure what they did; I am not sure they did anything. It was excellent that they gave me a refund, but I was very unsatisfied with the work they did. Their punctuality was fine; they were about on time, I think.

It was confusing. The day they cleaned the carpet, a family member has shoes on, and the marks went on the rug, so they tried cleaning up the marks, thinking they were already there. It was just unfortunate circumstances, and I would have them again. When they left, I saw the mark, and thought that it was not there before, and then we realized that someone in the family had boots that was making that mark.

They (he) does not move furniture and I was not told of this before the services were performed. The associate was on time and did his job, but it was not the best steam cleaning of carpets that I have had. While the owner is quick to respond and follow up, I was a bit disappointed in the final cleaning and that they don't move the furniture.

We have used them two times, will use again!

The carpet in my upstairs looked clean because I guess it wasn't that dirty. However, my downstairs carpet looked terrible. I saw them cleaning, but all the stains and everything was there. I could do a better job myself, so I'm not sure what happened. I told them that the carpet is not clean and they said that wait till it dries. I wanted to give them a chance and asked them to come back, but they never did.

Didn't like that they used a floor buffing machine to clean the rug and a regular vacuum cleaner to extract the extra water.

I had the master bedroom, nursery, upstairs foyer and hallway and stairwell carpets cleaned. Apologies for such a late review! But I remembered how quickly it was done, how well it was done. I have a thick, heavy grade Berber carpet (with 8lb padding) and it really hadn't been professionally cleaned in 5+ years. My family grew over a few years and so did the carpet stains. After doing some comparisons, I choose Double N and was glad I did. They arrived on time, we're very thorough and and my carpets were completely clean with no residue when they were done. I was pregnant and having the house cleaned top to bottom. Now with a 16 month old, its time to do it again. I have Double N saved to my Angie's List favorites and have recommended them to many neighbors and family members over the past year. I will be booking my next cleaning this month!

They showed up on time, gave me a price for the additional work and took care of it. Total time less than two hours. Odor from the carpet cleaning was gone the next day.

Everything went perfectly and according to plan. The workmen were punctual, professional and stretched carpet that had been an issue since installation. It looked better than when it was first installed!

The original appointment had to be rescheduled because when the person arrived, he was unable to open the back doors to his truck. For the new appointment he arrived on time and did a very good professional job - all three items cleaned in about 75 minutes. I was bothered by the fact that the sofa pillows cost extra (thought they would be part of the coupon since they were part of the sofa), and very surprised that the arm covers could not be cleaned at all - eventually sent them to a dry cleaner (cost - another $15). Note: make sure you have an outside water faucet that works so they can hook up their unit when the water supply in the truck runs out

It was a very good service. The scheduling was good and they were very good. They got the job done in about 2 hours. The cleaner was very professional and courteous.

I called Double N Services a week before to get a price on cleaning some carpet for one of my customers, Norman (the person I spoke with on the phone) was very nice and accommodating to what I needed. I ended up having to call him the day before and rescheduling the cleaning. Norman was very understanding and was able to come out on the rescheduled date. He cleaned the carpet very well and also cleaned 2 additional rooms for my customer at a VERY responsible price. I will use Double N Services again, and will also recommend them to others.

Cost additional to what I purchased. The experience for me was average in all areas. Nothing remarkable to build customer loyalty. There are lots of competitors in this category and I will give someone else a shot next time.

It went well... Norman did a consultation to make sure that the carpet was close to what was previously there and that it worked with our design. They also did a great job in cleaning the pet stains that we have in one of our rooms. It looks brand new and it helped us get the place ready for tenants. Norman was also very warm and came off as extremely trustworthy and reliable. I knew he would do what was needed to get me the best price and the best quality in carpet. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

i have brand new carpet but my dog had an accident. My son and I spent over an hour cleaning the spot and did a great job however, i wanted it brought back to the 'brand new' status. No spots on the carpet as again they are brand new. The rooms are small and all i had cleaned was the path right down the middle. Scotch guard both and sanitize one just so I would feel better. I believe the price of 140.00 to clean a path of two small bedrooms is a rip off.

the work performed was great but after the carpet dried a spot came back I called the vendor and they came out the day I called and the stain is gone now. Very Good work

They did a pretty decent job. They explained that some of the stains may be hard to remove.

Because of the circumstances, my rating is probably not fair to the provider. I asked them to do what was probably an impossible task. I asked them to clean my 18 year old ivory sofa that had never been cleaned. It had not been used much after the first four years, and I have no pets. However, I'm not sure it looks any better than it did before the cleaning. In fact, it now has a yellowish tint and some spots have appeared that I had not seen before. I will have to cover it with pillows for now and buy new. I will not even try to get my matching love seat cleaned. Positively, there were a few spots that disappeared. I would, however, give them another try on other cleaning jobs. It was easy to schedule, they came right on time, and they were very courteous and polite. I felt at ease while they were here. In the future I would talk with them prior to service to find out the likelihood of being able to clean more difficult (dirty) surfaces and possible negative effects beyond their control. They certainly deserve a second chance!

The person answering the phone was very professional and took great pride in the company. I advised him that I had a prior contract for scotchgurard treatment and there was no need to try to sell it to me. He understood and noted it on the work order. The tech arrived prior to me making it home and waited patiently in my driveway. The furniture was overdo a cleaning and when the tech finished I could the difference right away. There was no upselling attempted. Thank goodness!! Overall, great service.

Excellent service provided by this company. Three rooms with pet stains were cleaned. The technician, Amadou, was very punctual, efficient and professional not only in cleaning the carpets, but also,in explaining beforehand that a particular stain (over a year old) may not completely disappear. The carpets look great, I would definitely reuse this cleaning service again!!

They did a good job. We attempted to revive a 20+ year old carpet in two downstairs rooms and a stairway. Many stains, and traffic tracks did not hold a great prognosis, but Diallo, the service technician, did a thorough, professional, and meticulous job. It looks incredible. Totally satisfied, and would use their services again.

They were okay to work with. The carpet looked really clean when they left. When the carpet dried, the carpet did not look as good as I thought it would have. I probably would not use their services in the future. The cleaner they use is not a steam cleaner. It is not a deep cleaning product and will give you different quotes based on the type of carpet you have. The technician sprayed a chemical on the carpet and did not have a cleaner to run over the area. They were a nice company to deal with, but if you are looking for a deep cleaning, you should go to another company.

The provider arrived as scheduled. Carpets looked cleaner and smelled fresh.

They did a fantastic job. I paid more only because of the pets stains that I had which were heavy. They were excellent.
