Double N Services

The main office was good to communicate by email but not so good by phone. Getting into the gated apt complex where the work was done was complicated and the office did not communicate the instructions clearly to the tech. The tech arrived an hour later than the 2 hour window I was given, but he was very professional and diligent. The sofa was very much improved when he finished. I would use them again, but I would not schedule service on a Saturday.

The carpets were clean; however, the night after they applied Scotch Guard, my dog made a couple of urine stains upstairs. I cleaned the spots immediately, but they left yellow stains. I felt the Scotch Guard used maybe wasn't of high quality after that, but I gave them a call and they immediately came back out and re-cleaned almost the entire upstairs! I was very impressed with their customer service and their will to make things right. The stains went away and they also applied a different guard onto that carpet. They wore shoe covers and made sure they didn't track water or dirt into the house. They left the floor very clean and smelling good.

Did a good job communicating and cleaning the carpets. Arrived on time. Only issue Is price. Big deal price was $109 for 1,200 sq ft. Fine print excluded stairs which cost $42 (really? 40% of cost of entire job? and then I agreed to the scotch guard in the Family room which was supposed to be $25. He charged me 50 because the room was oversized. (Um! I don't think so!). Forget the fact that the 2 base rooms cleaned were definitely less than the 1,200 sq feet. So in the end, carpets are very clean, but I'm not sure ill use again. I suspect it would be crazy expensive.

Our sectional had been sitting in storage for about a year when we bought our new house. This piece was filthy, smelled bad and desperately needed cleaning. I called Double N and they were pleasant and very responsive. He worked with me on the price, called to confirm our appointment, and the tech Emanual showed up right on time. He was pleasant and did a great job. We are very pleased with the result. I would use this company again in a heartbeat.

It turned out OK. They didn’t help much with moving the furniture. Scheduling was fine.

I purchased an $88 deal for cleaning three rooms, even though I only needed two rooms and a hallway. I believe I spoke to the same person on the phone who came to clean my carpets, a man named Sunday. He was very polite, funny, and professional. I knew there would be an extra charge for the pet stains on my carpet entryway, so after looking at them he said $50 which I thought very reasonable because even with the additional $50 the total was less than several other companies had quoted me. The service itself took about two hours. The carpets ended up looking fantastic. They stains were completely gone, and believe me when I say they were not small insignificant stains. I was so pleased with the job he had done and I recommended them to my mom. I would definitely use them again.

Cleaned two room plus a hallway all of which had stains. Did a good job, the carpet looks great and I would definitely recommend him again.

They did a great job. We needed our carpets cleaned in preparation for putting on the market to sell. It had been quite a few years since our last cleaning. Double N was prompt, professional, and had our carpets looking new! Would definitely use them again.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for this company. It was okay. They got the job done. It took longer than I wanted them to. They had problems with their equipment. But they completed the job. The workers were pleasant.

I bought the 'Big Deal' to clean 4 rooms of carpet (1,200 square feet max) for $109. They were on time as scheduled. He looked at the 4 rooms and wanted to charge me $45 extra because he said the Master Bedroom was bigger than expected. I showed him 2 of the other bedrooms which are about 450 square feet in total and that the total square footage is almost exactly 1,200. He still wanted to charge extra. We compromised and I paid him to do a small hallway as well for $45 extra. I thought that the Big Deal was not as advertised. Be careful with it and many other Angie's List Big Deals. You are locked in and then you don't get what you paid for.

I called Double N Services to get carpets cleaned. They came out same day and cleaned 5 rooms of carpet. Guys were very professional and on time. They even helped me do some light furniture moving. I would highly recommend them. They charged 180 for cleaning and I gave them a $30 tip. Great job.

I have used Double N Services on four occasions. The owner is very professional and all the work is of the highest quality. Cost of service has been reasonable.

They were prompt and they stuck to the estimate. I had to call them a few times to get follow up visits, but the initial visit was prompt. When I called them, they called me back and when I texted, they texted me back. They were punctual. I wouldn't use them again.

Double N Services were very professional, and worked solidly to get the cleanup done. Their staff were kind, respectful and overall pleasant to have in my home. I would certainly use them again.

This was my 2nd time using Double N Services. I contacted them to make an appointment, and the process was easy and quick. The person I spoke with was courteous, and when I mentioned what I wanted cleaned, she suggested a different discount than the one I was going to use, which saved me money. The technician called 30 minutes before he arrived. He cleaned the areas that I requested. Which was our baby room, master bed, living room, stairs, and hallway. He explained to me what he was going to do and how. I told him that I would help him move any furniture or help in other way that he needed. He never called me to help him, but he did move small furniture out of the way and cleaned under everything on his own. He performed all of the work in about an hour. We chatted about TV's and technology for a little, and he was on his way. The carpet was damp when he left, but it wasn't soaked or completely saturated. He left around 1 pm, and almost all of the carpet was completely dry when we went to bed.

They showed up promptly. They charged an additional $110 to treat them. When the carpet dried, the only stains that were gone were the wine stains and the pet stain in one room was darker than before. They came out a second time and used a different process which eliminated most of the stains.

It went very well. Person who came to clean the carpets was polite and professional. Only problem was that the carpet was quite wet afterwards and took a long time to dry.

They did rush a little at the end. The whole crew did not stay the entire time so we got off to a good start and then things slowed down as people left.

He showed up at the scheduled time and cleaned my den carpet and was out in 30 minutes. I had moved all of the furniture out of the room, so that helped. The carpet was cleaned well, all the dirt spots were gone and I moved all the furniture back the next morning.

The guy didn’t have any uniform or anything. He seemed very rushed. I had a coupon for that and he refused to come on weekend. He did the job but wasn’t done well. He didn’t even use the machine and when I told that there were spots that weren’t cleaned he told that he couldn’t do better than that then I hired another person who did the job million time better work than him. He was punctual.

Emmanuel was the technician that came out to my home to provide the cleaning service. He was prompt, professional and very courteous. He explained the process very clearly and even provided tips for future spot cleaning and preserving my rug. He was efficient and began working imediately. I even took before and after pictures of my rug which had been stored unused in my garage for at least a year or so due to stains that I couldn't get out on my own. I didn't expect the pretreating cost which did increase the overall amount I paid but I am definitely pleased with the service and would use this provider again.
