They were good and did a good job in a short amount of time.

They did a decent job. The technician pushed for the scotch application in two of the rooms and we went for it. It was $25 extra for each of it. However, we could hardly see any difference between the normal application and the scotch service. He arrived on time and did a good job.

This went fine. We paid extra to have some grout resealed. I’d recommend them for carpet cleaning as they did a nice job.

We were very pleased with the results. The office had given us a 1-hour window for the technician to arrive, and he arrived a few minutes after the end of the window. He had called previously when he was on his way. We had decided to add some additional pieces after calling for the phone estimate, and the prices offered for the extra pieces were competitive. One issue was that when we called, we were given a very low price to clean an upholstered chair. When I called other vendors, they asked about the size of the chair and amount of upholstery before quoting a price. I called Double N back to confirm that the quoted price was good for any size chair and was assured it was. There price was well below what their competitors were offering and was one of the things that drove our decision to hire them. When the technician arrived and saw the chairs, he said that they were too large and he couldn't honor the quoted price. He attributed the problem to a new person in the office. I accepted the higher price because it was still competitive with other vendors. We were very satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. The technician was polite, efficient, and answered all of our questions. We suffered slight damage to one chair. A piece of braided trim that had been glued to the fabric pulled off due to the suction from the cleaning machine. Given the age of the chair, we didn't attribute this to any negligence on the technician's part, and he pointed out the issue to us and explained what had happened. The technician underestimated the time for the furniture to dry but that caused us no inconvenience; we had planned for a longer drying time.

Great job cleaning, fast, efficient, clean, and on time. That said, the technician pushed REALLY hard to upsell me. When I turned him down, he pushed me to "name a price"; when I still turned him down, he continued to comment on it for the entirety of his visit ("Almost done! Though since you aren't getting the Scotchgard, I guess it doesn't matter." "Looks great! See you in two months, since you aren't getting that Scotchgard!"). It was uncomfortable and a little offensive, to be honest, so even though they did a great job I'm not sure I'd ask them back.

He came on schedule and he covered his shoes. There was no mess and he did a good job.

We had a flood in one of our bathrooms and had water coming down the walls going all the way to our garage so I called them to help remediate the problem and they came out the same day. They were not very clear what the fee they charged would include for fixing our problem. All they ended up doing was take care of the water damage. They removed some dry wall, but they didn’t fix the carpet and told us that was not covered in the fee, which surprised us because we thought it should be included since they are a carpet cleaning company. They technician told us the cost was additional and we would need a quote to find out how much it would cost. When the gentleman came back the next day to get his equipment, he didn’t even provide an estimate. The technician was very nice, but we feel like he should have given us an estimate from the beginning and they should of told us what was all included, and not included, in the fee before any work was started

I really like the customer service and deal offered for 4 rooms. And my realtor spoke highly of them. The service was good and representative was punctual. However, the pet stains didn't really come up. To his defense, the previous owners may have left the my cleaned for some time. He worked fast though, and was very professional. Prices were okay, but a la carte prices (by room) were a bit much.

It went well. Contact person was VERY responsive, and appointment was scheduled with a short turnaround. Serviceman was personable. Quality of work was great on most of the floor, not so much in the corners and along baseboards in parts. Seemed like a good deal though. I would probably use again.

Incorrectly added 2 carpet cleaning big deals at the same time. So had to reverse one.

My allergies necessitated extremely strong perscriped medication, and due to the extent of my allergies, the medication was no longer working. I needed my carpets very throroughly cleaned so that I was able to breathe in my home without such high doses of medication the technician that I last had was a very good example of this company, and he did his extreme best to ensure that I would be able to live a more healthy life. I am very grateful to him. The carpets came out looking fabulously. The price was worth it to me, knowing that they worked with me until I was satisfied and in turn, improved my health.

Originally the tech questioned the size of the room and the cost. However, once we worked through that by me contacting company for clarification he did a great job. Room smell fresh and the "cat" smell is gone!! Hallelujah.

They were very professional. They moved my furniture and placed it back, he gave me an upfront quote, so no pricing surprises when they were done.

Norman at Double N Services was very pleasant to deal with. His prices were reasonable, and he was able to get carpet in our house very quickly. We would recommend him without reservation.

Upon arrival, provider immediately tried to up sell me. When declined, the serviceman begrudgingly did only that work and left.

Very good service and the kitchen floor looks great. I had wanted to have the tiled walls of the shower cleaned, but was disappointed when he told me they no longer provided that service. I would use their service again.

We were extremely pleased at the job that the two technicians did on our furniture and rug! First of all, they came out on the day I made the appointment! Unheard of! They were very professional in their work and in our conversation. They did upsell me on the pet treatment, but that was something we needed badly. They carried all the items to be cleaned outside, and were very careful when doing so. Yes, we would absolutely use Double N Services again!

Amadou called to ask if he could come a few minutes early which was great. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. I had a couple of bad stains so had to pay extra for those but they are now gone (one was an orange circle which I wasn't sure would come out). He did a great job.

Friendly, competent service. the rug, which was dirty and stunk of mold, was returned to a useful state.

The special that I purchased was for cleaning of my carpet, but the person that came out looked at my carpet and deep cleaned it. He also gave me suggestions on how to keep my carpet clean and how often I would need to clean the carpet.

This is the third time I have used their services. This was a rental property and the carpet had stains I did not expect to come out. I also thought the charges would add up for stain removal. They did not charge me extra for stain removal. I did pay $50 more for the stairs to be cleaned, but I expected this, since the stairs were not included in the original cost of $109. I was surprised it was only $50 more. They did an excellent job. They were late, over an hour, but this is the first time this happened.

I was not that happy. He put the rug in the garage to clean and left it there to dry. It was too heavy for me to put back in the living room by myself so I had to wait 5 days to get it back in the house. Also,the fringe was not cleaned or at least it does not appear that it was.

The experience went well. Punctual and considerate. Thorough job performed.

The tech came out and I showed him what I wanted done. He was very nice and friendly and said he could do the work. He wrote up an estimate that I thought was fair. He came back a few days later with all of his professional equipment to clean my tile and I was impressed by what he brought with him. In the end when he finished, he asked me to examine what he had done. I looked at it and told him it looked like the tile was clean, which I was happy with, but the grout was not as clean as I thought it could be (not all over the floor, though, just in spots). He tried for a second time to get the spots out, but it still didn't help. At that point I paid him and he left.
