He did a great job. The carpet looks very clean and he said that the old stains would not come through. It was more expensive than I expected. He charged me an extra $100 which I objected to. I only had a brief window of time that I could have it done so I agreed. I called the office and the person I talked to (Norman) said he would give me 50% off on the next cleaning. Of course, that could be a long time from now. As far as the cleaning went, it appears that he did a great job. As far as the price, I felt like the $69 I paid should have covered it. A lot of the companies that offer services at one price end up charging more than that when they get here saying that that price is for something else. I resent that and feel that it is a bait and switch.

They guy was great. Even though he was running late, he called ahead to let me know. He was really nice. I had switched out my dog's food to organic dog food and needless to say, it was a definite 'transition'. I called them to remove the stains and Double N Services was able to remove the stains... not a trace left. I will use them going forward.

It went well. They were on time and did a good job. He was here about an hour, and took his time. It took a couple of hours to dry with the fans running. I purchased extra for additional rooms and for pet stains. I got my money’s worth.

They did a good job. They cleaned a downstairs carpet that is about 10 by 20. They were on time and courteous. There was an additional fee to remove pet odor which I had anticipated.

The company did a great job with the carpets, and I would definitely use them again due to their customer service. However, the price to have the entire condo cleaned wound up to be much more expensive than what I purchased in the deal.

Very punctual, time estimated was time taken. Carpets looked much cleaner afterwards.

Excellent work. Professional, fast, clean, trustworthy. Just moved into older 2600sf house. Our family room closest to the air conditioner was always freezing, rest of rooms too warm. Air conditioner ran nearly constantly. I had the carpets cleaned earlier due to oder throughout the house. Double N Services replaced totally clogged filter, removed loads "stuff" from ducts. I can't believe the difference in the performance of our air conditioner now! Room temperatures are balanced, system isn't on all the time, and the bad order is slowly leaving. Great job. They are exceptional. They are super nice and accommodating. They get the carpets so clean. I've never had a carpet company that got them so clean. It dries really fast, as well.

They came, worked hard, did a good job, and left. They were very prompt and polite while in my home. It made my carpets really stiff though, not soft. I didn't really feel like my carpets looked cleaner either, but my carpets were not very dirty to begin with. I was expecting the walkway areas to look a lot better and they only looked a little bit better.

The entire experience was fantastic. They showed up on time and worked very efficiently. The carpets and everything look amazing.

They did not show up, and I had to contact them for service. They then went to the wrong address. After arriving, they refused to move a small mattress that was on the floor when they had no other furniture to move when they said they would do some moving.

She was very pleased with the service.

Exceptional! We've hiring numerous carpet cleaning companies over the years and these guys left the office looking cleaner than ever. I would recommend Double N to anyone and everyone.

Carpets look great!! Didn't think he would get out as much as he did, even some grease from my son's airsoft gun! Carpet by the doors were very matted from traffic but the look good as new now. He was running over an hour behind but he kept in contact and it wasn't an issue for me. The carpets were pretty wet so we didn't move the furniture back in the rooms until the next day. Thanks!

The rep. came on time and did not rush the job. He was through and professional and the carpets look great.

Emanual did a great job. He got a traffic cleaner than it had been by last cleaning company. Very impressed, work quickly and very professional.

Perfect! The job was scheduled for 7/8/14 ETA between 9am and 10am. Emanuel called before 9am on 7/8/14 to advise that he was in route. He arrived before 10am and the job was compiled before 12 noon. The company did an excellent job, they were professional and well trained to provide the services that I requested.

We've worked with Nathan Norman and his team in a couple of houses we own. I regret that they no longer offer the one year warranty allowing you to have them re-clean specific areas for a nominal fee, but they still do good work.

They showed up on time and did a very nice job of cleaning the carpets. No complaints.

I was supposed to have service on Wednesday July 2. The Secretary forgot to put me on the calendar. The owner did come to the home on the 2nd. When he saw the pet stains he said he did not have the equipment to clean the pet stains. They came back this morning at 9:30 AM. Two men worked over two hours cleaning my carpet. They used chemical detergents and an electric buffer type machine. and used boiling hot water. The carpet is very clean. There is a pink stain that they were unable to remove in the living room. This started out as a $99 big deal.

The first technician rushed through the job which meant that several stains were still visible after the initial cleaning. However, the company responded quickly when I called to take issue, and it sent another technician who did a much more thorough cleaning. Ultimately, the carpets turned out great, and I'm happy with the experience.

On time, professional, courteous. We were very satisfied and will use them again.
