First thing they did was try to up sell me with a 300.00 carpet stretch and I had to get hot at then to shut them up but after that all went OK.

It went fine. They did average. The people were also average. I will tell other people, should they use this company, to make sure that the quote includes all of the totals in the couch and that they would not charge the $10 extra for each roll that?s used.

The technician was very professional . He did a good job but it took longer than 5 hours to dry.

I am in the process of moving. I had them clean pet stains in the new house then had then come to the home I am moving out of to clean pet stains and just dirt that accumulates over time. ... They were excellent. They gave me, what I considered to be, a good price. They were friendly, helpful, warm, professional, and they got the job done quickly. I liked the technicians so much (Isaac) that I requested the same two technicians for the second job. I would highly recommend this company.

The technician was very pleasant, but was very interested to upgrade the cost by $250 with pre cleaning. The carpets were left soaking wet, took days to dry. The stairs, which were charged at $4 per stair, and not classed as being part of the original service now have very bad water stains and smell. Marks in the two bedrooms and landing have now reappeared, and we will now need to bring in Stanley Steamer to do the job correctly.

Carpet was cleaned well. Discrepancy in price. Changed the rules. Office tried to make it right; carpet man stood his ground. We eventually paid what he asked, he did the job, the carpet and stairs cleaned. would I use them again, no.

The services were performed in a timely manner and satisfied with all services.

This was good. They cleaned the 4 rooms plus a deep treatment in some extra rooms. They were able to get out some heavy stains.

Regrettably , I used this deal yesterday and have been advised by my bank to contact the provider directly prior to their intervention. 1. Their operator came an hour late 2. He immediately contacted me and told me he needed an additional $80 to do the job ? an upcharge for services he was unable to clarify. 3. I declined to pay the additional charge and instructed him to adhere to your coupon and to clean up to 1200 sq ft. 4. He informed me stairs were charged differently and not included ? so I told him to forget the stairs and to clean the 1200 sq. ft 5. The operator informed me he would only clean ONE room and would not remove the red stains in the carpet. 6. That one room is exactly 313.4 sq. ft ? so the operator did not follow my instructions nor honor your advertised coupon -actions I will make certain to describe to my bank as fraud when I contact them again. And lastly the man had the nerve to be RUDE ? .

I scheduled my day that I wanted and they arrived promptly on time. Emmanuel looked at what spaces I wanted cleaned, closest water spigot, and where he could park his truck. Then he laid down protective coverings on the stairs, and all floor areas where his hose was going to lay down. After completing the cleaning, he cleared up the equipment & all his protective coverings. Carpet looks brand new again(the carpet is 14 yrs old). Thanks for a job well done!

I had to pay extra, but it was well worth it. My tenants had trashed the basement, and Double N was able to turn a disaster of a carpet into a 'nearly new' looking room/stairs.

I had one 8 x 10 area rug. I called to schedule a cleaning, and they said they charge a little over a dollar by the square foot, which was fine by me--I expected to spend $100. I asked if the cleaning would remove pet odors from our dog, and the receptionist assured me it would. She also indicated that the driver would call 30 minutes in advance of arrival, since the arrival window was rather large (11 am - 1 pm). The driver never called, and simply showed up at my door around 12 pm. He explained that the cleaning was indeed by square foot, but that it was an ADDITIONAL charge to remove pet odors, which the receptionist did not mention. Instead of spending $100, I spent $160. I was not pleased.

I took advantage of a deal on Angie's List for carpet cleaning from Double N Services. I was given an arrival window between 11AM and 1PM. Double N's customer service suggested that I made sure that the carpet had been vacuumed before arrival. I wanted a good cleaning, so I emptied the whole room of furniture (not sure that everyone can do that these days). Please note that Double N will not allow their service people to move heavy furniture. Double N's service person Emanuel called at 11AM and said he was on his way. He arrived 30 minutes later with a smile and a handshake. I introduced him to my dog, Miss Bonnie, and showed him the room requiring the cleaning. I'm pretty sure he was happy to see an empty room! About 5 minutes into his work, Emanuel said "Oh, my! I thought this carpet was beige." It was not. He suggested a $35 up charge to cover the extra effort (to which I was not surprised or disappointed by as I knew the carpet was very dirty). After seeing the results of Emanuel's work, I know the extra $35 was completely worth every cent. Emanuel proudly showed me the dirty water collected from the cleaning process. It looked muddy. I am so happy all that dirt is out of my house. He packed up and leaving a completely clean carpet as the only sign of his being at my house. My next step is to completely clean two more rooms in this house so that Double N (and hopefully Emanuel) can come back and clean the carpets in those rooms.

The technician was fantastic! The service and quality of his work was fantastic! You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I will certainly use them again--- Sincerely, Satisfied Customer

I called the company around 10:25 am on 10/29/2014 before buying the deal they have and a lady answered my call. I asked her if they serve the Fayette County area and she told me to hold and when she came back, she said they do. I asked her that I was trying to buy the $69 deal for three rooms deal they have and told her that one of my rooms is more than 200 Sq. ft. and wanted to know how much per Sq. ft. more they will charge for the overage and she asked me where exactly is my home and I told her that I am in Peachtree City. Again, she told me to hold and when she came back, she said we do not serve that area. That is unprofessional. When you advertise a product, you have to honor it. You do not pick and choose.

The serviceman was on time and very professional. The service took approximately 45 minutes in duration. I will consider using Double N Services again in the future.

The company was responsive during scheduling, and the technicians showed up on time. Overall, I thought they did an OK job. It appeared to me that they were in a bit of a rush to get out. It took them just about an hour to do the 4 rooms (including walk-in closets) and the stairways. I am not sure if this is typical or not. Also, one of the stains we paid extra for to get removed didn't come out which wasn't apparent when they left because the carpet was still wet. That said, it was a pet stain from the previous owner and we weren't sure if it would come out but we decided to try anyways. It didn't bother us enough to call the company and have them come back out.

Ordered service,two times, using Pay Pal for one order and Master Card for second order. When Double N Services contacted me, I had changed my mind and cancelled both orders.

The carpet looked clean when he was done, however he informed me when he was through that he wouldn't move any furniture. So I made him bring his equipment back and I moved the furniture (one sofa and a small table) and had him clean where it was. The carpet was very wet for two days, even though i has several fans blowing on it. The area rugs were OK, however they had a filmy look to them.

All in all went very well. THe only spot is that they charged me for the odorizer when it should have been included in the overall prize. By more aware of all that is included and you should be fine.

They were good! I didn't really notice the carpet being wet after they left.

Scheduling was easy. The looked for the best deals for us. Work was performed professionally, on time. Very pleased.

The gentleman who provided the service was professional, friendly, and very thorough with the cleaning. He explained some of the cleaning materials he was using and was very informative. Double N Services was extremely responsive and made sure confirm my reservation.

They did the work at my son's house. Everything went fine!

He did a great job. The carpet looks very clean and he said that the old stains would not come through. It was more expensive than I expected. He charged me an extra $100 which I objected to. I only had a brief window of time that I could have it done so I agreed. I called the office and the person I talked to (Norman) said he would give me 50% off on the next cleaning. Of course, that could be a long time from now. As far as the cleaning went, it appears that he did a great job. As far as the price, I felt like the $69 I paid should have covered it. A lot of the companies that offer services at one price end up charging more than that when they get here saying that that price is for something else. I resent that and feel that it is a bait and switch.
