Double N Services

They did an awesome job and were quick, too! I would be happy to have Sunday and Chris Sherman back in my house to clean my carpet again. They were friendly, quick and meticulous. After they were finished they had me walk through the rooms to make sure I was happy with their work. We couldn't have been happier with the work they did.

We found Double N on Angie's List. Most of their business seemed to be carpet-related, but they also had ceramic tile flooring experience. We liked what we read, so we called for a estimate after receiving what we thought was a high-cost estimate from another contractor to remove water damaged hardwood flooring from a downstairs half bathroom. A plumbing survey of our home had turned up a cracked toilet bowl that had been leaking a small amount of water for an unknown time. There was potential for rot and mold damage within or below the hardwood floor. Marco visited our home and was very professional in all his dealings with us from estimate through scheduling the work, doing the work and cleaning up. After we accepted the Double N estimate, we had our plumber remove the toilet and the bathroom sink so the hardwood floor could be removed by Double N. Double N's services were primarily labor to remove the original hardwood floor and to install the new tile floor on two separate visits about 3 weeks apart. We purchased the tile and accessory supplies per Double N's specifications. We had excellent telephone contacts with Mr. Norman and his company to schedule the initial estimate plus 2 additional visits, one to remove the wooden floor and a later visit to install a new, tile floor. In between, we allowed the work area to dry for about 2 weeks. Fortunately, we did not encounter any mold; only dampness at the subfloor. Marco specified the quantities of materials and we picked out our own tile and picked up the necessary supplies on our own from a flooring store in nearby Kennesaw. We scheduled the work at a mutually convenient time, which turned out to be a Sunday. Marco showed up right on time and went straight to work on the floor and tile installation, which took him several hours. The final result was beautiful! He cleaned up everything and we settled on a slightly higher fee than originally estimated because Double N had to visit our home 3 times (for the estimate; for the removal of the hardwood floor; and for the installation of the tile floor). We added a nominal amount for the additional mobilization. We thought the entire project was well done and very reasonably priced. Frankly, the plumber earned a lot more money for the new toilet and the plumbing fixture removal and replacement services! We would definitely hire Double N again for this type of project. They did a good job cleaning, the only issue I had was the drying time. They told me it was a couple hours and it was more like 12 hours. That is why I gave them B in quality, I should haven been given a more realist time for drying.

They came out and looked at the carpet quoted $409 to clean it. I declined to have it serviced.

Excellent, professional & courteous!

I bought their services for move out cleaning. After they completed, the carpets looked brand new with even the toughest stains gone that had been there under furniture or left unnoticed from past cleanups- Prior to bringing them in, we were even contemplating to replace the carpets for the renters as we did not know whether the cartpets could be cleaned to perfection but these guys did it. Outside of Angie's list, I had to pay for additional rooms, stairs and stretching. But worth the effort! Thanks guys.

The service turned out okay. They were quick. They cleaned the carpet, but the stain came back up, so I don't know if the carpet needs to be replaced. They were on time.

My wife and I are new to Georgia and with so many things going on, we had very little time to look for deals on carpet. So, we contacted Double N and after a conversation, they came to our place, showed us samples and took measurements, about a day or two later they came to our home, ripped up the old carpet/padding and put down the new. Simple as that. They we re good, glad I went with them... no pain, no headaches.

Fantastic results on both the carpet and tile! Emmanuel was very courteous, professional, and did a great job. My 12 year-old white tile/white grout bathroom floor was really dingy and dirty looking, and now it looks like new! I'll definitely be calling Double N Services again in the future. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic job. We had red dirt stains all over our stairs carpet as well as regular dirt ground in from years of wear. The two gentleman that showed up did a fantastic job of removing all the stains and our carpet looks BRAND NEW. Also, to their credit, their boss kept calling and pestering them to move on to the next job, but they kept telling him that the job was not finished and they did not rush. We highly recommend them.

Double N Services did fantastic work repairing our carpet. They worked diligently to carefully line up the fibers so that the repair is virtually invisible. They are pleasant and courteous. I received a phone call saying they would be later than planned so I was aware of the delay. Upon arrival the guys covered their shoes before walking on the carpet. The price was very reasonable and I am extremely pleased with the results. I would have Dpuble N Services work for me again without hesitation. You won't be disappointed!

The company came by the house. They took a look at the carpet and said that it was not worth repairing.

The technician worked tirelessly and paid close attention to detail. He must have worked on our coach and love seat for 1.5 hours and our carpets were great. Not the most personable technician, but he worked his tail off.

they cleaned the carpets, i do not know what more details you can give. no incidents to report negatively and nothing that was over and above that i could report either. the company cleans carpets and they came by on time i expected and cleaned the carpets.

Workers were very efficient and polite. Job well done. Only complaint is that they do not move furniture.

Told me would not be wet or barely wet. Was extremely wet and took 2.5 days to dry.Very fair job compared to other cleaners I have used.

They did an excellent job and I have no complains. They were late for about 4 hours but when the guy got here, he did an excellent job. The guy went about his job. He told us what he was going to do and he did a good job.

The company was unable to sercive my area. The person I spoke with on the phone was not very pleasant. I asked them how much they would charge to come and preform the service. They wanted to charge $150.00 on top of the $99.00 for the deal.

The deal was for three rooms(200 square feet per room). The rooms we wanted cleaned totaled 657 square feet without furniture, etc. With furniture, etc., its about 400 square feet. We spent 10 minutes discussing that before we agreed that the square footage was in line with the deal. After we completed the negotiation on the square footage the up sale started. I understand that the up sale is part of the process, but once the technician realized that he was not going to be able to sale any additional services, he became a little surly, and he really rushed thru the job.
