Double N Services

The deal included only part of the carpet I needed to have cleaned. I called the office line and was told I would need to wait until the crew arrived to negotiate the price of the other carpet areas in the house. An agreement was reached and the gentleman completed the work thoroughly and in a timely manner. I rated the responsiveness as a C: Angie's List told me someone from the cleaning company would be calling me to set up a cleaning appointment. No one called. I called and set up the appointment. I rated the professionalism and price as a B: The gentleman who cleaned the carpets was nice but I do not know why the price to clean the additional rooms could not be set prior to the cleaning date. I don't prefer to negotiate on cleaning services.

I found the Angie's List coupon for Double N as well as some other carpet cleaning services. After making all my calls, we decided to use Double N. David gave me a quote over the phone, told me cleaning would take approximately 2 hours, and scheduled our service. Double N was extremely good about communicating as well as confirming the appointment. Further they kept in touch on the date of service to say they had run into some traffic issues and would be late but would call when our technician was 30 minutes away. Norman arrived around 2:30 and was very methodical and detailed with his work. David had quoted me 2 hours to clean our carpets but it took 5! That was the only issue we had in that we had other things to do that day which we were then unable to get to. Our carpets look phenomenal and we will certainly use Double N in the future - we'll just allow for more time! Thanks Norman!

Double N Services was very responsive and courteous in setting up the appt and providing accurate communication (follow up e-mails, on-route call before arrival, etc.). The cleaning service itself was handled very professionally, they initially were scheduled to only clean the vent and ducts, however based on additional discussion, we agreed that sanitizing the full system as well as the main 'blower drum' for the HVAC system be performed as well. I was very pleased with the overall experience, would recommend their services to other prospective clients and would also consider using their services again in the future.

He was very professional and was able to get some spots out of the carpet that I was not able to get out.

It all went exceptionally well. I believe that it was Emanuel himself that made us so satisfied with the work that he did. I would hire your company again and I highly recommend your company to anyone. Of course, I am partial to Emanuel as I didn't have a clue as to what I needed......He was so patient with me. My husband recently passed away, and he really wanted me to know everything he was doing. I do not feel he took advantage of my situation by recommending certain things I should have taken care of.

Scheduling was very easy to do and the carpets look beautiful. They did an excellent job, very professional. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

It was very bad. They didn't have a pump on their van and we were expecting that. They didn't get all the moisture and dirt out. They had to keep coming back. But they were on time. He was nice.

Everything went extremely well. He came at the time requested and spent approximately 4hrs. taking care of my system. I originally wanted this service because I was experiencing a lot of dust and he explained that the dust had builded up on the blower and when the fan starts, it just blows more dust throughout all the vents. He was very thorough and took the time to do the job right. I was very pleased.

best carpet cleaning experience ever

Not able to use the deal right. They found a problem that has to be resolved before they can use the deal.

I have nothing but good things to say about them. There was no additional charge. They explained to me what was required. They confirmed that the carpet could ripple based on the area that the carpet was laid down. They were knowledgeable and very clean. They got everything moved and back. They were very fast and professional.

Very professional, and very thorough. He spent 2 to 2 1/2 hours doing that much. We had moved all of the small furniture, so he had very little moving to do. Virtually all of that time was spent cleaning. I've had carpet cleaners who made one swipe and then shift over to the area for the next "one swipe". This guy went over and over the carpet -- as if it were his own. Great job!

I wanted the go green products and they provided it. They were good and I liked them. It dried quickly and stretched the carpet in a couple of rooms. They are holding up.

They were good. They were on time. They did extra work outside of the deal, per my request and I paid additional for that. I was happy with results.

Scheduled carpet to be cleaned between 12 and 2. Called them first thing this morning and asked if they could come earlier. I had a death in the family and had to go out of town. She said she would call the technician and call me back. She did. No, they couldn't come earlier but they would be here by 1:45 and it would only take an hour. Based on that, I made my plans to leave by 3. I did not hear back from anyone until 2:20 and then he said he was leaving and would be on his way to my house. Meaning he would be about an hour later than I was told and too late for me to leave at 3:00. I am very upset with Double N Services. I scheduled this cleaning a week in advance because I am having out of town company and wanted the carpet to be clean. I moved the furniture out of the rooms to be cleaned and then they want to show up an hour late. No thanks. Not my kind of professionalism.

What a great company! They were on time, super about answering all of our questions, and did an amazing jobs! There were stains that we did not think there was any possible way that they would come up, and they got them up! The carpets look great and we will use them every single time from here on out! They even suggested a great company that we are using to rent the house through. A ++++++

They were very respectable and very clean. They were here when they said they would be here.

They cleaned the carpets in 3 bedrooms. I have cats and they take care of the pet stains, they come right out. They also made a special effort to come out before Christmas. They still did a wonderful job as always. They call ahead of time and they are always right at time. They introduce themselves at the door. Their truck/van is labeled too. I would also use them again.

Very Professional. On time as promised. Great cleaning job, but add ons were steep. Ask ahead what is included. So courteous and even offered to put furniture back. You don't get that with some services!

They did four rooms of service for me. The overall service was good and the quality was ok.

It was good. I think it was great but I think I'd be able to find other service providers at a cheaper price.
