Norman and Jerome provided an amazing experience for my family! They cleaned our downstairs rug, our stairs, and our upstairs hallway and 3 bedrooms. Double N Services is extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and went above and beyond to help me as their customer. I had scheduled an appt. for Saturday and there was a mix-up on the time of service for them to come perform the carpet cleaning at my house. They agreed to show up on Monday their day off to perform the cleaning. When they arrived they were happy, joyful, and kind. Norman and Jerome especially did a fantastic job and very fast! I was expecting the work to take 2 to 3 hours and they get everything done in less than 2 hours time. Unbelievable service. Would highly recommend this wonderful company and these wonderful people to any others who are looking for carpet cleaning services.

They arrived 3 hours late but did a good job

The service provider arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and they completed the job quickly. The representative was very professional. I needed some extra cleaning for my carpet and they were very accommodating. I would use this provider again.

It went well. There was a mix up when it came to paying but it was resolved when he contacted the office.

I became a member of Angie's List because I am moving and wanted to know that I was getting a professional and efficient service, so I decided to go with Double N. When I called the lady on the phone was very courteous and got my appointment scheduled rather quickly. I was in no rush, so it was about a week out. I will post the before and after pic of my carpets. I have a 2, 3, and 6 year old and thought that 1. It would take forever to get the stains out 2. My carpets would be wet for hours 3.They would try to upsell me some deep clean and then the stains still barely come up NONE OF THE ABOVE were true. Omg....when they finished it smelled like an Orange Grove...which really inspired me to do some much needed deep cleaning. They did a deep clean, which did not cost me extra. They were done with my living room, dining room, and family room in under an hour. AND my carpets were dry enough to walk on in a little shy of 2 hours. Ohhh....and did I say, they were EARLY... I will come update this post when my daughter's wake up in the morning. but I have already scheduled Double N to come out in 2 weeks to do my upstairs. All I could say when I looked at my cleaned carpets was...WOW!

They were able to come quickly, which was important since we had some minor flooding from a leak. The quote on-site was higher than we expected, so I wish there had been more info about the possibility of having to rent drying equipment up front. However, the area was wetter than we realized, so it was understandable why the cost went up. They came back on a holiday weekend so we wouldn't have to spend the whole weekend in disarray. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was very happy with the work and the cleanliness of my carpets afterwards.

I did not like the fact, that even though they knew in advance what type fiber the rug was made of, they assured me that they could clean the rug. I felt they were attempting to get me to give them more work in a different area of the house. I told them when I made the appointment by phone, that I would only use the Angie's List deal and I did not want any thing else done. I feel that the company was dishonest with me on the phone and therefore I do not recommend this business.

Scottie was our technician - he was prompt, polite and very meticulous. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely use them again.

It went fine ... they arrived on time & listened to my concerns. Made a great effort in cleaning the carpet around the baseboard areas. They provided estimates for other services per my request. ........ Only complaint was the carpet stayed wet for too long.

In my opinion my rug was not professionally cleaned. I was disappointed by the results.

They were on time, did a nice job and were pleasant. They did a really nice job and have decided to use them again.

My carpet had not been steamed cleaned in many years. After this cleaning, I once again realized the color of the carpet. The special was five rooms for $125. I added the stairs and hallway for another $77. It was worth every penny. The carpet was thoroughly cleaned. The Service Person, Scottie was very professional and is certainly an Asset to his company. Thank you Scottie. I will be using the service of this company in the future and I recommend them without reservations. Glenn

After getting a quote from Karen including their website coupon and comparing it to the Angie's list Big Deal plus the extra rooms I needed we both agreed I should go with the regular prices plus a coupon. When they arrived, they said my spaces were larger than normal and they wanted me to pay $125 more than I was quoted. After a little back and forth we agreed on $50 more which seemed fair. The guys worked hard for 3 hours and did a good job but I am grading them with a B for the following reason. I always do a good bit of research on a company to make sure I know what I am getting into before hiring. All over their website I read about truck mounted equipment for better extraction and saw pictures with typical commercial suction type steam cleaners. I specifically wanted my carpets steam cleaned, with water and suction. When they started working, I noticed them spraying a citrus solution and saw them using one of those buffers. Uh oh. I asked them if they needed to connect to the house water and they explained they use this buffer and then extract the moisture out with pads and finish with a vacuum. What?! I didn't take it up with the guys here because I don't think they should be responsible for false advertising. They worked hard for 3 hours and were friendly and I liked them. They did the job they we're sent to do and I paid them. But where is the truck mounted equipment noted on the web page and the suction steam cleaners I see in the pictures?! I am not saying their system doesn't work. As a matter for fact some people swear but it. But it's not what I prefer to use in my home, it takes too long and clearly not what was described on the web page. If you prefer a specific carpet cleaning process ask them about their process and system before you hire them so you are not confused or surprised like me. I felt misled by the process described on the website vs the actual service performed.

Everything went well. Scottie showed up on time and was finished with everything within 2 hours. He was very courteous and professional. I was there to help move some furniture that I wanted to make sure got cleaned under, while other larger pieces remained in place. Would definitely use again in the future.

The carpet cleaners doubled the quoted price of the area rug after they started cleaning the other carpets in the house. This carpet cleaner never came to my house before the cleaning but I did have 2 other carpet cleaners survey the job and all 3 quotes were within $20 so I felt they were incorrect. I told the person who appeared to be the supervisor who showed up after the other worker started the job that there must be some mistake, I told him I spoke with Norman at the main office. He told me that Norman doesn't know what he is doing. I then called the phone number for Norman and this fellows cell phone rang and he picked it up while standing right in front of me. I said you are Norman? He replied yes. I was confused and we talked some more and then I walked into the bedroom where the other worker was and asked him what the other guys name is downstairs. He replied James or something like that...I don't remember now but it was not making sense now. When I came back downstairs I told him the guy upstairs said your name is James. He replied Herman James is my name. They finished the job and handed me an invoice for the carpet that were cleaned, $195. I told them I will send them a check after I get credited back from Angie's list and asked them to leave. I was not giving them any money at this point. They were upset but did leave and that's when I called Angie's list to tell them what had just happened. About 20 minutes later they returned and with a Policeman. I spoke with the officer and he said this was a dispute between the homeowner and the service provider and he could not intervene. The carpet cleaners told the policeman I physically removed them from my home. That was a lie. I opened the door and asked them nicely to leave. No physical contact whatsoever. It was shocking and embarrassing to see a Policeman come to my home. Angie's list credited me back the monies for the area rug last week and I sent the carpet cleaners a check, as promised, for $195 which was 11 business days after the job was completed.

They gave an estimate that was $350 over the cost of the deal and when we declined they refused to honor the original deal.

They do carpet cleaning and I wanted them to do my oriental rugs and it was a shock. There was a pet stain on it and they took it away with them which was ok and it was scheduled within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I did not hear back from them and I called them and they said it is going to take another one week and then they came back with it, but they did not take the pet stain out. But I didn't have to pay for that and I had to pay 50$ for the delivery. I was not satisfied with it.

They did fine work. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. It was as advertised. There wasn't a tremendous amount of interaction. Everything was okay. If friends and family members were asking for a carpet cleaning service, I would tell them that they did a nice job for me and I'm sure that they would do a nice job for them. It was just the big deal price.

It was for one piece of furniture. I was a little disappointment because when he got here he claimed the GroupOn was for a smaller piece of furniture and my sofa was just a regular size so I had to pay more on the spot. I felt like he pulled the rug out from under me that I had to pay more but the service was fine.
