They cleaned my carpets in the living room, dining room, and hallway. They removed stains that I tried to remove but could not. The carpet looks new. T.J. was the serviceman that came. On time, professional, quick, and effective. Double N Svcs is great!

I had a badly stained carpet in one room. A section about 48" x 11' needed replacing with new carpet I had left over from the original installation. I called them on 8/11/2015 and they were here the next day and on time. They fixed the carpet promptly and beautifully. I believe the price was fair. They were both friendly and professional. I will use them again, probably for carpet cleaning.

Professional, responsive, thorough and reliable. This is the 3rd time I've used Double N Services, and I will use them again. Carpets are clean and dry quickly. Consider cleaning before deciding to replace. I recommend without reservation.

The night before, they called to request a 2 hour delay in their arrival which I OK'd. The gentleman that arrived spoke with such a foreign accent I could barely communicate with him. I struggled to tell him what rooms to do and pointed to 4 or 5 spots that needed attention. I had removed all furniture in the way except for 1 sofa, 2 loveseats and a lamp. He initially sprayed a solvent(?) over all the carpet except under the couches. When asked he said, I believe, that most people don't move their couches. He was promptly informed he had to clean under the couches also! (Note: I had put gliders under 2 couches so they could be easily moved.) He started cleaning with the bedroom. When done, I had to insist he try harder on a stain he left. After several requests, he finally got a sprayer and treated the stain. He then steamed it again and the stain was gone. He did an OK job cleaning the hall, stairs and living area after that, but my carpet is very dense and you can't see if stains are gone until the carpet has a couple of days to dry. Now, you can still see a couple of shadows where stains were, but overall it looks OK. The company does not use any leg protectors on your furniture. He never did move the lamp to steam underneath it. I do not want to use a cleaner that I have to supervise to make sure the job is done right. They have the capability to do a good job, but you might want to be a "hands on" observer..

The carpet looked so good when they were finished. My husband usually does the carpet with our steam cleaner, but I think there is too much liquid and soap in the carpet. I have had carpet cleaners back in the day that did my carpets and they are in and out within 45 minutes and the carpets don't stay clean long. This company took their time (2 hours) and did a wonderful job. Months later they still look good! I will use them in the future.

They charged me more than the big deal of $125. They were supposed to come out and do five rooms of carpet cleaning. So I had the actual rooms, a hallway and a stairs and that should have been the five rooms indicated in the big deal. They charged me $45 extra. Since I was putting the house on the market and I had other things being done, I needed to have the work done. But there was nothing in the Angie?s List original ad that indicated that any portion of my job will increase my charge like the hallway and the stairs. So I am not happy with that. However, the crew were very professional and they were nice but I don?t feel like I should have been charged extra. They also did not deodorize one room.

I was expecting a dry clean carpet service and instead got a very "wet" carpet cleaning that literally took 2 days to dry. Technician was able to remove (light) spots at the time, but they have since returned. On the positive side of things, they did honor a voucher that had recently expired and was very prompt in returning my calls and scheduling my service.

Everything looks great, my carpets have that new look again. Of course, with all the traffic I've had in some places, they are look worn in places, but overall because of the work they did, they really do look new again. He put in a lot of hours to get my whole house looking great. What was a little confusing is that the deal is 200 sq ft per room, so that doesn't carry over. Let's say you have 5 rooms, you would think that is 1000 ft of surface you got covered, but it is instead per room. I had an extra room, so got charged extra for that room. No biggie, but that is how it works.

The scheduling was off by one day. They had to hurry to get the service on the right day so there was a long delay I paid extra for steps with carpeting on it Some dark residue was left in areas. They hit the wall and the paint came off The two service men were nice and it was not their fault the scheduling got mixed up

I was very impressed with the level of service I received from Double N Services. Everyone from the person who scheduled my appointment to the gentleman who came to clean the carpet was very professional and pleasant. The gentleman ( I think his name was Immanuel) who came to clean the carpets was a miracle worker. I have had four dogs living in the house over the years and the carpet had a red hue due to all the mud track in. The carpet looked new by the time he was done and the special spray he used on the rooms where the dogs slept took away all the dog order. I highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs

Prompt appointment, arrived when promised, worked quickly and transformed my bathroom floors which I had unsuccessfully tried to clean on my own with many approaches.

Double N Services did an outstanding job in carpet cleaning for our service appointment. The service began with the free inspection and estimate that the technicians (Jerome and TJ) made punctually and fairly. They cleaned the carpet in two bedrooms, on a large master bedroom, the stairway, a hallway, and two bathroom foyers. They use a cleaning process with low amounts of water and a padded buffer that was very effective, leaving the carpet totally clean that they promised would dry in 2 hours and it did. Also, they added a carpet stain protection after cleaning that they will return to clean if ineffective under normal conditions. Following cleaning and adding the protection, they thoroughly vacuumed the carpet to complete the job. Definitely will use this carpet cleaning service in the future and highly recommend this business. Dispatching scheduled the free estimates efficiently and technicians were punctual, very qualified and professional.

They were great. They cleaned 4 bedrooms, a hallway, stair way and closet. They explained everything they were going to do. I used the deal about a week or two after purchase.

Arrived on time after setting up appt. online. Did try to sell upgrade to pet package as we have cats in the home. We did purchase this upgrade as well as having an area rug cleaned. Did a thorough job, took his time! Carpets looked great and smelled amazing afterward! The cleaning removed some food stains as well as pet stains.

They did a good job with cleaning our carpet (getting out a lot of pet stains) and also stretching it.

Provider rescheduled two times with us. Provider also used our water to refill their carpet machine. Overall, the quality work on carpet was great. We had to pay extra due to the deep stains in our carpet in room #1 - paid $49.00 on top of what we already paid (S79.00 within Angie's List).

Based on the ratings from Angie's List I chose Double N Services. They were scheduled to arrive between Noon and 2:00 PM, however on the day before service they wanted to push the time back to between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate but they didn't arrive until about 5:30 PM. Their overall cleaning service was impeccable which left the house smelling fresh and clean leaving the carpet looking new. The service provided completely negated their tardiness. I will use them again in the future.

They were very good. We had a carpet that had gotten wet and started to smell. It took them a little bit of time, but it came out beautiful.

Jaime did a great job with placing padding and carpet we had removed from another room down the hall. Patterns were matched and installation was done in less than 3 hours start-to-finish
