The company and Emmanuel. the tech, were friendly and professional. After the cleaning was complete the carpets dried quickly. Unfortunately, I did not see an improvement in the appearance of the carpet - stains were still present.

I called Norman to clean some carpets in a rental townhouse that had been occupied for 3 years by tenants that had a dog. While the carpets were quite dirty, his team made them excellent again. Norman was polite on the phone, easy to work with, and responsive. After their initial visit, I noticed a couple of minor little stains, and he had no problem at all scheduling a return visit and making it right. There are so many carpet cleaners in town, the fact that these guys stand behind their work and do what's right is what will keep me calling them back for other rental properties!

So, the Carpet cleaning was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, but there really did an amazing job at getting out a few stains. When we talked, i said he would need to be a magician to actually get them out, and honestly it is almost the case. Be prepared to pay more than the "deal" price, but also know the price is worth it (I was a little harsh on our initial talk based on the increased price, but it was worth it for how it turned out).

Mr.Emmanuel texted before arriving. Came before time and started working ... no hidden cost .. did the work wonderfully with professionalism . Will hire and recommend for sure !

My main concern was the grout on the floor. Everything looks great now. Also this was the best job yet on my carpeting and I've had that done several times. Emmanuel was great. He did a really good job on both the floor and the carpeting. I had over estimated the square footage on the floor and Emmanuel measured it and it was 30 feet less than my measurement which saved me some money. I was very happy with the service. The majority of the cost below was for the floor. It's a 3 step process.

The Double N crew did a GREAT job! They were on time, polite and friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. Crew leader Pedro was very helpful and listened when we had questions - we are VERY pleased, the hardwood floor looks beautiful and we would definitely use them again.

Alex showed up on time, came in and explained what he was going to do and the price it was going to be. He was very professional and pleasant while conducting business with my wife and I. Alex proceeded to clean the carpet designated to be cleaned and did an excellent job. He was very proficient and took his time to insure all was complete to our satisfaction. Alex is one reason we will use Double N Services again.

Experience with Double N Services was excellent. I'm so impressed with quality of work and how beautiful floors came out. For the most part they were in good condition except for one really bad area where it appeared there was a spill and the hallway area that had some deep scratches. After Double N Services got done, you couldnt even see where the inperfections were. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

I needed 1 large room cleaned in a rental before we moved out. Most company’s minimum was more than I wanted to pay. Double N Services did an excellent job, easy to schedule, on time, perfessional and under $80.

Double N Services is a top quality company which hires the best people. Pedro, Isaac, a few others who came were thoroughly professional and very hard working. They did not hesitate to stay late to get the work done and gave their 100% when they were there. The work was done to complete satisfaction. Double N services pricing for the job was very competitive and I could not have been more happier with the job. I found a great friend in Norman, who's company I will not hesitate to hire for future projects or recommend to friends.

They told me one price and drastically change the price once they arrived. After I told them that that seem like bait and switch, the guy offer to reduce it a little but still a lot more then quoted before. I was very disappointed because I was very detailed and the owner who quoted the price was mysteriously unavailable..........I was very disappointed. Beware
