The work was done by a subcontractor with 2 friendly and polite men. All went well considering it was a hectic day for me (My phones were out) and the contractor (fighting a storm causing a schedule delay).. I gave them a quick overview of the issues and what I considered to be the problem areas and causes They were organized and efficient and got to work quickly. The results were excellent. I was particularly pleased that the carpets dried quickly, even on a rainy day. The cleaning was thorough and effective. I am glad there was no high pressure up-selling. I would highly recommend Double N Services to others.

I was overcharged $125.00 The total price they stated was $260.00 They ended up charging me $385.00

The service turned out very good. I bought a groupon that is how I got them. The groupon was supposed to be for the carpet cleaning, but the guy just walked in the door, looked around, and said that the groupon is just for light cleaning and that I needed a heavy cleaning so they were going to charge me more. He wanted almost double the price. After he raised the price, I paid about $175. They could have been honest about the price to start with.

It was okay. There was just confusion between like we told them that we have some areas with pet issues that we needed to be cleaned. They didn't really quote the right price from the beginning. They quoted it right before they got started that it was going to be basically $200 instead of $79 we paid for. My husband was here and said they were awful. They were very accommodating with scheduling. We'd never use them again. The second they walked in the door, they told us a whole different price than what they told us. They get you in and the price was double or triple than what it was. It wasn't a good experience at all. We will not use them. My interaction was not good. We felt like we were sort of tricked with the price and it turned out to be a couple of hundred.

Saw a deal on Angie's list for 5 areas for $149.00. Staircase would be extra. I also wanted a quote to clean my hardwood floors. Was told over the phone they would be here on Monday 4-25-16 between 9:00 AM & 11:00 AM. Service tech called and said Monday is their day off. He arrived and looked at the job and said it would be $275.00 total The beds were not moved so the carpet was not cleaned like they should have been. What was cleaned was done well. I kept asking about the hardwood floors and the tech took measurements and made a call. The quote was $1,200.00 for just cleaning. I feel like they wanted to price me out of the job. I will never use their service again!

Kitchen grout look great again.? Master bathroom looks closer to the original condition than it has in 15 years.

Norman was amazing! He performed magic -was kind, courteous, beyond thoughtful. Didn't talk me into extras but went beyond anything I expected. I will most certainly ask them back...and ask for Norman when I do.

This is the second time for me to use this company and that says it all!

We got this service via an Angie's list coupon. However, the vendor indicated that it did not cover deep stains, etc. We had not expected this and he charged extra for deep cleaning and it was a big difference in price. Had we known this upfront, we would not mind paying the amount, but do not like surprises like this. The quality of work was excellent, though.

Very professional from start to finish; from the customer representative to the service technician! They update you via email and text you when the tech is on the way! The tech explain everything to you and was very polite and respectful! I gave the price a B because I was given an estimate to clean my blower Motor and chose to have it clean but I thought was a bit over priced other than that great job done guys!

I had bought a deal that limited the square footage so please read the deal and know how much it is going to cost if you have more than the allocated square footage. I had a lot more and paid more than I wanted to get all my large kitchen cleaned but I must say, they did a great job.

Damaged wall-to-wall carpet was removed by a remediation company. They basically tore it out in chunks. Norman and Double N came in and replaced the carpet that had been removed. The color match wasn't perfect, but what the heck, the carpet was twelve year-old Berber, and it's the basement! The form and fit are great. They stuck to their estimate. No "cost over-runs". They did the job in about five hours, which ain't bad for sections in five rooms. They showed up when they said they were going to, did the job in half a day at a good price, and I would recommend them to anybody! In fact, I'll probably have them back too do some carpet cleaning upstairs too!

This was an $88 big deal purchase. It went very well, thank you. It was very thorough. He picked up as much as he could and got it out of the way. He cleaned everything he could get to. I was very pleased and he was very pleasant. He charged for an extra spray that he put on this carpet to try to get my dog to stop making messes on my carpet and it is working. I don't know how he could have done any better. I like him because he did a thorough job and when he left here, my carpet was dry. That was the main thing. This is a one bedroom apartment and I hesitated to hire anybody to come in here and do this because when they go away they leave the carpet wet. They tell you you'll have to wait two hours before you come back in your house. When he left here this carpet was dry. Personally, I thought I got what I paid for. He got here right on time. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. He came in here, moved what he could move, did a nice job and left.

They did a good job. But when they arrived, they spent more time trying to sell us a different package "as an upgrade" that would have done exactly the same thing for more money.

They were not able to get rid of particular stains we were hoping to get rid of. But it is probably because the stains are too ingrained. Otherwise it was an excellent transaction.

OK, didn't seem much cleaner than before, but it smelled better.

(See above) the company called me and said I needed to pay more money. I told them about the stains coming back and how I had paid everything he asked for! I told her I'd have to call her back because I was in the supermarket. I totally forgot to call them and they never called me back either. I'm chalking this up to experience. My sofa material was stretched and ruined during the cleaning process. Not calling them back. I won't pay them any more money, and will not call them for further service. I'm not blaming the serviceman. I think their materials are below standards.

It went well. He got two large stains up in our duplex. I believe I bought a special on Angie's List. He came out didn't say much, cleaned the rugs and went on his way. I would use them again on my duplex, need someone fast for quick rental turnovers. I had no issues with them at all. The carpets looked great when they were done.

It went fine. The additional charge was a disappointment for me. Overall, they were average. I would consider using them in the future. I appreciated their promptness. Their pricing was much different than what I saw over the internet.

Emmanuel, our technician, came first on Friday as we scheduled. We told him we were having a terrible time with constant dust in our house. Emmanuel immediately checked our fan blower in furnace and took a picture to show us. This is a hard location to service on the furnace. Emmanuel found this fan to be very dusty and dirty and had not been installed correctly by furnace company. This is a 2year old system. Emmanuel advised we call company that installed furnace and tell them problem. Emmanuel said to just call him after problem was corrected. Problem was corrected and Emmanuel come the next day to clean and sanitize duct system. He did a great job, was very nice and professional. In fact, we requested Emmanuel for complete furniture and carpet cleaning next week. Double N Services also sent a technician on same day to tighten loose carpeting. This company offers many services, and we will be using them a lot for various jobs. Cudos to a very well run, professional and friendly company. If all the employees are like Emmanuel, we look forward to a long service relationship. P.S. Ernest was friendly and fast as a scheduler for their services and needed appointments. Thank you
