I did my homework and researched this company for carpet cleaning. The reviews were positive and have recommended Alex as a technician. I hired the company for carpet cleaning and glad that the reviews were spot on. Alex was thorough and passionate about his work. He took the time and focus to make sure carpet is deeply clean. He also took care of most spots but some proven difficult. He was eager to clean them but they were beyond cleaning 😀 Thank you Alex for job well done.

Alex was the tech who cleaned the carpets in my house. He did an excellent job on not only on the cleaning but explaining the process, costs, etc. I would hire them again and request Alex as the tech to clean my carpet. He has a great attitude.

Not well. See above Please note that only one 13x13 room plus a very small closet was done. A third room would have been additional.

It went fine. Service was good. I've just had services from other providers that was better in the past.

They told me the additional work would cost me $260. I refused the extra charges and did they did not do the work.

Alex did an amazing job. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He worked very hard to get all the stains out of my grout. My floor looks amazing and I couldn't be happier. Will have him come out again for other floors.

Alex was extremely thorough and professional. He moved everything (other than beds and other large pieces of furniture) and vacuumed before cleaning. He also gave an estimate for a large red area rug, tested it, and said it would bleed and therefore would have to be taken to their facility to be cleaned (I decided not to have it cleaned, since it had just one small spot that isn't very visible). I appreciated his taking the time and effort to test that rug rather than just doing it -- perhaps unsatisfactorily (and also more expensively than I was prepared for). Overall, I have been extremely pleased with them both times I've used them and will continue using them.

This is the second time we have had Double N clean our carpets and once again, they came out great. We have two dogs and a teenager so our carpets take a beating. Their dry-cleaning process is excellent and Alex made our carpets look like new again. Very courteous gentleman, and we will definitely use them again.

I got 2 estimates for new carpet and linoleum for a townhome I am getting ready to sell. Due to the low price point of the home, I do not expect to make much if any of the money back and had to save as much money as possible coming out of pocket. Estimates from Home Depot and my own contractor (who had just replaced my roof and therefore you think would give me a good deal since he already made so much money off me) were way too high. I saw Double N had a coupon on Angie's List and called for an estimate. We knew we would need more carpet than the coupon was for but figured it was worth a shot. Norman came with samples and measured for free and was super nice and trustworthy. We were so pleased with the carpet deal that we got him to replace all the linoleum as well. He came in about $2000 cheaper than my contractor and about $1000 cheaper than Home Depot for everything and the work was done quickly and well. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house securely locked up (again, which is more than I can say for my roof contractor). Plus, Norman was just great and patient--he kept bringing me linoleum samples without complaining until I got one I liked (and I live on the south side!). All said, we really can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them again.

The service man was very courteous and did a great job but none of the spots on the carpet got removed which is why I scheduled service in the first place.
