Description of Work: Cleaned 3 rooms. One room had only a small walk thru area cleaned with no furniture moved. Paid extra $79 to clean 8' round oriental rug. Requested team to come back next day to retreat stain that was not properly cleaned.

Description of Work: Aside from being 1 hour late (due to 285 traffic, which they could have foreseen) they were very good. I've used them in the past and would use them again. They are professional, courteous and do good work for a reasonable price. Please note: the Angie's deal advertised a 1 year warranty but the company no longer offers that program, so Angie's List needs to be revised with that information.

Description of Work: If you need your carpets cleaned, Double N Service is the company to choose. Norman and Chris gave me a courtesy call before the appointment, arrived at the scheduled time, and finished the work in a timely manner. They both are very professional and courteous. I own two cats and had several stains on the carpeting that they were able to completely clean. The carpets looked brand new. No other carpet cleaning company that I have used has been able to do that. When I asked how to treat future stains, they answered my questions and gave me a bottle of stain removal. All this for only $75.00 with a coupon! I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends. Also, keep Double N Service Company in mind for wood flooring treatment. I had three rooms of carpeting cleaned and sanitized. The carpets look great and dried very quickly.

Description of Work: Bought the "BIG DEAL" 3 rooms carpet cleaning .... I have a VERY SMALL 2 story , 2 BR Townehouse ...and only half of my downstairs is carpeted .The unit was pre-move-in empty ...(easy to clean , no furniture to move )The ivory berber carpet was only lightly soiled...I have a small 6x6 landing at the top of the stairs and 14 steps to the top . Double-N-Service was going to charge me more for the stairs and the tiney landing than it cost for the cleaning of the 3 rooms , I declined , commenting that the cost was too high for the work involved . After the team finished cleaning my carpet I ended up with a TWO TONE colored carpet ... some areas still had very noticeable gray shadoes and other parts were perfectly ivory ....As I said before.... the carpet was only lightly soiled. No stains or heavy soiled traffic areas .....So it should have come out L-OO-K ing like new ... but it did not ! After cleaning the team applied a very strong smelling deoderizer ..... All In all I don`t think that I got a professional quality carpet cleaning .... I could have done a better job myself renting one of those steam cleaners from the Home Depot

The price that I was quoted over the phone was exactly what I paid and they were able to do my living room rug as well as all my carpets. I was thrilled with how clean the carpets came

Description of Work: The men treated, cleaned and deodorized three rooms on the main floor. It appears they did a very good job and were very courteous and easy to discuss my problems with. They arrived on time and finished the job in a fair amount of time.
