Description of Work: The guy came out between the time estimated. Only things is we had a little miscommunication. I asked for an estimate for carpet cleaning and stretching. Could not do both because of financial reasons. He showed up and was going to clean my carpets when all I decided on was the stretching. He it on the phone to his manager and said the manager would be calling me. About an hour later the manger calls and says they were going to stretch my carpet for the quoted price and clean the carpets for free. The guy that stretched my carpet called when he was 30 minutes away. The manager also showed up along with the carpet cleaners. It is the day before we move into this new house and the apartment I live in is 40 minutes away. The manager informs me that since I lived 40 minutes away and there was a miscommunication that is why the cleaning was free. The guys were very nice and professional. I was pulling up staples on my hard wood floor and one of the guys showed me an easier way to do it and use his tools. After they were done my carpets looked great. No more stains or rolls.

Description of Work: When I called to schedule my service I was asked a lot of questions which could lead nowhere but extra charges. Got a bad feeling about this provider and told him I was not interested in add-on charges. He offered a refund, I accepted his offer. No hard feelings.

Description of Work: An acquaintance, who had 3 dogs, had been using our apartment downstairs for 8 months. When she left, we called Double N for carpet cleaning services. There were no stains on the berber-style carpet , but there was discoloration and odor from ground-in dirt and body soils. Double N Services arrived when they said they would and moved efficiently, professionally, and they guaranteed their work. After the initial cleaning, there still appeared to be some discoloration and odor. To Double N's credit, they stood behind their guarantee and came out to clean the carpet again at no additional cost.

Description of Work: The owner called back quickly and assured me that I'd be pleased. Although the gentlemen showed up late, he did a good job. My only negative comment is that the person you send out should know any special stipulation requested by the customer. We discussed and agreed to a dry method but they did a wet one. We agreed to extra deep cleaning of the hall but the guy that came out, knew nothing of it. Everything in the end worked out fine and the carpet looked wonderful!

Description of Work: Please take them off Angies list! I sent them away!! I didn't trust them to perform the work. They promised to steam clean my carpets, but showed up with a scrub brush and a small bucket. laughable! the company is a COMPLETE joke.
