Description of Work: Cleaned carpets. Needed additional fee to sanitize small section of carpet due to toilet leak. Sanitation was almost the same dollar amount as the carpet cleaning special. Did not like that at all.

Description of Work: We paid an additional $100 to have the pet stains and order treated in our carpets. Very good job for the money we paid.

Description of Work: Very professional, I bought the deal of $88, but I used it for cleaning up some vomit stains...and have my living room cleaned for $90(it's $45 per room but the living room is a little big.) I think overall it's great except I might be able to find other service provider with a cheaper price.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for four rooms of carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: The original cost I signed up for was $67.00. The vendor said to get my carpets really cleaned it would cost me an extra $90.00. What I signed up for was a basic cleaning. The carpets did come out very clean but if I had known it was going to cost more money to get the job done correctly I would not have purchased this deal. Plus the vendor left scratches on some of my wood furniture. Personally I would not recommend this vendor.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $109 for 4 Rooms of Fast-dry, Eco-friendly Carpet Cleaning + Deodorizer! He came in and he had all the excuses to charge us more than what he had paid for. So I sent him home without doing the job.

Description of Work: The company was very pleasant and professional to deal with. The technician spent ALOT of time on our rugs, however, I'm not sure the method used to clean was very effective. I was used to traditional steam clean methods where the steam is applied and extraction takes place immediately. I have come to realize that I prefer that method over this one, as I feel it does a better job at really pulling the dirt out of the carpet. The process used by this company did not provide for extraction of the "dirt" except by way of a regular vacuum after the service. Although the technician worked really hard at the job he did, I do not feel that the carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I would not choose this method of cleaning in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned the tile in the bathroom and did a great job. It really did not look like the original tile for that bathroom which it was. I also paid extra to put a seal down to help keep the grout cleaner longer.

Description of Work: Double N Services offered the best price for carpet installation. They picked up my carpet from Dalton, brought it to my house, and installed it for less than $1000, which I found was hard to find. Norman, the owner, was fantastic to deal with. I called him about a spot that needed to be fixed and he was right on it.

Description of Work: Cleaned rug all over the house and cleaned a yellow chair. Good job.

Description of Work: I used one of their deals - $50 for cleaning one item and then I had them do additional pieces of furniture/carpet that totaled $300. They did a great job. My only complaint was that it took them a few months to bill my credit card and it fell around holiday time so I was not happy there was a delay in the invoicing.
