Description of Work: Cleaned and "Sanitized" 2 systems (Return Vents and Ducts). Work was explained to me as it went along. Emanuel was "low pressure" in recommending extras, one of which was to "Sanitize" which added $200 to the price of the "Deal". The other was to clean a large rotor for $300 which I declined since I expect to have the system replaced as was just necessary for the other system (both were original Builder's equipment). I was overall satisfied with work done, I am unclear what "Sanitized" involved other than a Spray.

Description of Work: He cleaned three bedrooms, the landing and the stairs. I don't remember the date. He didn't clean the rooms very well; it had a stinky wet odor after he left, and the stairs were soaking wet for a full week. I put towels down and it got up surface water, but it was still wet a week later. |I hate to give a bad review to anyone, but I know he was running behind because he was late, and was in and out of here in a short time.

Description of Work: Have used Double N Services before, and they do a very good job, arriving when scheduled and responsive to my requests. As with most Angie's List Double Deals, the total cost ended being more than what I paid ($88 for 3 rooms). The rooms are very small, as is the hall but cleaning the hall and stairs were extra, and of course, Scotch-guard is extra as well. They had to use steam cleaning for my carpet, so it took a bit longer to dry. One thing to note is that the cleaning was around all the furniture. So if you want to have more areas cleaned, move your furniture.

Description of Work: TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!! Please see below on March 23rd that they confirmed that they would clean carpets on March 25th between 9 and 10am. I had my mom there waiting. I get a call at 10am on March 25th that that appointment was already taken!!!! REALLY!!! I responded to them the same day via Angies list with my telephone #. I get a call at 10 am on the day of the appointment!!!! UNACCEPTABLE. The lady on the phone was unapologetic and could have cared less!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Description of Work: I purchased deal. The company called and said they would not honor coupon because I only had one room to clean. I only have one room of carpet and there was no possibility to up sell me for additional monies. This deal was for cleaning one room!!!

Description of Work: I placed my order on the 12th and they did not contact me until the 25th and had already scheduled a time for two days later without asking if that would work with my schedule. Not only did they miss the 2 day window on contacting me when I placed my order, but their contact message offered no apologies for the long delay of contacting me nor did they even hint at asking if "their" scheduled time would work with my schedule? Poor Customer Service Skills indicates their work level might not be up to par either.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in three rooms, two hallways, and two sets steps. They did a great job of cleaning the carpet. The major issue for us is the delivery date of the service. They had us select two dates for service and they replied that they would be here on the second date. On the morning they were scheduled to clean they called and said they had a large number of people out sick and would need to reschedule (they called about an hour before the arrival time window they gave us). It was after the first of the new year when we could work out the new date. We wanted the carpet cleaned before all of our holiday company arrived. Thus the lower overall rating and lower punctuality rating.
