Description of Work: We had the grout in three bathrooms cleaned. The guy that did the work was very profesional, punctual and efficient. I would most surely use their services again. Very pleased!!

Description of Work: Double n Services installed two rooms of carpet for me. A total of 68 yards. They did an awesome job. He was very responsive to my phone calls, right on with his quote, and did a great job installing. I will use them again for future projects and will recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Provider didn't show up on time to provide the service. Waited 2 hours. Next day I found a message "Sorry we missed you". 3 days later I finally got hold of them on the phone, to hear that they don't have the relevant cable to use the cleaner without electricity in the house (As the house was disconnected 48 hrs after they were supposed to provide the service.)

Description of Work: Came on time, were very quiet (not that it mattered), moved furniture,painted, cleaned up. They were very respectful and fast.

Description of Work: The kitchen tile floor 13x13 was cleaned. The grout was nearly but not perfect. We were asked if we wanted to seal the grout, and that was an extra $65 which had not been discussed in the initial offer we got from Angie's list. We did buy it. Overall good work, professional and no fuss.

Description of Work: The actual provider was overbooked so he contacted a friend (also in the business) to do the work. They called to see if they could come early. They did not use a truck source for the water, but used a commercial grade cleaner with tap water from my home. The technician came alone and did not move any furniture. I had moved some of the smaller furniture before he arrived, but I would like to have seen a few other pieces moved as well. He worked very h****** the stains and got the majority out. There were a few little ones left, but based on how long it had been since I had the carpet cleaned I can't complain. I was impressed by how hard he worked to get the stains out -- he went over the some stains three and four times. The carpet took overnight to dry although he finished in the afternoon. He left me a few furniture plastic pads to put under the wooden legs of some of my furniture. I had six areas cleaned plus steps. I also had some scotch guard applied.
